Abstract

The river is one part that cannot be separated from our daily lives. The river in Katingan Regency is used by the community for various activities, including transportation, MCK (bathing, washing, toilet), and their daily economic activities. However, the reality in the field shows that the water quality in the Rasau River is not suitable for use by the people, the turbid water makes them have to think twice to use it. The purpose of this study was to explain and describe Community Supervision in Maintaining the Conservation of Sungai Rasau Ecosystem in Petak Bahandang Village, Tasik Payawan District, Katingan District, Central Kalimantan Province. This research uses qualitative research methods, which are intended to develop concepts, gather facts that are supported and supported by real data. Sources of data in this study are the employees of the Petak Bahandang Village, the Petak Bahandang Village community, and documents relating to Community Monitoring in Maintaining the Conservation of Sungai Rasau Ecosystem in Petak Bahandang Village, Tasik Payawan District, Katingan District, Central Kalimantan. Data collection techniques are observation, documentation and in-depth interviews. From the results of the study that Community Monitoring in Maintaining the Conservation of Sungai Rasau Ecosystem in Petak Bahandang Village, Tasik Payawan Subdistrict, Katingan District, Central Kalimantan Province is still low due to several factors, work, education, and leadership. Especially in planning, supervision, and maintenance, the community still lacks participation in it.

Abstract

This study aims to describe and managerial analysis of Kereng Pangi Market Management conducted by the Office of Cooperatives, Small and Medium Enterprises, Trade and Industry, Katingan Regency. The method used in this research is the qualitative method. The technique of collecting data uses interviews, observation, and documentation. The data analysis technique in this study uses qualitative data analysis methods by reducing data, presenting data and verifying/drawing conclusions regarding the Management of Kereng Pangi Market in the Cooperative, Small and Medium Enterprises, Trade, and Industry, Katingan Regency. The results of the study prove that Kereng Pangi Market Management conducted by the Office of Cooperatives, Small and Medium Enterprises, Trade and Industry in Katingan Regency is still not optimal based on the indicators in this study, namely 1) Planning, 2) Organizing, 3) Direction and 4) Control.

Abstract

This study aims to explain and describe the Supervision of Granting Permits for Selling Alcoholic Beverages. The research method used is a qualitative research method, using data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis uses qualitative data analysis, namely data reduction, data presentation, and withdrawal of income. The data sources in this study are the Employees of the Department of Industry and Trade of Palangka Raya City, as well as the community with the owner of the Special Signed Shop / Alcoholic Beverage Shop. Based on the results of the study showed that the Supervision of Granting Permits for the Sale of Alcoholic Beverages is still not carried out optimally, because of the four indicators of policy implementation, only one that works well is the indicator of Support. The other three indicators (Information, Fill in the Nutrition, and Potential Distribution) have not run optimally. It is recommended that the Perangkautrian and Trade Office of the City of Palangka Raya not violate the existing rules, so the Special Signed Shop that violates the rules adjacent to places of worship, schools, and hospitals so that no permission is granted.

Abstract

This study aims to describe and analyze the motivation of Indonesian Workers (TKI) to migrate to Kuala Lumpur. The type of research used is qualitative research. Determination of informants at the initial stage of the researcher using accidental sampling techniques. Accidental sampling is a technique for determining samples based on coincidence, that is, anyone who accidentally meets with a researcher can be used as a sample is viewed by the person who happened to be found to be suitable as a data source. In this study, researchers conducted interviews with 39 informants. Data collection techniques are documentation, observation, and interviews. The results showed that the motivation of Indonesian Workers (TKI) to go to Kuala Lumpur was not only related to socio-economic motives such as low income levels of Indonesian migrant workers, length of employment in migrant workers, the age of migrant workers, the number of family dependents, status marriage, gender, ease of finding work, having a husband / family in Kuala Lumpur, adequate transportation, cheap education costs in Kuala Lumpur. Also related to the role of the Indonesian Embassy in Kuala Lumpur in handling troubled migrant workers.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine how much influence the Service Quality on Indihome Fiber Customer Satisfaction At PT Telkom Telangka Raya Province of Central Kalimantan. The method used in this study is a quantitative method. Data collection techniques using questionnaires (questionnaires), the number of samples in this study were 332 Indihome fiber customers in the City of Palangka Raya. The sampling technique is using Random Sampling techniques or random samples and the analysis technique used to process data is by-product moment correlation analysis techniques. The results of the analysis using Product Moment obtained a Rxy value of 0.984. This value is compared with the table value about the interpretation included in the very strong category. This value is between 0.80-1,000, this shows that Service Quality has a real and positive influence on Indihome Fiber Customer Satisfaction at PT Telkom Telangka Raya City of Central Kalimantan Province.

Abstract

This study aims to find out, explain and describe community participation in development planning meetings in Palangka Kelurahan, Palangka Raya City. This study uses qualitative research methods, the research conducted is a descriptive study where community participation in development planning in Palangka Kelurahan Palangka Raya City was chosen as the location of the study. Techniques for collecting data by observation, interviews, and documentation. Based on the results of the study it can be concluded that the development system in the Palangka Village is a political process to obtain joint opportunities through activities in which there are negotiations between all development actors. The development system in the Palangka village is carried out transparently so that the community has the convenience and knowledge of each development process and every stage of its development. In this case, it is more a tool for decision makers who are expected to be able to find out what the community needs.

Abstract

This study is aimed at finding out whether there is an influence between academic services and the image of the Institute in the College of Economics Dahani Dahanai Buntok partially and simultaneously and which variables most influence the image of the institution For this study the authors used a theory according to Parasuraman, Zeithmal, and Berry (1988) about the five dimensions of service namely aspects of direct evidence, aspects of reliability, aspects of responsiveness, aspects of assurance and aspects of empathy. For the measurement of the research instrument the author uses a Likert scale, while for the analysis of the data this study uses a validity and reliability test, a classic assumption test, a multiple linear regression test, a t test and an F test, using SPSS version 17.0. The results of this study indicate that based on a simple linear regression test the value obtained for the Image (Y) is 9,688, variables X1,0,026, X20,017, X3-0,101, X40,351, X50,118, it can be seen that for the value of X1 ¬ X2X4 and the positive coefficient X5 means that there is a good influence between the variable with the image of the institution, while the negative coefficient X3 variable means that the X3 variable value decreases the institution's image will decrease in the eyes of students. So it can be seen that the most influential variable increasing the image of the institution is the Assurance (X4) variable and the variable that must be immediately addressed by the management of the STIE DD is the Responsiveness variable (X3) because if it is not immediately responded it will further reduce the institution's image.
