Abstract

Seiring dengan meningkatnya kemampuan perangkat seluler, maka kebutuhan akan pulsa juga berkembang pesat. Saat ini reseller hanya memanfaatkan teknologi SMS (Short Message Service) secara konvensional untuk melakukan transaksi. Untuk membantu dalam proses pengiriman pulsa yang lebih efisien, maka dibangunlah menggunakan protokol XMPP. Pada Penelitian ini menggunakan metode perancangan Extreme Programming dengan 4 (empat) tahapan yaitu proses planning, proses design, proses coding dan proses testing. Hasil dari pengujian yang dilakukan dengan menggunakan black box testing  serta kuisioner dari para reseller, aplikasi yang membantu dalam transaksi pulsa, serta meningkatkan efisiensi waktu dalam proses pengiriman pulsa.

Abstract

Business competition is getting tougher along with the development of information technology. Information technology helps businesses to accelerate in everything, for example sales. The growing sales data makes the data more and more every day. This is a problem for companies to be able to manage data and retrieve information quickly and accurately. To support this we need several tools that can help manage data to support ongoing business processes. A Business Intelligence dashboard that uses a Business Intelligence Roadmap and Key Performance Indicator (KPI) can make it possible to analyze data quickly, according to the needs and targets the company wants to achieve. From this research, produce an application that makes it easy for users to analyze and monitor sales activities and can also find out sales trends easily. So that it allows users to set strategies to increase sales.

Abstract

In the era of globalization the development of information system technology is very rapidly evolving and very affecting PT. World Innovative Telecommunication engaged in retail, namely mobile phones. Pt. World Innovative Telecommunication still does not have an online marketing and sales system that makes it difficult for consumers to know the products sold. The purpose of this system was to help PT. World Innovative Telecommunication in marketing, selling and increasing sales by using up selling, cross selling and down selling methods and providing convenience for consumers to get information about products sold as well as increase consumer satisfaction by using systems created and covered to unreachable areas.

Abstract

This study aims to simulate the calculation of saving stocks based on historical data for the past 10 years for the period January 2010 - January 2020, because saving simulations based on historical data are still very rare, so a simulation application for saving stock calculations based on historical data is made that can help customers. investors in simulating the calculation of saving stocks so that it can be used as learning to determine how to save the right way that can produce a good return. This application is created using a waterfall model. From the application made, it is expected to know the good return results of the 10 issuers used in this study, and in making basic applications on user requirements obtained through several respondents through online questionnaires and processed with requirement elicitation techniques. With the application of a stock saving calculation simulation application, it is hoped that it can be a lesson for investors in saving stocks and can also be a lesson for potential investors and can also make it easier for investors to do calculations because the calculation process is computerized.

Abstract

Increased demand for property in Indonesian society, opening up a great opportunity for entrepreneurs to start a business in the property sector. The large number of new entrepreneurs, opening up many different ways of offering attractive products and promos that bring the impact of significant sales decline for those who can not compete. One such problem-solving proposal is to analyze current conditions and create new, powerful goals and strategies to implement. The methods that can serve as guidelines in the analysis and planning of the marketing strategy are SOSTAC (Situation Analysis, Objectives Setting, Strategy, Tactics, Action and Control). Based on the results of SOSTAC analysis and suggestions the way that can be done is to build E-Marketing with media websites that can be easily reached by the public and a marketing tool for marketing executive. On the website created a Virtual Reality feature that can display the form of building to consumers to increase consumer confidence in purchasing units. Based on testing and evaluation by consumers a new marketing strategy plan is worth trying and applied in marketing strategy.

Abstract

Along with the increasing capabilities of mobile devices, the need for pulses is also growing rapidly. Currently resellers only utilize the technology SMS (Short Message Service) in conventional to conduct transactions. To assist in the more efficient pulse delivery process, it was built using the XMPP protocol. In this study using Extreme Programming design method with 4 (four) stages of process planning, design process, coding process and testing process. The results of testing conducted by using black box testing as well as questionnaires from the resellers, applications that help in the transaction pulse, and improve the efficiency of time in the process of pulse delivery.

