Abstract

Humans are organizational beings. Therefore, once he was born into the world, he became a member of a genetic organization called members of a family organization. When school age, man enters school and he becomes a member of the school. After graduation and work, he became a member of the organization at his workplace. He may also be a member of a religious, youth, political, economic, and so on. Finally, after the human died he was recorded as a member of the organization of death by the death association committee at RT level.Thus, human beings from birth to death cannot be separated from the organization. Humans are organizational beings because from birth humans cannot live alone without the help of others. Organizations are formed for the benefit of humans anthropocentric), organizations are actually created for people, not for organizations. Therefore, every day people are in touch with their organizations. Although the experience of organizing that there is a fun andannoying, there are positive and some are negative, but people still need the organization. The existence of this contradiction as a consequence that man is essentially not the same or full of differences.This difference occurs because of different educational background, experience, socioeconomic status, culture, age and so on. Not a single human being is identical, even if they are twins. Humans differ mainly from their fingerprints. What equates them is that they remain the same as humans

Abstract

Understanding A personal of KH. Hasyim Ash'ari. As one part of the traditionalist organization (NU), which is assumed to be the organization of the old-fashioned and illiterate people is an interesting thing to do. This is because he which is the background of pesantren life who never had the opportunity to endure a formal education, it has an unceasingly progressive thinking style for the size of the period in the framework of islamic boarding. Progressiveism of KH. Hashim Ash'ari thinking was initially considered to be against the traditions of islamic boarding and even considered to attempt to confuse religion and the world. This study aims to reveal the concept of Islamic education KH. Hasyim Ash'ari, with the focus of research include: (1) The concept of Islamic education KH. Hasyim Asy'ari, (2) Relevance of Islamic Education Concept KH. Hasyim Asy'ari with the Indonesia education today. Research methods or approach used in this paper is the research library (library research), the research activities undertaken by collecting data from various existing literature. With these techniques the author collects data written relics such as archives, books about opinions, theories relating to the study. In this study that the concept of Islamic education according to KH. Hasyim Ash'ari is tool and strategic effort undertaken by human beings in order to achieve humanity, so as to know the nature of its creation, its creator and the duties and responsibilities of humans as the caliph on tha earth which is the aims to with Islamic education, humans are able to get closer to Allah SWT , and also remain based on the Qur'an and Hadith. Learners should also have good behavior in learning, and an educator must also have pedagogical, personality, social and professional competence. Islamic Education System KH. Hasyim Asy'ari remains relevant in the context of Indonesia today. The education system is inclusive, adaptive, responsive and still strives to maintain the tradition in order to elevate the existence of Islam.

Abstract

Management of instructional media in an effort to improve student learning outcomes in MAN krecek Pare. The purpose of this study were: (1) to describe how teachers plan the development of instructional media in MAN krecek Pare, (2) to determine the organization of the development of instructional media in MAN krecek Pare, (3) to find out how the implementation of the development of instructional media in MAN krecek Pare, (4) to find out how controlling the development of instructional media in MAN krecek Pare Kediri. This study uses qualitative research field with a descriptive-analytic analysis techniques. Collecting data using observation method, interview method and the method of documentation.Data analysis was performed through three stages which include: data reduction, data presentation and conclusion / verification. RESULTS: (1) Using the learning media there are many benefits, among others: (a) learning with instructional media to facilitate and improve the quality of learning, (b) Improve student learning outcomes, (c) Support individual learning according to the ability of students, (d) can be used as a transmitter of direct feedback, (e) the material can be repeated as needed, without causing boredom. Management of instructional media in MAN krecek Pare able to improve perestasi student learning, and this is because by using instructional media students more interested and more motivated, besides using instructional media students who are slow in the power of acceptance can adjust, with their learning program interactive, students can work on the exercises Saol without depending on the teacher, the learning media.

