Abstract

Abstract

Penelitian ini menguji pengaruh budaya organisasi, komitmen organisasi, kepuasan kerja terhadap prestasi kerja pegawai. Responden penelitian ini adalah pegawai Dinas Pendidikan Provinsi Sumatera Barat. Metode pengambilan sample dilakukan dengan metode Propotioned Stratified Random Sampling sejumlah 155 kuesioner didistribusikan, 101 kuesioner yang kembali dan bisa dianalisis. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukan ada pengaruh positif secara partial antara budaya organisasi, komitmen organisasi, kepuasan kerja terhadap prestasi kerja. Ada pengaruh positif secara bersama sama antara budaya organisasi, komitmen organisasi, kepuasan kerja terhadap prestasi kerja. Budaya organisasi. Komitmen organisasi mempunyai pengaruh yang lebih dominan dibandingkan dengan kepuasan kerja.

Abstract

This study aims to determine: How big is the influence of attendance on the final valueof Economic and Business Statistics at STIEH. Agus Salim Bukittinggi. The samples were taken from all the students who took a course of economic and business statistics at least 265 people. For purposes of analysis, data were collected in though descriptive, validity, reliability, correlation and multiple regression. Descriptive analysis of the result sobtained that the data is normally spread, all variables arereliable as a research instrument. From the data processing obtaineda strong relationship between attendance at the final valueof Economic and Business Statistics at STIEH. Agus Salim Bukittinggi of 0.784. Moderate contribution to the final grade is attendance by 61.4% (the value of R²=0.614) so thatthe remaining38.6% is influencedbyother factorsoutside the model(other than the attendancefactor). There is asignificant relationship between attendance and final grades for r=0.784 and R2=0.614 and 0.001and 0.000 significant level of 5%. Normality test results, attendance data and the data for the final scores are normally distributed.

Abstract

Obyek Penelitian ini adalah Karyawan Bank Nagari Cabang Pembantu Kinali Pasaman Barat, untuk menguji pengaruh Pengaruh Insentif Terhadap Motivasi Kerja, Adapun tujuan penelitian ini untuk Untuk mengetahui apakah pemberian insentif finansial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap motivasi kerja karyawan pada Bank Nagari Cabang Pembantu Kinali Pasaman Barat, Dan dari hasil hipotesis dapat disimpulkan bahwa pemberian insentif finansial tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Dalam menganalisa data digunakan analisa regresi sederhana untuk membuktikan secara statistik pengaruh dari insentif finansial terhadap motivasi kerja karyawan. Berdasarkan jenis masalah yang diteliti, tekhnik dan alat yang digunakan, maka pendekatan yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kuantitatif.

Abstract

This research is descriptive and associative. The population in this study are all employees of PT Metro Batavia 463 people. Engineering sample withdrawal is Proportional Random Sampling sample as many as 83 people. Analysis engineering is the analysis of descriptive data, classic assumption test: a test of its homogeneity and Normality Test, model test, path analysis, and hypothesis test by using Test t.The results showed that (1) there is a significant positive influence from the career development leadership, (2) there is a significant positive influence of leadership and organizational commitment to career development, (3) there is a significant positive influence of leadership, career development and organizational commitment to employee performance. The best lines from the results of this research are the indirect path, career development leadership through influence on performance of employees

Abstract

The need of communication in today?s business competition is continually changing. The advancement of information technology and the changing in managing organization has altered the way that many organizations communicate. The information technology is a tool to communicate with many different groups. The communication process should be managed effectively since not all managers and individu in an organization have good communication skills abd there is an obvious need for training to ensure that they are able to choose the most appropriate communication method to get the message across clearly understood by the receiver and on the other hand, the receiver should be able to supply some feedback
