Abstract

The application of value engineering to Blimbing Permai Residence (BPR) aimed to sistematically organize and apply a technique that identifies the product to meet the required function at the lowest price. It was applied to houses of 90/180, 135/180, and 223/253 at BPR without lowering the price. Pareto and function analysis method were employed to analize some phases of work plan to result in some more objective alternatives based on several variables. Both methodes result in breakdown cost in a chronological order of the highest itemized work cost to the lowest one. The analyses result in some work items possibly to replace, they are of wall, roof, truss, and concrete slab works of 90/180 type; masonry, truss, and roff tiling of 135/180 type; concrete, wall and roofing of 225/253 type. The Value Engineering result in hebel bricks to replace conventional ones; ceramic concrete slab to replace conventional concrete one ; light galvanic to replace wooden truss ; granite tile to replace marble ones. Its a result type 90/180 is more economical at IDR.250,292,433.03 or 10.5 % of the existing IDR.276,591,438.78. The type 135/180 is more economical at IDR.346,840,945.04 or 11.07 % of the existing IDR.385,047,844.51. At last of type 223/253 is more economical at IDR.595,156,885.77 or 17.08 % of the existing IDR.667,232,563.47.Keywords: breakdown cost, function analysis, Pareto Analysis, value engineering

Abstract

Abstract Prefabricated scaffolding (Scaffolding) is a scaffold that has been formed from a factory with a typical dimension. This makes scafolding tends to be faster and uses less labor in its implementation. The construction project of scaffolding installation of productivity value and OH coefficient is very necessary in calculating the work budget plan and the Work Unit Price Analysis in the Public Works sector, there is no productivity analysis about the work of installing scaffolding.This study will conduct a Productivity Analysis of Scaffolding Installation for Workers' Places with the aim of Gaining time, relationships and productivity values and coefficients. OH with variations in the number of workers and variations in the structure of scaffolding in the installation of scaffolding for workplaces.The results obtained in this study are the relationship of the time needed for the installation of scaffolding at all steps, the greater the number of bays the more time is needed and the more labor time the installation time and productivity value for installation of 1 step scaffolding is 73,879 m2 / day , 2 Step is 57,497 m2 / day, 3 Step is 48,645 m2 / day, 4 Step is 42,130 m2 / day and productivity value decreases with increasing Step number, while OH value increases as the number of Step increases. And the value of the OH coefficient as the number of steps increases is Coef. OH = 0,0214.Step - 0,0081. Keywords: scaffoding, productivity, coefficient, OH

Abstract

Politeknik Negeri Malang adalah lembaga pendidikan profesional dalam jaringan pendidikan global dengan reputasi di bidang ilmu pengetahuan dan teknologi terapan, dalam hal tersebut jurusan teknik Sipil mempunyai kegiatan praktek kerja bengkel yang menunjang skill mahasiswa untuk dunia konstruksi. Oleh karena pekerjaan praktek acuan dan perancah dan praktek kerja kayu juga mengandung unsur unsur bahaya pekerjaan maka diperlukan Manajemen Risiko  Kesehatan Dan Keselamatan Kerja (K3).Hasil metode pengendalian resiko pada praktek acuan & perancah terdapat 16 potensi bahaya risiko dari 5 proses kegiatan dengan potensi bahaya cukup besar adalah : Orang Jatuh 25% , dengan pekerjaan High Risk pada pekerjaan Scafolding 70%, dengan rekomendasi Penggunaan APD 85%, Eliminasi 29%,Engineering Control 29%, Tanda Peringatan,label & administrasi 28% dan Substitusi 19%. Dan pada praktek pekerjaan kayu terdapat 15 potensi bahaya risiko dari 3 proses kegiatan dengan potensi bahaya cukup besar adalah :  Bising 21% , dengan pekerjaan High Risk pada pekerjaan pekerjaan Kayu menggunakan Mesin Statis 85% dengan rekomendasi Penggunaan APD 94%,Engineering Control 67%,Substitusi 14%,Tanda Peringatan,label & administrasi 7% dan Eliminasi 7%.

Abstract

AbstractRCC (Roller Compacted Concrete) is one of the results of innovation in the field of building materials, this material is made from a mixture of coarse aggregate, fine aggregate, cement and water in a certain ratio which is compacted by rolling. This material can be used for road pavement. RCC was chosen because it has advantages, one of which is that this material is able to produce a higher compressive strength at a young age, the pavement is smoother than conventional concrete and is not slippery so it does not need to be roughed/grooved. This advantage is needed in road pavement construction work, especially on roads that are immediately operated or implemented during the rainy season.The results showed that, with variations in the amount of compaction 12 times, 16 times, 20 times, 24 times, 32 times and 40 times, which were carried out on the thickness of the RCC. 5 cm, 6 cm and 7 cm. significant effect on the compressive strength of concrete, and the form of the equation, for a thickness of 5 cm at the age of 28 days: y = -0.0873x2 + 7.5459x + 158.83, for a thickness of 6 cm at the age of 28 days: y = -0.1403x2 + 13.33x + 86,397 and for 7 cm thick at 28 days old: y = -0.0456x2 + 5.2617x + 275.35Keywords: RCC, Roller Compacted Concrete, Road Pavement.

