Abstract

 The existing square tower of intake has 1,397.57m3 volume and using shallow foundation Logung Dam with its weight stability will cause inefficient structures and potential to earthquake force effect. It is necessary to have an alternative planning of the intake tower. The authors intends to redesign the intake with morning glory type and used bored pile; to find out the position of intake tower, dimension, reinforcement, duration, cost estimate, and to compare the redesign.The required data were of topographic map, irrigation, and raw water discharge, bearing capacity, and work unit price analysis of project 2016. Manning Method was applied to find out the dimension; Shell Slab Method with Column Approach to calculate the structure of the intake tower, and Skempton Method to calculate bearing capacity. The redesign results in the position of ∅ 1.75-m intake tower on conduit channel with 728,08 m3 volume; the dominant load of  operational-earthquake combination with different values; D22-200 steel bar for y-direction, D19-150 for x-direction on conduit channel, D19-150 for x,y-direction on intake tower segment 1, D16-150 for x,y-direction on intake tower segment 2, and D13-150 for x,y-direction on intake tower segment 3; on 105 workdays; at  a total cost of IDR 2,327,806,700 with 40.64 % efficiency cost.

Abstract

Construction of the Lumajang PDD campus building, the pilot of the Lumajang Community Community Academy began in 2017. The campus building will be built on 5.3 hectares of land located on Lumajang East Road. The process of building construction, will begin with measuring the boundary of the land by placing coordinates. This research was conducted in order to prepare the location or location of horizontal control points in preparation for the establishment of the Lumajang Community Community Academy campus building.The research method used in measuring coordinate points is the polygon method. Measurements were carried out in terrestrial surveys using theodolite devices. Theodolite devices are among the measurement target points, namely back-face. The measurement target points are located at the specified land boundary. The results of the study obtained a map of the distribution of horizontal control points on the boundaries of campus land and the installation of monuments

Abstract

There is a major problem in the installation of precast concrete system, namely connection. Connection on precast system must have strength that can withstand the loads that occur. One of the system used in precast concrete connection is by using dry connection method. Dry connection is a connection between precast concrete element using a steel plate as a connector, which is bolted or welded. Judging from the connection problems in precast concrete, a study was conducted to observed the behavior of precast beam-column connection observations are also made to analyze a collapse model, and a crack pattern between the joints of the beam-column precast. Keywords: precast concrete, dry connection, collapse model, crack pattern

Abstract

Poor soil properties and disadvantage when used as the basis of a building or road construction, including high plasticity, low shear strength, large volume or density changes and large shrinkage potential. Various methods are used to improve the strength of expansive clay soils, including by adding chemicals (chemical stabilization). Soil improvement that has been done is to mix the soil with lime, but only to review the dry density (γd). The purpose of this study is to explain the effect of adding lime to the soil on increasing CBR values, swelling, and knowing the optimum lime percentage in order to obtain maximum CBR and minimum swelling values. The results of the original soil swelling test showed a value of 9.14%, with the addition of lime percentage the swelling value showed a decrease. From the results of the addition of lime percentage showed the greatest decrease occurred in the addition of lime by 12% that is equal to 70.35%. So it can be concluded with the addition of lime will improve the original soil because it can reduce the value of swelling

Abstract

Pariwisata pedesaan menjadi dorongan baru agar semua daerah dapat mengembangkan daya tarik wisatanya. Hal tersebut menjadi alternatif baru sekaligus menambah diversifikasi produk dalam industri pariwisata. Pengembangan konsep desa wisata dianggap strategis untuk menjawab beberapa agenda  dalam  pembangunan  kepariwisataan  terdapat  3  (tiga)  faktor  yang  mendasari pentingnya pengembangan desa wisata diantaranya pariwisata menjadi sektor prospektif di masa depan, munculnya tren dan motivasi perjalanan wisata minat khusus,  serta  pengembangan  daya  produktif  lokal  untuk  mendorong pengembangan wilayah dan ekonomi masyarakat. Daya tarik utama desa bagi wisatawan adalah pada budaya, adat istiadat yang unik, serta kehidupan sehari-hari yang menarik. Selanjutnya, dengan konsep ini masyarakat desa yang memiliki kemampuan ekonomi  kurang dapat  berperan  aktif dalam  pengelolaan  desa wisata.  Ekowisata merupakan suatu bentuk wisata yang sangat erat dengan prinsip   konservasi,   bahkan   dalam   strategi   pengembangan   ekowisata   juga menggunakan strategi konservasi, dengan demikian ekowisata sangat tepat dalam mempertahankan keutuhan dan keaslian ekosistem di areal yang masih alami. Bahkan dengan ekowisata pelestarian alam juga dapat ditingkatkan kualitasnya karena desakan dan tuntutan dari para eco-traveler. Dalam ekowisata pengelolaan alam dan budaya masyarakat yang menjamin kelestarian dan kesejahteraan, sementara konservasi merupakan upaya menjaga kelangsungan pemanfaatan sumber daya alam untuk masa sekarang dan masa yang akan datang, hal tersebut sejalan bahwa konservasi adalah usaha manusia untuk memanfaatkan biosphere dengan berusaha memberikan hasil yang besar dan lestari untuk generasi kini dan mendatang.Kata-kata Kunci: desa wisata, ekowisata, konservasi

