This study aims to analyze the impact of the expansion in the availability of facilities and infrastructure (infrastructure) in Desa Penampaan Uken Kecamatan Gayo Lues kabupaten Blangkejeren. The form ofthis research isdescriptive method with qualitative approach with a view to determine the impact of the expansion in infrastructure development in Desa Penampaan Uken. Based on the results of a study conducted by researchers at Desa penampaan Uken found that the information infrastructure build focuses on building roads, bridges, mosques while the administration for infrastructuree to service to the community such as the village head office is still there in the village and the impact over desa penampaan uken expansion occurs very significant visible from infrastructure development, where people feel very positive impact the ease of accessing the location and implement mobility.

The Indonesian people who are active in implementing reforms in dire need of development of a condition that can support the creation of the national development goals of a just and prosperous society based on Pancasila. Upholding the rule of law is a necessary condition for the survival and the success of the implementation of national development. corruption that is around us, there at home, school, community, and the highest government and in government. Those who commit petty corruption sometimes considers what he does. This is very worrying, because after all, if an organization is built of corruption will be harmful to the joints of justice in society. See the phenomenon of corruption in Indonesian Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK), made some slogan that describes the threat of corruption act as if on display at the Land Town. For that in doing research on ?MESAGGE ROLE OF PREVENTION CONFICT CORRUPTION (A CASE STUDY OF CITY FIELD OFFICE BPN)". The results of this study found that the anti-corruption mesagge give effect to the service stations do not open public corruption and a large partly have the courage to explain to the officer not to do corruption.

Public policy has two main functions: budget and regulation. Similarly, the Progressive Tax Policy of Motor Vehicles regulated in the Regional Regulation of North Sumatra Province No. 1 of 2011 which began in force in 2012. This researcher uses descriptive qualitative research method. The data collection procedure used by interview, observation, documentation. Data analysis is done by data reduction, data presentation and conclusion. The results of this study indicate that the implementation of policies on the implementation of motor vehicle progressive taxes, including communication, human resources, executor attitude, and bureaucracy has been well implemented by Upt Samsat South Medan, namely: (1) Communication carried out externally by publishing a progressive tax to the public or taxpayer using print media and electronic media. (2) Human resources shall be carried out by preparing the personnel of the progressive tax service personnel of the vehicles in accordance with their respective fields of work and supported by adequate facilities and infrastructure of public services. (3) The executing attitude is carried out by Samsat employee by giving good service attitude to the taxpayers who pay the progressive tax in accordance with the operational standard of the established procedure; (4) Bureaucracy implemented implemented by simplifying the bureaucracy of vehicle tax payment service by forming working group, so taxpayers become easier in obtaining progressive tax service in Upt Samsat South Medan.?

The government as the provider of the public service has put some efforts to provide excellent service that have been expected by the people. Therefore the government of North Sumatra Province, under North of Medan revenue departement tries to deliver excellent service based on law number 25 year 2009. Hence, one single roof administration system has launched a mobile samsat. However North of Medan revenue departement has observed and received some complaints from the people about the mobile samsat. Generally, this study utilize descriptive qualitative method, by this research, it has attained some findings about the public perception at service in North of Medan revenue departement and how this mobile samsat outreach the expected excellent service based on the law number 25 year 2009.

Komunikasi adalah proses penyampaian?pesan?dari seseorang kepada orang lain untuk memberitahu, mengubah sikap, pendapat, atau perilaku, baik secara langsung (lisan) ataupun ?tidak langsung (melalui media). Proses komunikasi terjadi dalam berbagai kegiatan, salah satunya kegiatan Pembekalan Akhir Pemberangkatan (PAP) di Balai Pelayanan, Penempatan, dan Perlindungan Tenaga Kerja Indonesia Medan (BP3TKI Medan). Pembekalan ini dilakukan oleh seorang instruktur TKI. Gaya komunikasi yang baik dari instruktur TKI sangat penting untuk mencapai keberhasilan dalam suatu pelatihan. Artikel ini bertujuan untuk melihat gaya komunikasi instruktur TKI yang diamati melalui perilaku verbal dan nonverbal dalam memberikan pembekalan materi di BP3TKI Medan dan mengetahui bagaimana persepsi TKI terhadap gaya komunikasi instruktur TKI dalam memberikan pembekalan materi di BP3TKI Medan.

Regional head candidates hoping to appear as an elected regional heads in local elections (Election) with regional heads so each candidate will do various forms of business activities in the market including their political ideas by Bashir-mate Alex the regional head election (Election) Pekalongan in 2010 The purpose of this study to determine the political marketing used in the election of Bashir Pekalongan. The method used qualitative descriptive type using interview techniques and literature. These results indicate that the figure Bashir has had since the beginning of social capital as a doctor and a social being so generous in the use of political marketing Bashir form no trouble.

This research is research descriptive with the approach of qualitative and an informer in this research is people being regarded as having information a lock ( key informer ) required in the area of research. The results of research obtained shows that there are 3 the role of kadin north sumatra who was the deliberation of kadin north sumatera related to revitalize the role of advocating, service and development.

The purpose of this study was to find out the Government's strategy in increasing Regional Original Income (PAD) from the restaurant tax sector, and to find factors that hindered and supported the increase in Regional Original Income from the restaurant tax sector in Padang Lawas District. Analysis of the data used by the author in this is a qualitative descriptive research that is used to examine the condition of natural objects and carried out on independent variables, namely without making comparisons or connecting with other variables. Based on this research, the results of the strategy are to optimize the existing internal strengths such as the availability of local regulations on SOP, the quality of apparatus resources and high employee commitment. Then minimize internal weakness factors such as functional technical capabilities, workloads that have not been standardized and infrastructure facilities that are inadequate. needs to be a new strategy or development of an existing strategy to continue to boost the Padang Lawas District PAD. One method taken is to intensify the PAD-forming sectors, one of which is from the tax sector.?