Abstract

Informasi merupakan hal yang penting dalam kehidupan saat ini. Peran informasi tidak dapat diabaikan sama sekali di tengah perkembangan teknologi. Semua kegiatan manusia memerlukan informasi dan bisa juga dikatakan bahwa semua kegiatan kita dituntut untuk menghasilkan informasi. Dalam dunia pendidikan, komunikasi dari pihak pihak yang terkait seperti staff pendidikan, guru, siswa dan orang tua siswa tentunya sangat berpengaruh dalam menunjang kesuksesan pendidikan. Kelancaran komunikasi, penyampaian informasi dan pengolahan informasi dari pihak pihak tersebut sangat dibutuhkan, dan dengan memanfaatkan teknologi diharapkan hal tersebut bisa dilakukan dengan lebih cepat dan akurat. Dalam sebuah Sekolah Menengah Atas seperti halnya di SMA Dharma Putra, peranan teknologi informasi sangat diperlukan seiring dengan perkembangannya. Namun pemanfaatan Teknologi Informasi belum dimanfaatkan seefektif mungkin pada SMA Dharma Putra dan masih ada sistem manual yang digunakan untuk mendukung kegiatan operasional sehari-hari, baik dalam administrasi, absensi, maupun penilaian sehingga membutuhkan waktu yang cukup lama untuk melakukan kegiatan-kegiatan tersebut. Berdasarkan permasalahan yang telah di jelaskan maka akan di lakukan Perancangan Sistem Informasi Akademik Pada SMA Dharma Putra Berbasis WEB dengan harapan dapat membantu SMA Dharma Putra dalam memberikan informasi sistem informasi akademik yang cukup bahkan lebih untuk siswa, guru dan bagian administrasi akademik sekolah.

Abstract

Pada saat ini investai berkembang dengan pesat di khalayak orang banyak. Melalui investasi seseorang akan mendapatkan passive income, ada berbagai macam investasi yang ada di Indonesia, salah satunya adalah investasi saham. Dalam berinvestasi saham tidak bisa sembarangan seseorang untuk berinvestasi dan menentukan perusahaan mana yang sahamnya akan dibeli oleh kita, orang yang akan berinvestasi atau dapat dibilang seorang investor. Dalam berinvestasi ada beberapa hal yang perlu diperhatikan dalam menentukan saham yang akan dibeli. Hal yang perlu diperhatikan dalam memilih saham perusahaan adalah dengan melakukan analisis fundamental saham pada perusahaan tertentu. Namun dalam menganalisis fundamental saham cukup memerlukan waktu yang lebih panjang. Untuk memudahkan seorang investor membaca fundamental saham perusahaan tertentu yang akan diinvestasikan, maka dibuat sebuah Dashboard dengan menerapkan Business Intelligence menggunakan Single Page Application agar seorang investor mudah, cepat dan tepat mengambil keputusan dalam berinvestasi di pasar saham. Hasil yang diharapkan dari penelitian ini yaitu agar memudahkan seorang investor dalam menganalisis Kembali saham yang akan dibeli.

Abstract

At present, there are still many companies or trading businesses, or other basic food shops that do not use technology such as computers. At the Mukara Store, they have used a computer and implemented the cashier application to calculate buyers' purchases at the Mukara Store. The process of selling activities at the Mukara Shop continues and so does the data generated in the database the longer it will grow. A lot of data is just left. Data Mining is used to dig up information from unused data into useful data for business development in Mukara Stores. Because there are many buyers who come to the Mukara Shop, most buyers often forget to buy items that are usually bought together at one time. Therefore, the authors take transaction data in the Mukara Store, to obtain a purchase pattern in the Mukara Store which is a problem in the Mukara Store, and the results of the purchase pattern are applied to the goods shelf or storefront in the Mukara Store. The author processes transaction data using Data Mining. Some techniques that are often cited in the Data Mining literature include the Association of Rule Mining, Clustering, Classification. One of the Techniques and Methods used by the writer for the problems that exist in the Mukara Store is the Association Algorithm such as the Apriori Algorithm and the FP-Growth Algorithm used to find the purchase patterns in the Mukara Shop, then the results of the purchase pattern are applied in the arrangement of goods racks or storefronts. at the Mukara Shop. Like the products that are bought together are placed on the same shelf, so that buyers do not forget to buy products that are often bought together. The results obtained from transactions at the Mukara Store with a minimum support of 0.2 or 20% and a minimum confidence of 0.1 or 10% are the Egg Noodle Products with Soy Sauce, Soy Sauce products with Vermicelli, Vermicelli products with Soy Sauce, Ketchup products with Egg Noodles. The conclusion is that if a buyer buys egg noodles, then it is likely 81.5% to buy soy sauce. If the buyer buys Ketchup products, then it is likely 82.6% to buy vermicelli. If the buyer buys vermicelli products, then the possibility of 92.7% to buy soy sauce. If the buyer buys soy sauce, then it is likely 47.83% to buy egg noodles.

Abstract

TCP\IP protocol can be connected to various computer data networks in the world. This protocol increasingly exists and is needed so that many parties develop it to vote through this protocol. Voice Over Internet Protocol technology is the answer to that desire. This technology is able to convert analog voice (human voice) into data packets then through public internet data networks and private intranet data packets are passed, so that communication can occur. With VoIP communication costs can be reduced so that it can reduce investment costs and conversations (cost saving) or even up to 100% free. VoIP implementation can be done by designing a wireless VoIP network (cable) using 3CXSystemPhone software as a PBX. In this scientific work the software used is 3CXSystemPhone 11.0, where SIP is a VoIP server which is a freeware software, in its application only requires one PC server and several PC clients (2 for example) that are connected to each other
