Abstract

This research is engaged in wireless internet networking. Wifi-based area internet service providers with a fairly large number of customers require extra services to keep customers subscribed to the internet. The problem that always appears as a job is the unstable quality of the internet to customers. A lot of customers and concurrently, when internet access is often a connection down and often have a hank on the router. All this is due to network management that is not regulated in such a way that is unstable. This study proposes the application of quality of service with traffic shaping techniques as a form of wireless internet network management. To find out the results, the study conducted a test before the method was applied, and the test after the method was applied. The results of the test data indicate that there are differences in the quality of the wireless network, and with the implementation of the traffic shaping method, the quality of the wireless internet network is more stable and reliable by customers even when traffic is very congested.

Abstract

The Sunday e-meeting application is an android application for controlling the results of a meeting which is an official face-to-face agenda activity carried out by two or more people with the aim of discussing a problem, finding a way out and making decisions in order to achieve individual or organizational goals. E-meeting is one solution to the problems contained in manual meetings. However, the system that has been built has not yet been evaluated so that the e-meeting system is not yet known whether it can be an effective and efficient system. The method used in the evaluation of this system uses the UAT (User Acceptance Test). The results of the evaluation of the system were different percentages, first in terms of design 45% of respondents answered that they did not agree with the appearance of the e-meeting system, then in terms of convenience 79.56% of respondents answered agreed with the use of the e-meeting system. facilitate the process of scheduling and setting the meeting time, and in terms of efficiency 85.47% of respondents answered that they strongly agree that this system will speed up the response of citizens to find out the schedule of meetings and meeting activities can be recapitulated automatically. So it can be concluded that the e-meeting system is acceptable and has good convenience, design and efficiency.

Abstract

System implementation is a testing process to make it easier for users to carry out the calculation process or process data. by testing it can be concluded whether or not a system is designed. One of them is the implementation of a website-based system to predict sales of cashier applications by applying the Monte Carlo method. Increasing sales of cashier applications currently make developer companies have to prepare quality and feasible software or applications as needed. To maintain an increase in profit, it is necessary to prepare and manage the right human resources. One of them is to simulate to predict future sales of applications by utilizing the Monte Carlo method which has been translated and implemented into a website. From the algorithm, a system implementation is carried out where the calculation process that has been built using Monte Carlo is translated into a website. Website design tools use UML with the PHP programming language and MySQL database. The website is tested and implemented whether the system that has been built is working properly and in accordance with the calculations made previously so that this system can facilitate the simulation process easily and effectively.

Abstract

Patient satisfaction is an important thing in a hospital service. The level of patient satisfaction can be a reference for improving service to patients. Satisfaction is the level of feelings that arise as a result of the performance of the service received after comparing it with what is expected. This study aims to measure the level of satisfaction of inpatient BPJS Kesehatan participants with the services provided by the Special Hospital for Mother and Children (RSKIA) Annisa Payakumbuh in terms of five attributes, namely Tangibles (Real Form), Reliability, Assurance, Responsiveness (Responsiveness) and Empathy (Empathy). To measure the level of patient satisfaction at RSKIA Annisa Payakumbuh used data mining method of Classification Algorithm C4.5 which is one of the most effective Decision tree algorithms for classification. The data were obtained from the summary of the results of the BPJS Kesehatan inpatient patient satisfaction survey at RSKIA Annisa Payakumbuh. Furthermore, the data will be processed using the C4.5 algorithm which will produce rules and Decision trees. The results of data processing using the C4.5 Algorithm obtained Responsiveness as the root variable and resulted in 8 rules with 3 satisfied rules and 5 unsatisfied rules. Based on the results of this study, it can be concluded that the use of the C 4.5 Algorithm Decision tree can be used to measure the level of satisfaction of BPJS Kesehatan inpatients at RSKIA Annisa Payakumbuh. The results of this study are expected to help the RSKIA Annisa in making policies to improve services for patients.

Abstract

The sales transaction data for agricultural machinery at the Mandiri Jaya Teknik Solok store is a large data set making it difficult to identify consumer purchasing patterns. Large data sets can be processed into useful information. Sales transaction data available at the Mandiri Jaya Teknik Solok store can be processed into useful information to increase sales. This study aims to identify consumer purchasing patterns in order to know which items are often sold and to find out which items need to be stocked more and to increase sales. The data that is processed in this study uses the sales transaction data obtained from the sales invoice of Toko Mandiri Jaya Teknik Solok. Data is in the form of sales data for 13 weeks of 20 items with a minimum support value of 15% and a confidence value of 60%. The method uses one of the data mining techniques associated with the FP-Growth algorithm, where the Fp-Growth algorithm uses the concept of tree development in searching for the types of items that are often purchased (frequency item sets). The tools used are Rapidminer 9.8 so that the purchase patterns of goods are obtained which are used as information to predict the level of frequently sold items. The result of the sales data processing process is the association rule. Association Rule is obtained in the form of a relationship between goods sold together with other goods in a transaction. From this pattern, it can be recommended to the shop owner as information for preparing stock of goods to increase sales results. This research is very suitable to be applied to determine the patterns of consumer spending such as the relationship of each item purchased by consumers, so this research is appropriate for use by stores.