Abstract

Pekerjaan struktur beton bertulang pada Proyek Gedung Terminal Utama Bandara Internasional X yang dilaksanakan dengan sistem zona bersifat pengulangan pekerjaan dan membutuhkan banyak material yang perlu dikelola. Untuk itu diperlukan metode yang tepat agar jumlah persediaan material ekonomis. Penelitian ini bertujuan menentukan biaya persediaan material termurah pada pekerjaan kolom dan balok beton zona 1. Data yang diperlukan yaitu master schedule proyek, bill of quantity, dan harga satuan pekerjaan. Analisis persediaan material menggunakan metode MRP (Material Requirement Planning dengan teknik LFL, EOQ, POQ, dan FPR. Hasil penelitian: 1) Metode LFL (Lot For Lot) menghasilkan biaya persediaan termurah, dengan jumlah persediaan besi tulangan D32, D25, D22, D19, D16, D13, D10 masing-masing sejumlah 802,  5589, 30, 1363, 808, 185, dan 12528 lonjor; multipleks 12 mm 2579 lembar; kayu meranti 5/7 1157 batang, kayu meranti 6/12 570 batang, kayu meranti 8/12 424 batang; paku 358 kg; beton readymix FC’35 2362 m3;  bekisting bulat kolom D1,9, D1,8, D1,3, D1,25, dan D1,2 masing-masing 17; 20; 10; 17; dan 68 unit; tiang penyangga 306 batang; mur baut 914 unit;2) Total biaya persediaan material struktur yang ekonomis Rp 8.357.029.000; dan 3) Jadwal pemesanan material dilakukan 2 minggu sebelum penggunaan material, dan jadwal kedatangan material sesuai dengan jadwal kebutuhan material.Kata-kata Kunci: balok, bandara, kolom, material requirement planning, persediaan material

Abstract

Pemerintah Kota Malang memiliki misi yang salah satunya adalah meningkatkan produktivitas dan daya saing daerah serta meningkatkan pembangunan infrastruktur dan daya dukung kota yang terpadu dan berkelanjutan, tertib penataan ruang dan berwawasan lingkungan. Merujuk pada misi pemerintah tersebut diperlukan adanya penataan kembali di Kampung Keramik Dinoyo, yang merupakan salah satu sentra industri di Kota Malang, untuk menarik wisatawan. Abstract

Abstract :One of the problems felt by the people of Malang City is the problem of congestion and traffic system irregularities. Borbudur -Soekarno Hatta road, including roads that experience traffic problems, namely frequent traffic jams, especially at the time of departure or return to school, and hours of departure and return to work, this is because the road is the road access to the education area , trade and one of the access roads that lead to the center of Malang City. If this is not done immediately, the traffic problems will increase. A possible alternative to overcome this problem is to reduce motorbike users entering the road, by diverting some motorbike users to non-motorized bikes (bicycles) primarily for purposes of educational facilities, by providing special lanes for bicycles, which above the road (Sky Road). From the results of the analysis it can be seen that by providing a Bicycle Special Path above the Road Body (Sky Road), it can reduce the value of degree of saturation (DS) and can increase the level of service from C to B. Abstract

Abstract Prefabricated scaffolding (Scaffolding) is a scaffold that has been formed from a factory with a typical dimension. This makes scafolding tends to be faster and uses less labor in its implementation. The construction project of scaffolding installation of productivity value and OH coefficient is very necessary in calculating the work budget plan and the Work Unit Price Analysis in the Public Works sector, there is no productivity analysis about the work of installing scaffolding.This study will conduct a Productivity Analysis of Scaffolding Installation for Workers' Places with the aim of Gaining time, relationships and productivity values and coefficients. OH with variations in the number of workers and variations in the structure of scaffolding in the installation of scaffolding for workplaces.The results obtained in this study are the relationship of the time needed for the installation of scaffolding at all steps, the greater the number of bays the more time is needed and the more labor time the installation time and productivity value for installation of 1 step scaffolding is 73,879 m2 / day , 2 Step is 57,497 m2 / day, 3 Step is 48,645 m2 / day, 4 Step is 42,130 m2 / day and productivity value decreases with increasing Step number, while OH value increases as the number of Step increases. Abstract

Parking is a condition of not moving a vehicle that is temporary because it was abandoned by the driver. Included in the definition of parking is every vehicle that stops at certain places whether stated by traffic signs or not, and not solely for the benefit of raising and / or lowering people and / or goods.Campus 3 Lumajang State Community Academy has facilities and infrastructure prepared by the Lumajang Regency government. However, the parking lots provided cannot accommodate vehicles optimally because of the ratio of the number of vehicles and the area of the parking area that is not appropriate. This is because the area of the parking lot is not analyzed by data error when measuring.Each measurement data is assumed to have errors both systematic errors, random errors, and large errors (blunders), so that in the measurement of parking lots certainly there are errors. From this the authors intend to conduct research to find out how the propagation of systematic errors and the large systematic errors of the area of campus parking lot 3 Lumajang Community Academy.The methods used in this study include preparing materials and tools, making land sketches, decomposing them, determining distances using theodolite, determining land area equations, and finding systematic error propagation. So that the final goal in this study is to find large systematic errors in the parking area of Campus 3 of the Lumajang State Community Academy
