Abstract

Tujuan penelitian dilakukan untuk mengetahui apakah terdapat buaran pemasaran terhadap keputusan mahasiswa memilih perguruan Tinggi Buddhi, Karawaci Metode yang yang digunakan adalah metode penelitian survei. Responden adalah mahasiswa semester satu perguruan Tinggi Buddhi . Typr penelitian iini menjelaskan pengaruh Papan Nama, Media Massa Lokal dan Promosi Harga Terhadap keputusan Mahasiswa memilih. Pengumupulan data dilakukan melalui kuesioner. Analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi berganda. Dari hasil analisis pengaruh bauran pemasaran terhadap keoutusan memilih Sekolah Tinggi Buddhi Tangerang adalah dengan menggunakan metode analisis koefesien korelasi diketahui bahwa hubungan Papan Nama (X1), Media Massa lokal (X2), Potongan harga (X3) mempunyai korelasi yang positif terhadap keputusan mahasiswa memilih Sekolah Tinggi Buddhi(Y).Besarnya pengaruh antara Papan Nama, Media Massa Lokal dan Promosi Harga terhadap keputusan pembelian secara simultan sapat diketaahui sari R2 sebesar 0,0657. Dengan semikian besarnya pengaruhu antara Papan Nama Perguruan Tinggi Buddhi, Media Massa Lokal, dan Potongan Harga terhadap keputusan memilih secara simultan sebesar 0.657 atau 65,7% dan sisanya sebesar 34,3% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain yang tidak dikaji dalam penelitian ini. Berdasarkan uraian diatas dapat disimpulkan bahwa Papan Nama Perguruan Tinggi Buddhi, Media Massa Lokal, dan Potongan Harga sangat berpengaruh terhadap keputusan memilih . Oleh karena itu peran pemasaran sangat penting dan diharapkan lebih meningkatkan media Papan Nama, Media Massa Lokal dan Potongan Harga agar dapat menigkatkan Keputusan para calon mahasiswa dalam memilih sebuah Perguruan Tinggi

Abstract

PT. Indofood Sukses Makmur, Tbk. known as a leading company in each of its business categories. As a leading company, one aspect that must be considered by this company is capital, because without capital of each company will not be able to carry out activities that are in accordance with the objectives set by the company.This study aims to determine the effect of liquidity (Current Ratio), profitability (Return On Assets), and growth of assets to capital structure (Debt to Equity Ratio) at PT. Indofood Sukses Makmur, Tbk. listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the period 2010-2017.The data analysis technique used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis with the help of computer software, namely SPSS 25 and with Microsoft Excel. The results of this study indicate that the Current Ratio has a negative and significant effect on Debt to Equity Ratio, Return On Assets has a positive and not significant effect on Debt to Equity Ratio, and asset growth has a positive and not significant effect on Debt to Equity Ratio.The conclusion of this study is the variable CR, ROA, and AG simultaneously influence the DER variable

Abstract

The banking sector plays an important role in the world economy. In a very tight banking competition, banks must be able to understand what they want and what is needed by their customers. And then the bank must be able to create banking products that are suitable and can satisfy the needs of its customers. Customer satisfaction can form a positive perception and can further position the company's image in the minds of customers. Excellent service that is doing the best possible service to customers or consumers, causing satisfaction. The purpose of excellent service is to provide services so that they can meet and satisfy customers so that the company gets maximum profit.

Abstract

Employees are one important factor of a company. That's because many employees play a role in every activity of a company. Therefore, companies must carry out employee evaluation processes to be able to maintain and mature employee performance. In general, the employee assessment process requires a long time and the results obtained are not necessarily accurate. That is because there are many elements that must be assessed and also the calculation process is still done manually. These elements include work performance, honesty, cooperation, obedience, and loyalty. Based on the problem, a decision support system was created that could simplify and speed up the employee evaluation process. The method used is SAW and TOPSIS which can help to provide accurate results because both methods are suitable for processing data with many criteria or elements. To test the system that has been made, the authors conducted the activity of giving a questionnaire conducted or filled out by 15 users. Based on the results of testing and questionnaires that have been distributed and filled out by users, it was found that around 92% of respondents stated that they were very satisfied with the system as a whole. Then based on the data, this decision support system functions well and is beneficial for users because it helps and facilitates the company in the employee appraisal process and also helps employees know their potential.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menganalisis pengaruh Kepemimpinan dan Komitmen Organisasi terhadap Kepuasan Kerja Karyawan Pada PT Integra Trustindo Pekanbaru. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan PT Integra Trustindo Utama Pekanbaru dengan 68 responden sebagai sampel yang dipilih menggunakan metode simple random sampling. Analisis data menggunakan analisis jalur melalui SPSS versi 24.0. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa, Kepemimpinan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kepuasan Kerja. Komitmen Organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kepuasan Kerja. Kepemimpinan dan Komitmen Organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja. Koefisien Determinasi pada adjsted R2 sebesar 0,738. Artinya bahwa pengaruh kepemimpinan dan komitmen organisasi terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan pada PT Integra Trustindo Utama Pekanbaru adalah sebesar 73,8%. Sedangkan sisanya 26,2% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak masuk dalam model ini.
