Abstract

Deafness is one type of disability that is quite widely available in Indonesia, either experiencing it congenital or due to other factors where people with this disability experience a lack or loss of hearing ability so that they experience obstacles in language development. Deaf children still have the potential to learn to speak and speak. Therefore, deaf children need special services or media to develop language and speaking skills so as to minimize the impact of deafness experienced. Therefore, parents and teachers are obliged to guide children with hearing impairment to learn sign language. Currently, online education facilities are very attractive for children to learn. In fact, there are many developers who create modules, educational games, learning applications, tutorials, and more on Android. But not so for children with disabilities, especially deaf, Learning media is more likely to facilitate normal children. In fact, the learning materials and curricula of normal schools and special schools are the same, only the form of delivery is different. There are not many learning media for deaf children to learn, only the form of tutorials is limited to the introduction of the alphabet without any facilities to be able to deepen sign language itself. Deaf people need and deserve the same learning media as normal children.

Abstract

The education given to early childhood is the basis of future knowledge and thought processes to teach toddlers about basic things such as recognizing numbers and colors that need determination and patience from teachers and parents. The basic concepts of numbers and colors are important to study because they learn the basics of math to solve problems. During this study, parents and teachers carried out numbers and colors at school with the help of tools such as reading books, reading cards and other teaching aids. With the media it takes activities from parents or teachers to attract children, sometimes even children get bored. Therefore, it is necessary that alternative media can be used as a medium for early childhood learning through alternative media used in the form of animation that is attractive, easy and not boring quickly. The Number and Color Recognition application as a learning medium to attract children's attention so that it is easy to learn through numbers and colors without the problem of time and place limits.

Abstract

At present the increasing competition for business, then in line with the development of existing information. The dynamic economic conditions in Indonesia cause many companies engaged in property must be careful in determining the steps in marketing products that are being developed, and also must be creative in marketing, property companies must be able to maintain to meet the demands of rental housing to be rented . The purpose of the research is To produce a system that is used in the community and makes it easier to search for a rented house. The data collection method is used by the author to obtain data as a study material in writing the final project with the aim of making an Application for Boarding Information or a rental house in Labuhanbatu. In this case the authors use data collection methods in the form of primary data sources (observation, interviews) and secondary data sources.

Abstract

Computer technology is one of the technologies that can help accelerate human work. Computer technology has been applied in various fields including education, health, offices, telecommunications, business, military and so on, as well as in the world of entertainment. One form of entertainment including games, games are very rapidly developing along with advances in computer technology. Games are very much in demand both from children, adolescents to adults. The game itself is of various types, one of the games that enjoy doing and is educational for children and adolescents at the moment is a quiz-shaped game. Flash is a software that is generally used to make an animation, but currently flash is widely used for other things, for example making websites, games, etc. The purpose of this final project is to design animated games for children and people adults train their memory and outside insights about computers. Children and adults should never get bored with learning, thus helping children and adults learn about technology and make it easier for children and adults to learn general knowledge of technology and about computers. From the results of this study, it can be seen that the crossword animation game general knowledge about basic computer-based flash levels can find out more clearly about Adobe Flash CS6.

Abstract

RSU Elpi Al-Aziz is an agency engaged in public health services. At RSU Elpi Al-Aziz, in providing services to patients, drug data collection, prescriptions and reports are still done manually or not computerized. Patient data storage media using paper media resulting in the search for data is done by browsing the archives that can take time and prescription making is still done by handwriting where there can be errors recording and making reports related to medical records are still done manually by recording patient data through archives that can take time but it is vulnerable to errors. To support the development method of Medical Record Information System that is made now the author uses the waterfall method by using system development tools in the form of flowcharts, context diagrams, DFD, and database design tools proposed in the form of ERD. As well as data collection techniques with research methods by observation, interviews and literature studies. Implementation of the computer program used in this medical record information system using Visual Basic 2010 programming language with MySQL database that provides facilities to facilitate the process of making information systems and product implementation. The Information System created can overcome the problems that exist in RSU Elpi-Aziz. Storage Media, processing of patient data, medical records, and drugs have been computerized so that the process of public health services can be done quickly and avoid mistakes and facilitate performance at RSU Elpi Al-Aziz.

Abstract

In modern times like today, of course there are many dictionaries in circulation, ranging from books, desktop, web, and even mobile. And each has its advantages and disadvantages. For example, a conventional dictionary in the form of a book, has advantages in terms of the amount of vocabulary but requires a long time in terms of Word Search, and less practical to carry anywhere. To overcome this, a mobile-based dictionary is the answer. The author designed the batak language dictionary application with the hope of answering the expectations of users who need a practical and responsive dictionary. The dictionary has not been designed using the searching method. Every country even in a narrower scope, today the development of technology has produced several devices, one form of application. The application is a device that can run several features such as a communication medium that is easy to use and easy to understand so that if there are people who want to learn it will be very easy to understand and for people, especially batak blood also if they do not understand their own language by using this application will understand where the shortcomings in the batak language.

Abstract

Universitas pembangunan pancabudi in submitting thesis titles and approving thesis titles still in a simple way, remembering that now the technology is already sophisticated, so the writer makes an information system for submitting titles online, namely by way of students submitting thesis titles and head of study program approving thesis titles online, after that the head of study program enters a supervisor who will guide students but, students can print a certificate form as proof that the title of the thesis has been approved, with this system is expected to facilitate students in the submission of thesis title. With this new system, students and related sections will be easier to submit and process data that includes all thesis title submission data so that the title submission process can run effectively. In addition, students will be easier to get the information needed to facilitate students in the process of submitting thesis titles and get the signature of the head of the study program system as well as to get the signature of the supervisor so that students do not need to come to the campus to see the results of the submission of thesis titles this application is designed by using PHP and MYSQL as the database with a web-based programming language.

Abstract

The application of information technology in a business field in this globalization era will have an impact on the results of company performance, because in this globalization era the information produced must be fast, accurate, valid and efficient which is needed by all relevant parts both internal and external to the company which is related. UD.Bangun Tani is a trading company which is engaged in selling various types of fertilizers and pesticides needed in the agricultural sector including plant fertilizers, pesticides, herbicides, vegetable and fruit seeds. UD.Bangun Tani aims to build an information system. Ordering the type of fertilizer based on Web using Localhost and design using the Unifed Lodeling Language (UML) with the existence of this system ordering this fertilizer will be increasingly resolved and managed in a computerized way.

Abstract

Data mining is a series of processes to obtain additional value information that is not known manually from a database. Data mining also manages experience or even mistakes in the past to improve the quality of the analysis model, one of which is the learning ability of data mining techniques, namely classification. Class is a learning task that is a new object into one of the class labels or categories on the old object that has been previously defined. This classification uses one method of data mining algorithm that is Naive Bayes.Naive Bayes algorithm works based on a certain distance between two objects by setting the value of k. The value of k is a parameter to determine the distance between the new object to the old object.By using the data mining technique, the university can obtain student academic data, namely the Achievement Index (IP) to predict the student's study period.In this data mining application consists of data testing and data training with NIM input.PHP and the database used is MySQL.The results of this data mining application this system can predict the results of the classification of student study period based on GPA 4 first semester, the average value of high school time, and grades in high school.
