Abstract

PT. SI is an FMCG (Fast Moving Consumer Goods) of seasoning and foods corporate in Indonesia. PT. SI’s products such as MNG (Mono Natrium Glutamate), Seasoning Flour (SF), a range of condiments, coconut milk, and instant seasoning. PT SI has SF product’s selling data from 2017 until 2020. However, that data yet to be used optimally. That data could be processed further for the organization’s advantage. For example, to knowledge the trend that’s happening, and, for predicting sales value with doing some forecasting and designing DRP. Based on the calculation of the forecasting, we’re obtained the best results using Double Exponential Smoothing by Brown, whereas Mean Absolute Percentage Error’s value is the smallest between the other methods. DRP’s methods make scheduling for the demand of products for determining times and the amounts that needed, and determining plans for arriving products to anticipates sales. With the scheduling, therefore, the distributions can go smoothly and meet the needs of every distribution center. For acknowledging the amounts of trucks that we use, the sums of PORelease is divided with the trucks’ capacities which are 18 tonnages for one delivery, therefore, the delivery costs that we got are multiplied by the transport’s cost for every destination. For distribution costs, company costs are as much as Rp. 20,831,275,897 whereas with DRP method acquired the value for Rp. 17,611,094,522 margins 15,45% from company cost. Keywords – Distribution Requirement Planning, Forecasting, Distribution cost.

Abstract

Anemia is a global health problem, which occurs in both developed and developing countries. The Indonesian Basic Health Research showed that the prevalence of anemia in adolescent girls aged 15-24 years was 48.9% in 2018. This study aimed to analyze the anemia status and diet quality index (DQI) of adolescent girls. The study was a cross-sectional conducted at Ibnu Aqil Junior High School, Ciomas District, Bogor from March to September 2019. The number of students involved as respondents in this study was 84 students. The results show that the prevalence of anemia in adolescent girls was 16.7%, with the mean Diet Quality Index (DQI) score indicating a low diet quality category (55.9 out of 100). There was no significant relationship between hemoglobin levels and DQI scores, but several indicators such as variations in protein source groups, fiber adequacy, iron adequacy, calcium adequacy, total fat moderation, and saturated fat moderation on adolescent girls who suffered anemia showed lower values than with those who didn’t suffer from anemia. The high prevalence of anemia could be caused by poor diet quality aspects, thus diet-based intervention should be the strategic solution to solve this problem. Abstract

PT. Chubb Safes Indonesia (PT. CSI) is a company engaged in manufacturing and producing safety products for the public. In carrying out safe production, there is often a difference between the production plan made by the production department and the actual production done by the operator on the production floor. From the production plan that has been made, on the week-6 to week-8 from PT. CSI is only 76% to 89% of the production plan achieved. PT. This CSI has a FIFO (First In First Out) scheduling system and implements a mixed production system. Based on the problems experienced by PT. CSI, this can be minimized by predicting demand using the single moving average and single exponential smoothing method then the best demand prediction is obtained based on the value of the smallest deviation using the Mean Absolute Error (MAE) method where the results are obtained in the next week or the 11th week. PT. CSI can produce as many as 472 units of safes in one week. And by scheduling production using the heijunka method PT. CSI can perform 472 safe productions within 75 working hours of the available 88 working hours resulting in an efficiency of 15%. Then PT. CSI can increase daily production capacity from 424 units in the week-8 to 554 units of safes or 92 units of safes per day. Keywords – Demand prediction, Production scheduling, Heijunka method, Single moving average, Single exponential smoothing, Mean absolute error

Abstract

The production process of a tool is very important in a manufacturing company, especially in producing medical equipment. The use of medical masks by health workers in handling COVID-19 patients for hours will make medical personnel uncomfortable when wearing them, one of which is congestion. Therefore, the LCC RESPIRA V.01 PAPR (Powered Air Purifying Respirator) was produced, designed by Mr. Ahmad Juang Pratama, who is a lecturer at Al Azhar University Indonesia. In the production of LCC RESPIRA V.01, a standardization of the production process is needed, so that the reliability of the product can be guaranteed. For this reason, the design of the SOP (Standard Operational Procedure) and the layout of the production floor are carried out in the production process of the LCC RESPIRA V.01 tool. The results of this study include the design of a production SOP in which several departments take part in it, namely team leader, head of the production, production operator, research and development department, head of the warehouse, and quality control department. Besides, a production floor layout design is obtained, where the total production floor area is 8.2 x 6.0 m2 with manual and trolley material handling types. Keywords – Covid-19, Layout production floor, Medical equipment, Standard operational procedure

Abstract

PLN Unit Induk Pembangunan Kalimantan Bagian Timur (PLN UIP Kalbagtim) is a company that is responsible for electricity needs in the East Kalimantan region. PLN UIP Kalbagtim covers three types of projects. There are power projects, substation projects, and transmission projects. However, many of these projects experienced delays in their Commercial Operation Date (COD). PLN UIP Kalbagtim only measures the risk level generally and does not measure the root causes of the possible occurrence of this risk. Based on these problems, a study was conducted to identify the projects that experienced delays the most using the Pareto diagram, then analyzed the factors and root causes of the delay using a fish-bone diagram, then using the Analytical Hierarchy Process method, data processing was done to obtain the probability value of each root event. Furthermore, using the Fault Tree Analysis method, the probability value of delay is calculated until the smallest value is found. From the research that has been done, it can be concluded that the transmission project in the form of SUTT is the project that most often experiences delays due to machine, man, material, method, and money factors. The factor that must be set as the priority or focus of the company is the money factor and the root of the incident in it will also be automatically deleted so that the possibility of delays is reduced from 52.71% to 25.28%. Keywords - Analytical Hierarchy Process, Fault Tree Analysis, Pareto Chart, Fish-bone Diagram