Abstract

The learning process is basically demands the ability of teachers to control students' learning activities. Although not every learning activity, students rely on the presence of the teacher, but there is a causal relationship between teachers teach and students learn. Therefore, one of the responsibilities of teachers in the learning process is to design and implement the learning process in a way that students can achieve the goals that have been set. Creating an effective learning with the involvement of students in order to learn and grow going optimization of basic skills and complex skills in students, not an easy task. This requires another aspect that is not only verbal, but the inclusion of a variety of learning resources used by students with attendance and proper use. Therefore, it is necessary as part of the instructional media learning resources. Media helpful image to equip, maintain, and even improve the quality of ongoing learning, learning outcomes, activities, and student motivation. In the process of learning the presence of media images in poetry writing skills have to be particularly important because in the event that material submitted can deliver media as intermediary. This study focused on describing media images in poetry writing skills. This study aims to determine (1) the use of the techniques of media images in writing skills poetry in Islamic Elementary School Nurul Jadid, State Islamic Elementary School Kolomayan, and Islamic Elementary School Hashim As'ary Wonodadi Blitar, (2) to know the results of students in the use of media images in writing skills poetry in class V Islamic Elementary School Nurul Jadid, State Islamic Elementary School Kolomayan, and Islamic Elementary School Hashim As'ary Wonodadi Blitar. (3) To find out the constraints encountered in the use of media images in writing skills poetry Islamic Elementary School Nurul Jadid, State Islamic Elementary School Kolomayan, and Islamic Elementary School Hashim As'ary Wonodadi Blitar. This study used a qualitative descriptive approach to the type of multi-case. The subjects were students of class V Islamic Elementary School Nurul Jadid, State Islamic Elementary School Kolomayan, and Islamic Elementary School Hashim As'ary Wonodadi Blitar. The data source consisted of informants, participants, locations, documentation. Data collection techniques by observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation. Analysis of data using data analysis in the case and cross-case analysis of the data. While checking the validity of the data using focus peers, data triangulation, and triangulation of data sources. From these results, the authors concluded that (1) the use of technical implementation of media images in writing skills poetry in class V Islamic Elementary School Nurul Jadid, State Islamic Elementary School Kolomayan, and Islamic Elementary School Hashim As'ary. material that is difficult / abstract always use a medium of learning and practice for more simplicity, most media image media, direct objects and works of learners, to form an interesting learning invites students to the library, the school environment, to the outdoors, such as rice paddies, rivers and the ground. Techniques used lectures, media images, but it invites children to observe pictures that were in the school environment. (2) the results of students in the use of media images in writing skills poetry in class V Islamic Elementary School Nurul Jadid, State Islamic Elementary School Kolomayan, and Islamic Elementary School Hashim As'ary. Increase enthusiastic learners, enhance creativity and imagination of students, results of using the media image is very good. Learners' achievements can be increased more than if not using the media. (3) the constraints faced in the use of media images in writing skills poetry Islamic Elementary School Nurul Jadid, State Islamic Elementary School Kolomayan, and Islamic Elementary School Hashim As'ary prepare the medium, time constraints usage, the image must be in accordance with the theme of the picture, no Wi-Fi or internet, elections words (diction).

Abstract

Education is a tool to prepare learners in order to carry out their roles and duties in the future. Religious education is one of the curricula that must be taught in every educational institution. The curriculum is designed to form a faithful and devoted Indonesian man to God Almighty and has a noble character and is able to maintain peace and harmony between inter-religious and inter-religious relations. By looking at the function of religious education as such, Islamic religious education institutionalized education is expected to take a role in order to maintain peace and harmony amidst heterogeneous interpretation of religious teachings. The emergence of violent movements conducted in the name of religion is a very unfortunate thing, because it is contrary to the teachings of religion itself. Attitudes or acts of violence arise from the understanding of religion that is textual and tend to be closed. Therefore, Islamic religious education can counteract various doctrines that lead to acts of violence in the name of religion.