Abstract The definite impact that will be caused by the increase in the number of transportation modes is traffic congestion. Jalan Soekarno – Hatta in front of the Polinema campus, is one of the roads in Malang City, which is quite strategically located because it connects the residential, educational and business areas, which are always crowded with vehicles every day. As a result of the volume of vehicles passing through the road is quite large and has a major effect on road performance (level of service) which can be measured based on the speed of vehicles crossing the road, a method is needed to facilitate vehicle speed measurement.. The method used to measure the performance (level of service) in the section is the measurement method with the Speedgun and PKJI 2014 where the expected goal of the results of this study is to obtain the performance of the road using the PKJI 2014 method, the performance of the road segment using a portable speed gun. and a comparison of road performance using the PKJI 2014 method and a portable speed gunThe results obtained from this study are the road segment performance (level of service) using the PKJI2014 method produces LOS (level of service) "E" with a light vehicle speed of 36.5 km/hour km/hour in the peak hour period 7.20-8.20, The performance of the speedgun measurement method produces an LOS (level of service) “E” with a light vehicle speed of 36 km/h km/h in the peak hour period 7.20-8.20 and the results of the comparison of the performance of the two methods is to produce LOS (level of service) “E ” where the measurement results of the PKJI 2014 method resulted in greater speed. Balai RW is a construction or building used by residents for RT activities or activities of local residents and has been built since 1998 and is used as a place for local residents' activities. For the condition of the Balai RW XI in 2020 today, there are many that are not suitable for use, especially in wall construction, where many conditions are damp and the wall paint is peeling off so that repairs are needed in the form of painting the outer and inner walls. Implementation of Community Service Painting of Balai RW XI Jl. Silikat Kel.. Purwantoro Kec. Blimbing Malang city is carried out are: 1. Calculation of the Budget Plan for Painting Implementation Costs Balai RW XI is Rp. 13,955,000, - (Thirteen Million Nine Hundred Fifty Five Thousand Rupiah) the source of funds from PKM Polinema activities and RW XI Cash. 2. Painting the Balai RW XI is prioritized on repairing inner and outer wall paints. 3. Implementation of painting at Balai RW XI will be carried out from 20 July 2020 - 8 August 2020 with a total processing time of 3 weeks.

Abstract

AbstractPT. KAI Daop 8 want to release the executive commuter train Malang-Surabaya and Surabaya-Malang to increase the passenger’s convenience and to suit the train’s passenger. The purpose of this journal is to know about the train’s mode choice between the Malang-Surabaya economy train and the Malang-Surabaya executive commuter train based on passenger interest.The required datas are the respondent’s questionnaires that were taken with Stated Preference technique and the total number of passengers of Malang-Surabaya and Surabaya-Malang economy train on 2016-2021. The analysis began by determining the minimum number of the respondent’s questionnaires, after that the questionnaires were shared, the questionnaires were processed with Microsoft Excel and the result was processed with SPSS 25.The results of the analysis show that the selected of the train’s mode choice based on passenger interest is (UKOM – ULOK) = -0,460 – 0,053X1 – 0,171X2, X1 is for the travel time difference of executive commuter train and existing train, X2 is for the cost difference of executive commuter train and existing train.Keywords: Commuter train, Stated Preference Method, Mode choice

Sebagai wilayah yang mandiri dalam mengelola lingkungan, PKK RT 06 RW 18 terletak di jalan Terusan Kayan Kelurahan Bunulrejo Kecamatan Blimbing kotamadya Malang mempunyai Kelompok Kerja Lingkungan dimana bentuk kegiatan yg sudah dilakukan adalah Green House: Media Budidaya Tanaman untuk Urban Farming sebagai upaya ketahanan Pangan Masyarakat. Permasalahan yang dihadapi mitra adalah Kebutuhan untuk sayur mayur sebagai pelengkap makan warga untuk menerapkan hidup sehat ,Kurangnya kegiatan warga terutama ibu-ibu PKK untuk menumbuhkembangkan wawasan dan pengalaman ibu-ibu. Abstract

Madrasah Diniyah Hidayatul Atfal building construction began in 2021  until today. However, the construction project has been delayed several times due to some technical issues taking place on the construction site. The first technical issue is that the project was started without any blueprint. As a consequence, the construction workers did not have any reference on how to execute the project. Secondly, it did not have any budget plan either. As a result, there were some building materials left unused. The last is the local community working as construction workers have very limited knowledge on building construction.A civil engineer, particularly an experienced one, is the most suitable solution to overcome those technical issues. Well-experienced civil engineer is able to draw a blueprint, plan budget correctly, identify building materials needed and how much time it takes to complete a construction project. In addition, he can provide assistance for those construction workers during the project. With the help of civil engineer, it is expected that Madrasah Diniyah Hidayatul Atfal construction project can be executed well and is completed in a timely manner.
