Arrival of social change comes as a result of the process of industrializationand globalization of information, if viewed from all aspects, influenced by such changes. One aspect is the art, from the influence of these changes, the art began to shift toward commercial dimension of art. So is the case in government policy on the development and preservation of art and culture, also insists on the principle of industrial and creative economy. The policy on the one hand, has a positive impact (in economic terms), but on the other hand also have a negative impact, namely the commercialization, commodification, and profane without considering the cultural assumptions. resulting in a decline in ethical values and aesthetic, and neglect the development and preservation of ritual art tradition in the context of the natural cultural community, because they are not going to bring benefits in terms of economy and creative industries.such as the deterioration condition of art performances luambek in Pariaman Minangkabau society. Contradictions creative industries policy and conservation efforts in the arts need special attention by the relevant parties, especially in preparing the formula the preservation of traditional art concepts in the context of supporting the community. The era of globalization or also known as the free market is an age where competition is increasingly open economy dominated by global capitalism. In the face of such a situation and condition of each country must be prepared to capitalize on the potential possessed by each country. Indonesia as a nation that has a wealth of natural and cultural course can be used as a potential in the era of globalization. One of the efforts that must be done is to prepare human resources creative and productive, so that Indonesian people capable of creating jobs both for himself and for others. One of the cultural products that can be used is the art of craft, such as craft Lakuer Palembang. Palembang Lakuer craft products have the potential to be developed as a creative industry. This craft is not only value-nlai beauty, but also can be used as a means of supporting the interior of homes, hotels and offices, such as cabinets, tables, slap betel, Lehar, and ornamental urns. In addition to having economic value that is the creative industry, this craft can also function as a media community to recognize local cultural identity. Essentially art of painting can’t be separated from lines and colors. Lines are the basic element in fine art that means more than just a scrapes. Even the lines with the rhythm could raises an impression on the observer. In this masterpiece dynamics of expression of emotions through the line and color with music as copyright stimulation is main theme which presented. Role of the line is very important in the process of forms embodiment to determining the quality of an artist's expression. Expression was seen in sweep or giving certain accentuation on the creation object. When the line be given structured, for example, organized through the rhythm, symmetric, equilibrium, would form a patterns certain so that the line can speak as a expression media. Concepts it was underlying the creation of this work are realized form Expressionism Abstract with the concept approach through the personal expression that interaction communication between five senses and the relationship feeling and mind. In this case the line have imaginary impression on observers, the line very fundamental to presenting expression in a work of art of painting. The reality of life in the environment inspiring in who working transferred to the two-dimensional plane through the line scrapes and color. The mastery of the properties correspond line with the rhythm likely straight line giving a different feeling with curved line, straight line giving a curved stiffness and flexible impression , also gentleness impression. As well as the color, the general meaning of the color actually was described. With notes if the colors are in a state of standself or be dominant than another colors. The creation of this work of art is to design furniture making family room by applying a geometric shape as an idea or a reference shape, such as squares, triangles, circles and rectangles, because of the geometric shape is a shape that tends to have properties with the times to form a line that is strong, firm, hard, simple, and modern impression which does not want the order or complex shapes.This family room furniture making use of materials such as plywood blockboard and metals such as stainless steel. Techniques used in furniture pembutan family room is a technique carpentry or often referred to as engineering work bench and using welding techniques. The tool used was semi masinal tools (hand machine) and manual. Finishing applied is finishing tacon in red, black and silver.The basic idea of making furniture geometric-shaped living room is transformed into an alternative sketch, sketch elected, and working drawings. The basic idea visualized in 3-appointed with a variety of shapes. 1) TV shelf with a rectangular shape, a length of 150 cm, width 50 cm, and a height of 55 cm. This TV stand can hold many items, such as TV, VCD player, tape recorder, a collection of CDs, books and magazines. 2) Console table with triangular shapes to form elongated leaves his desk, a length of 90 cm, 30 cm wide and 82 cm high. The function of this console table is a decorative table, filling the long side wall of the family room and a shelf decoration. 3) The clock square with angular size of 34 cm, 4.5 cm thick and wide cross-section of winder diameter of 25 cm. Palembang city is currently experiencing rapid progress in terms of transportation. It is marked with the number of new infrastructure such as the LRT and road construction. However, there are several issues that still often occurs in the highway of Palembang city, these concerns are traffic violations and unsafe driving behavior in this context made by motorcyclists. Therefore, the Design Of Social Campaign Orderly and Safely Traffic Behaviour Based On Safety Riding is designed with the aim to raise awareness and urge the public about the importance of obeying traffic laws and drive safely. This research tittle is the Form And Strucuture Of Presentation Of Music In Process Kulintang Procession Komering Interest In Traditional Wedding In Oku East. Kulintang music is means of a tribal society of komering in marriage. That staging in customery marriage are parade process, milur dance, giving the customery law, and sada sabai dance. But in its development nowadays the existence of kulintang music is declining in customery marriage.Based on the fact, this research aims to reveal the factors that affect the existence of kulintang music in East OKU. Besides, this research to do the description of analysis form and structure of kulintang music in every stage of the komering family marriage. Analysis includes the elements of musical the form and structure of the prersensation of kulintang music. The technique of collecting data to do with an observation, interviews, study says and documents. For analysis then used the method of analysis form and structure of music. In addition to the existence and the dynamics of the music kulintang not justbe descriptive, then this research will borrow the concepts of culture, music, and social community to have a perspective that is analytical. The study conclude that the cause of the decrease existence of the kulintang music in east OKU is because the disappearance of clan system in 1979. Clans system that change into district made there was no more loyality to the customery marriage process that use kulintang music. Internal and external factor are also influence thing to the existence of kulintang music. That internal and external factor consist of management, less of capability to play kulintang, motivation, finance, government role, and influence goreign culture. Art is a teaching of how humans construct an object into artwork. An artwork tries to present the problems in the environment that have meaning and significance. The type of artwork that will be analyzed by an aesthetic approach is a painting created by Sabri Marba that called bada mudiak. Bada mudiak (fish mudiak) the cluster of small fish into upstream river, bada motion always tidy and orderly, when the fish was suprised and move than the others fish will be follow it. All sides on the canvas depicted of bada mudiak. The artist exspresses the reality by means of symbolically to be conveyed.
