Medan as one of the largest cities in Indonesia, the main attraction for the workers to earn a fortune coming from different regions. For workers who came from the outskirts of the city of Medan, most of them arrive in the morning and return late afternoon, while the others run to stay in Medan city in a matter of weeks or months. The problem in this study is, what are the factors that encourage mobility actors find work as a maid in the city of Medan. Is labor mobility affect female labor supply in the village. Is the Government District Percut Sei Tuan Deli Serdang taking action to reduce the rate of job mobility. Based on that research, the factors that drive mobility to the city of Medan is to supplement the family income or financial income. With the mobility of the population does not significantly affect the availability of labor in the village. District government's efforts Percut Sei Tuan to reduce the rate of mobility of people to the city of Medan was essentially no specific steps, only asked that the district government to travel to their place of work more carefully so it does not have an accident. The conclusion of this research is, the mobility of families due to economic factors, the availability of jobs in their village. Step Percut Sei Tuan district government to restrain the rate of mobility not only advised to be cautious road. For strengthening the rural economy, economic actors to connect capital district government with certain banks in the context of empowerment. District government through the Chief of the village should collect data on population mobility, then contact the users of their services in Medan that the perpetrators of mobility does not get abuse from her employer.

This study aims to find out how the role of the Family Planning Population Control Office, the determination of policies and programs in controlling the population growth rate in Medan City, besides that the author also wants to know the factors that prevent the Population and Family Planning Control Office from controlling growth residents in Medan City. The research technique used is a qualitative research method with interviews and observations. The research subject taking technique is using purposive and snowball techniques. From this technique, informants obtained, consisting of the Head of the Population and Family Planning Control Office, Head of the Family Planning Division, Head of Extension and Penggerak, Head of Resilience, Head of Population Control, Family Planning Field Extension, and the community who participated in the Family program. Planning or those who do not take part in the Family Planning program. Based on the research conducted, it was found several findings that the Office of Population and Family Planning Control has a role in suppressing population growth which includes coordination with government, community and private institutions in family planning activities, conducting family planning counseling, installing contraceptives and post-installation contraception. Obstacles in controlling population growth, namely the lack of skilled technical personnel, inadequate infrastructure, the influence of culture and the level of education of the community also become obstacles to DP2KB in carrying out their duties and functions.?

The research aim is to explore friendship among teenagers. Interesting about friendship is because conflict is often happened and friendship is getting decline. The conflict began when negotiation process was failed. Then, their communication process will change. Researcher wants to explore what makes conflict among teenagers and the solutions. This research is quantitative descriptive. Research site is in Kartika I-II High School Medan, with consideration of pre-survey questionnaire result of research. 64% respondents have conflict with their friends.

Dalam konteks Undang-Undang No 32 Tahun 2004, pemerintahan desa terdiri atas Pemerintah Desa dan Badan Permusyawaratan Desa (BPD). Pemerintah desa adalah organisasi pemerintahan yang berfungsi menyelenggarakan kebijakan pemerintah atasnya dan kebijakan desa, sementara BPD adalah badan yang berperan mengawasi penyelenggaraan pemerintahan yang dilakukan oleh pemerintah desa. Tujuan Penelitian untuk mengetahui Peran Badan Permusyawaratan Desa (BPD), dalam Fungsi pengawasan kinerja Kepala Desa Marihat Dolok, Kecamatan Bintang Bayu Kab. Serdang Bedagai. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Analisis data dalam penelitian kualitatif dilakukan pada saat pengumpulan data berlansung, dan setelah pengumpulan data pada periode tertentu. Pada saat pengumpulan data, peneliti perlu memperhatikan komponen dalam menganalisis data seperti mereduksi data, penyajian data, dan verifikasi data. Hasil penelitian Pelaksanaan Fungsi pengawasan Badan Permusyaratan Desa (BPD) di Desa Marihot Dolok dalam pemerintahan desa sudah berjalan dengan baik. Dalam pelaksanaan pengawasan dalam sistem pemerintahan desa di Desa Marihot Dolok Badan Permusyaratan Desa (BPD) sudah mampu memberikan pengaruh pada peningkatan kerja pemerintah desa

