Abstract

As the largest religious organization, Nahdlatul Ulama has had an international role since its inception. One of these roles is realized through the holding of several international conferences. This article aims to explain the reasons of these conferences and to describe the activities and contributions to the world and especially towards Indonesian foreign policy. This qualitative research used documentary/ literature study in collecting data. The research found that ideational motivation related to the logic of appropriateness (the call) to spread the teachings of Islam rahmatan lil alamin was the reason for the establishment. The conferences gave positive contribution as religious epistemic community, in building network, and in the framework of Islamic and western relations. Towards Indonesian foreign policy, these conferences, firstly emphasized the washathiyah / moderate character of Indonesian Islam which has proven to be compatible with democracy and modernity. Secondly, the thoughts and recommendations generated are valuable inputs for policy makers. Thirdly, the ulama network also has sharpen Indonesia's diplomacy in area Indonesia foreign policy implementation.

Abstract

Adapun tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana peran pemerintah Indonesia dalam menangani dilema masyarakat keturunan indonesia yang tinggal di mindanao selatan filipina. Seperti yang kita ketahui, ada Lebih dari 8.000 orang keturunan Indonesia yang telah tinggal di Mindanao Selatan, Filipina. Adapun status mereka selama ini secara formal adalah "tanpa memiliki identitas kewarganegaraan" dengan menerima konsekuensi: tidak akan mendapatkan bantuan secara ekonomi dan terpinggirkan secara sosial. Sejauh ini, kebanyakan dari mereka adalah terdaftar sebagai pemegang sertifikat warga Asing Filipina, sehingga mereka dapat menikmati fasilitas sosial dari pemerintah Filipina. Sedangkan yang memiliki paspor Indonesia, akibatnya, mereka akan kehilangan dukungan itu. Adapun Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dan pendekatan desktriptif yang didukung dengan data yang berkaitan dengan dilema masyarakat keuturunan Indonesia yang tinggal di mindanao selatan filipina. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Pemerintah Indonesia dalam menangani masalah diatas tersebut dengan mengorganisasikannya kedalam Diaspora Indonesia dan kemudian meningkatkan status mereka menjadi (Warga Negara Indonesia Terdaftar). Pada 2018, pemerintah Indonesia telah mulai mengeluarkan paspor Indonesia untuk mereka. Namun demikian, di balik penyelesaian hokum diatas, banyak dari mereka khawatir tentang konsekuensi ekonomi dan sosial yang akan mereka terima. Oleh karena itu dalam lima tahun ke depan mereka akan menghadapi persimpangan yang menentukan: Kembali ke Indonesia dalam ketidakpastian atau tetap tinggal di sana sebagai warga negara Indonesia di luar negeri dengan biaya yang membebani. Mengenai situasi dilematis ini, pemerintah Indonesia mencoba mengadopsi pendekatan yang lebih inovatif dan komprehensif dalam hukum, sosial, budaya, dan ekonomi juga dalam program pemberdayaan sosial yang terintegrasi. Sehingga dilema masyarkat keturunan Indonesia yang ada di Mindanao bisa mendapatkan kepastian. Kata kunci: Indonesia Diaspora, RINs, Pemberdayaan Sosial.

Abstract

This study is literature study with descriptive qualitative research with library research. This research is intended to explain the existence of science in the industrial revolution era 4.0. In this literature study, the author uses various written sources such as book, journal, and documents that are relevant to the study in this study. This study focuses on science and its existence in the industrial revolution era. The study results show that the existence of science at this time is still very much needed and has increased significantly. This is because the development of technology based on science has spread and entered the joints of aspects of human life.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the role of the village government of Jambi luar kota in empowering rural communities in rural independence and development. As we know, The Village autonomy is genuine, round, and complete autonomy and is not a gift from the government. Instead, the government is obliged to respect the original autonomy held by the village. As a form of democracy, a village consultative body was formed in the village which functioned as a legislative and supervisory body for the implementation of village regulations, village income and expenditure budgets, and village head decisions. The village budget includes original village income, APBN allocation known as the Village Fund, part of the district/city revenue and tax, village fund allocation which is part of the balance funds received by the district/city, financial assistance from the provincial APBD and district / APBD cities, grants and non-binding donations from third parties. With so many funds for village development above, can the village government implement an independent village development and support the village development program launched by the central government or vice versa. This study was conducted using a qualitative research approach. This research was conducted in Jambi Luar Kota and in Muaro Jambi Regency. The results of this study found that the empowerment of Village Communities in Self-Reliance and Development in Jambi Luar Kota District even though it has been done, the results are not yet optimal. it is due to several factors: 1). Communication Factors, 2). Organizational structure.

Abstract

Increase or decrease in assets is common in a company. The increase in assets should be followed by increased financial performance. That is because assets are an important element of the company. Another important element is company liquidity. The existence of a research gap regarding factors that affect financial performance is interesting to be examined again. This study aims to determine the effect of asset growth, liquidity and asset size on financial performance. The research method used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis. The population in this study are all LQ 45 companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2016-2020. Sampling uses a purposive sampling technique with criteria for companies that enter LQ 45 and never leave the LQ 45 index during the study period. The research period starts from the release of the LQ45 index in February 2016 to the LQ45 index in January 2020. From these criteria obtained 124 companies. The analysis shows that partially asset growth, liquidity, and asset size significantly influence financial performance. Simultaneously, asset growth, liquidity and asset size significantly influence financial performance.

Abstract

Abstract Health messages are important in the field of public health to encourage behavior change. In 2017, through a “Prevent, Treat, Fight Diabetes” Campaign initiated by the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Indonesia, the Government uploaded a digital video public service advertisement through a you tube account with the username of the Ministry of Health's P2PTM Directorate. This research was conducted to understand how the Persuasion Technique used by the Ministry of Health in building messages contained in the communication campaign carried out through the video. The main question in this connection is how the persuasion technique used in the health campaign "Prevent, Treat, Fight Diabetes" conducted by the Ministry of Health in persuading message recipients? To find out how the Persuasion Technique of a health campaign persuasion message carried out by the Ministry of Health in the “Prevent, Treat, Fight Diabetes” campaign by the Ministry of Health in persuading message recipients, this study uses the theory of Campaign Communication, Social Campaigns, and Persuasion Techniques with a fear approach. to analyze the elements in a persuasive message from the Ministry of Health.