Abstract

Primary education can build the students’ character through many kinds of learning sources. Learning sources is anything which can be used to optimalize the result of the study. It can be seen not only from the result but also the process of students’ interaction with many kinds of learning sources which can motivate them to study and increase their understanding in a certain lesson. The use of learning sources can be used as one of ways in developing the students’ character. There are several ways in using learning sources in MI Nurul Islam Mirigambar and MI Hidayatul Mubtadiin Wates Sumbergempol Tulungagung. The focus of this thesis are (1) How to choose the use of learning sources in developing the students’ character in MI Nurul Islam Mirigambar and MI Hidayatul Mubtadiin Wates Sumbergempol Tulungagung (2) How is the process in using learning sources in MI Nurul Islam Mirigambar and MI Hidayatul Mubtadiin Wates Sumbergempol Tulungagung (3) How is the result of using learning sources in MI Nurul Islam Mirigambar and MI Hidayatul Mubtadiin Wates Sumbergempol Tulungagung. The purpose of this study are to explain and describe (1) To know the way in choosing the use of learning sources in developing students’ character in MI Nurul Islam Mirigambar and MI Hidayatul Mubtadiin Wates Sumbergempol Tulungagungs (2) To know the process in using learning sources in developing the students’ character in MI Nurul Islam Mirigambar and MI Hidayatul Mubtadiin Wates Sumbergempol Tulungagung (3) To know the result of using learning sources in developing the students’ character in MI Nurul Islam Mirigambar and MI Hidayatul Mubtadiin Wates Sumbergempol Tulungagung. The method of this study is using qualitative study that is multisite. The locations are in MI Nurul Islam Mirigambar and MI Hidayatul Mubtadiin Wates Sumbergempol Tulungagung. The data sources of this study are informant, event, location and document. The kinds of data are primary and secondary data. The technique of this study are individual site data and analysis and multisite data analysis while the data validation uses, credibility, dependability, transferability and information. From this study, the writer can conclude: (1) the way in choosing learning sources to develop the students’ character in MI Nurul Islam Mirigambar and MI Hidayatul Mubtadiin Wates Sumbergempol Tulungagung is very comprehensive. It covers adaptation of students’ character application and the environment (2) the process of using learning sources in developing students’ character in MI Nurul Islam Mirigambar has integrated in school regulation and then it’s socialized and implemented the schedule orderly along with organizer team and in MI Hidayatul Mubtadiin Wates Sumbergempol Tulungagung implement it through application which can be separated into several kinds, they are daily routine and organizing (3) the result of using learning sources in developing students’ character in MI Nurul Islam Mirigambar can be devided into religious character, discipline, caring to environment, responsible, creative, loving reading and standing alone, white in MI Hidayatul Mubtadiin Wates Sumbergempol Tulungagung covers religious character, discipline, responsible, friendly, communicative, standing alone and honest.

Abstract

The management of teacher competence development is a fundamental requirement in educational institutions. The aspects that are related to teachers are still a problem and should be addressed. One of them is the personality and leadership competence of Islamic Education (PAI) / Religious teacher, namely professional, pedagogical, and social competence. Personality competence becomes a very important issue because this competence becomes the basis for every teacher in performing the duties, as well as the leadership competence becomes the basis of PAI / Religious teacher in implementing learning and developing Islamic culture in the school This research aims at analyzing the management of teacher personality and leadership competency development more broadly and deeply at SMAN 3 Malang and MAN 1 Ngawi, with coverage: (1) the orientation of personality and teacher leadership development of PAI / Religious teacher, (2) the management of Personality competency development planning and teacher leadership of PAI / Religious teacher, (3) the management of implementation of personality and leadership competence development of teacher of PAI / Religious teacher, and (4) the evaluation and sustainable of personality competence and leadership development of teacher of PAI / Religious teacher. The research was conducted in SMAN 3 Malang and MAN 1 Ngawi and used qualitative approach with multisite types. Data collection was done using interviews, observation, and documentation. Data analysis techniques included data reduction, data presentation, and data verification. To check the data validity of the researcher used data triangulation technique. The informants in this research were principals, vice principals, general teachers, and teacher of PAI / religious The results of this research indicated that: (1) the orientation of the development of teacher personality and leadership competencies at SMAN 3 Malang and MAN 1 Ngawi is based on the sub indicators in each competence; (2) the management of development planning of personality competency and teacher leadership at SMAN 3 Malang and MAN 1 Ngawi is the involvement of school principal, vice chairman, UPM chairman, and head of field. The planning stage is the identification of problems, determining the needs of evelopment program dplanning, program implementation, and evaluation. The last of the planning is done in 3 lines namely short-term, long-term, and incidental planning; (3) the developments of personality competence and teacher leadership at SMAN 3 Malang and MAN 1 Ngawi are 2 stages, there are routine and incidental. The sources of development implementation are from the internal that is done by the school, and externally is done by the government and related ministries. the form of development included training, training, workshops, advanced studies, reading, spiritual religious activities, rewards, and motivation; (4) the evaluation and sustainable of the development of teacher personality and leadership competency at SMAN 3 Malang and MAN 1 Ngawi is done by school principal with the teacher performance evaluation, teacher diary, motivation, and guidance of school principal.

Abstract

Blended learning as one of the 21st century learning always interesting to be discused more deeply. The extend of blended learning scope so the study never dries. Many sides need more critical dan detailed discussion in order to give a stronger perspective, to enrich the science of blended learning and become the reference of education practicioners in practicing it.This article discusses the design and evaluation of blended learning using WhatsApp Group (WAG) application in the context of learning in college. Design will contain learning activities and media used. While the evaluation is intended to determine the result of blended learning in achieving learning objectives. Detailed activities to give a detailed perspective of how blended learning is applied.