Political marketing is the method and application of marketing concepts in a political context. Political marketing is seen as a set of methods that can facilitate the contestant (individual or political party) political initiatives in marketing, political ideas, political issues, political ideology, and the characteristics of party leaders and the party's work program to the public or the contestants. So therefore yan political marketing is done by the Democratic party (Democratic Party Regional Leadership Council of North Sumatra Province) is how to market their products in the context of political marketing political constituency or community so that in fact the Democrats can win a pair Susilo Bambang Yudhoyono at the Presidential election and Vice President in 2009 and then in one round.In this research, a description of research methods, namely by using in-depth interviews and literature to ekplorasikan about political marketing political parties in the 2009 presidential elections in the North Sumatra Regional Leadership Council of the Democratic Party of North Sumatra Province.

This research aims to analyze the participation of the community in the implementation of development programs in the villages of Teulaga Tujoh Kecamatan Langsa Barat Kota Langsa and to knowing the factors supporting and restricting the execution of development in the villages of Teulaga Tujoh Kecamatan Langsa Barat Kota Langsa. Descriptive research method using kualitative with the literature and key informants answer results. The study results conclude partisipation community Teulaga Gampong Tujoh (Pusong) Subdistrict of Langsa Timur in the context of the development of coastal protection is still in the stage of manipulation as well as intense as the explanation of notice Arnsteindalam the concept of a ladder of participation.

Bureaucratic reform requires the creation of good governance, namely the process of interaction between state institutions to the community derived from elements of civil society in order to perform the construction and establishment of good governance. In the practice to achieve Good Governance found "stagnation" due to the political culture of the organization and not show his support for a succession of bureaucratic reform. This study will look at organizational culture and political relations to the establishment of Good Governance in Indonesia. The method used is descriptive evaluative with the type of qualitative research. The results showed that organizational culture and politics play a major role in the"stagnant" succession of reforms would require strong leadership and visionary in order to oversee the achievement of a succession of bureaucratic reform in Indonesia.

This qualitative research with the descriptive-analitical approach, explain and depict as complete as possible a circumstance going into effect in society. The technique to have the informan utilized in this research is purposive sampling by taking sample in Baluta Village, Hale Baluta Village, Hiliomasio Village and Bawo Ofuloa Village of Subdistrict Tanah Masa at Nias Selatan Regency. Result of this research is to indicate that the limited time of planning phase cause Rice for Poor Program impress "forced". The time limitation was influence the execution efficacy each step and overall of program. In goals meet the existence of misstargeting though in storey. This matter indication from existence of domestic is leakage and undercoverage.

This research is based on the social media account of Instagram @humas_pemkomedan which contains the image of Medan City Government. The purpose of this study to determine the public perception about the image of Medan City Government through social media accounts Instagram. Theories used in this study include the theoretical description of communication, perception, society, image, social media, Instagram. The research method used is qualitative descriptive method. Selection of informants here is the people of Medan City who follow social media accounts Instagram @humas_pemkomedan and informants in this study following the principle of saturation where if the data needed is still less will be done addition of informants to get new information until the data obtained reach saturation point that if from the source is the same, then the data collection through the interview is stopped. Data collection?? techniques? were? conducted?? by? semi-structured interviews to all informants, and the results of this study showed that where the perception of the image is described into the first two aspects through Instagram profile and the second is the content of Instagram @humas_pemkomedan consisting of 6 categories of uploads are as follows: The activities of Medan city administration, news reports on work, information and appeal, congratulations, videos, figures, then Public Perceptions About Government Image Medan City Through Social Media Account Instagram is tend to be positive.
