Abstract

During the Covid-19 pandemic, the Liaison Bureau of Lampung Province in Jakarta implemented WFH for some employees rotating due to the reduced number of people in the workspace. Of course, this will make the organizational climate not controlled directly, and employees need servant leadership to achieve their performance correctly. It influences the effectiveness and performance of the corporation's goal corporation withinside the future. The overall populace Liaison Bureau of Lampung Province in Jakarta turned 124 people. The estimation version used saturated sampling, so the variety of samples used on this look turned into seventy-four respondents (Civil Servants). Quantitative evaluation techniques have been utilized using SEM analysis software and SmartPLS. The impacts demonstrated that organizational climate had a positive and insignificant influence on job satisfaction, servant leadership had a positive and significant on job satisfaction, the organizational climate had a positive and significant on employee performance, servant leadership had a negative and significant on employee performance, job satisfaction had a positive and significant on employee performance, job satisfaction can mediate the influence of organizational climate on employee performance had a positive and significant, and job satisfaction is not able to mediate the influence of servant leadership on employee performance.Keywords: Employee performance, job satisfaction, organizational climate, servant leadership

Abstract

Ethics is a person's beliefs about whether certain decisions, behaviors, or actions are right or wrong. Therefore, what determines ethical behavior differs from one person to another. For example, someone who finds money on the floor of an empty house may believe it is magnificent to pick it up, while another may feel obligated to return it to the lost items section. The concept of ethical behavior usually refers to behavior that is accepted by general social norms. Unethical behavior is behavior that does not follow general social norms. Ethical behavior in business is essential for the survival of the business itself. Businesses that do not have ethical behavior will be detrimental to the business itself, especially from a long-term perspective. A healthy business is not only a profitable business but a healthy and promising business that, in addition to being a profitable business, is also a morally good business with a sense of responsibility that can be implemented.Keywords: Business ethics, social responsibility, international business

Abstract

This study aimed to analyze the effect of online customer review/rating and online vlogger review on purchasing decisions in online shop applications. This type of research is quantitative research. The data used in this study are primary data obtained from questionnaires using google from which were distributed to students of the Islamic economics and business faculty of (FEBI) IAIN Langsa who have shopped at the online shop application and know how to use the online shop application. The sampling technique used in this research is the purposive sampling method, the number of samples that the authors use is 94 samples. This study concluded that the online customer review rating tested jointly did not have a positive effect but significantly influenced purchasing decisions on the online shop application with several 2,419 < 2,630, vlogger reviews had a positive and significant influence on buyer decisions with the number 3,620 > 2,630. Simultaneously, online customer reviews and vlogger reviews positively influence purchasing decisions on online shop applications with numbers 36,314 > 4.84.Keywords: Buying decision, online customer review/rating, online vloger review

Abstract

The pattern of consumer behavior in today's society has shifted especially financial background. This study examines the impact of financial literacy and financial behavior on investment decisions with qualitative methods and uses a descriptive, comprehensive way of static analysis. Questionnaire techniques obtained the primary data on 100 respondents, millennials aged 18-39. The data is analyzed using Multiple Linear Regression Analysis with SmartPLS. All data Instruments will be tested using validation and reliability testing. The results show that financial literacy and financial behavior significantly positively impacted millennial investment decisions. Millennials need to increase confidence in understanding financial literacy and financial behavior in determining investment decisions.Keywords: Financial behavior, financial literacy, investment decisions

Abstract

Along with the development of Sharia insurance today, it is undeniable that many people, in general, do not know or do not understand it, which is considered new. Because so far, many people only know about conventional insurance because this type of insurance first appeared compared to Sharia insurance. The problem studied in this journal is the understanding of UPT employees. BP2MI against Sharia insurance. This research aims to find out how the perception of UPT employees. BP2MI against Sharia insurance. To reveal these issues in-depth and comprehensively, the researchers used qualitative methods that provided information and facts about the perceptions of UPT employees. BP2MI on Sharia insurance data is analyzed to answer these problems. From the results of this study, it was found that there are still many people who equate Sharia Insurance and Conventional Insurance, and there are still many people who do not know and become customers of Sharia Insurance. Abstract

This research is motivated by the habits of the people of Indonesia, which often use the products being sold but need to pay more attention to matters of halal certification, which often does not include a halal label. These habits can endanger everyone because, in the end, everyone will be free to sell goods or food and can buy anything regardless of the halalness of a product, especially food products and other products. This study uses a qualitative literature study method, namely by looking at the phenomena that occur and previous research. This research will show how consumers can behave to improve their awareness when buying a product closely related to halal, be it a food product (which is consumed) or other products (used or used). This research aims to make consumers aware that they still prioritize halal rather than interest in a product that will be purchased, used, and even consumed, whose benefits are not only for the individual but for everyone or the good of many people. Furthermore, by increasing awareness, we can carry out our daily lives to be more actual and more on target while remaining in the corridors of goodness and benefit.Keywords: Awareness, behavior, food product, halal.
