Abstract

This study aims to find out, analyze, and provide empirical evidence that there is an effect of brand image, price, and promotion on the decision to buy SGM milk at KarangmalangSragen. The population in this study was SGM milk buyers at KarangmalangSragen November 2018. 100 people were selected as research samples by random sampling method. The analysis technique in this study consisted of testing instruments, validity, reliability, classic assumption tests, multiple linear regression analysis, t test, F test, and R2 test. The results of multiple linear regression research showed that, Brand Image, Price and Promotion had a positive effect Regarding the decision to purchase SGM milk at KarangmalangSragen. The results of the t test show that the Brand Image, Price, and Promotion in fact have a significant effect on the decision to purchase SGM milk at KarangmalangSragent.The results of the F test show that the variables of Brand Image, Price and Promotion simultaneously have a significant effect on the decision to purchase SGM milk at KarangmalangSragen. The R2 (coefficient of determination) results are 0.584 which means that the purchase decision is explained by the Brand Image variable, Price and Promotion of 58.4% while the remaining 41.6% is explained by other variables not included in this study such as Brand Image, Consumer Motivation, Product Quality, Service, Location.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of Likuidity seen from Current Ratio, Solvability seen from Debt to Equity Ratio dan Profitability seen from Return On Asset to Share Price of Index LQ 45 Companies in Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) in 2014 – 2018.The population in this study are the companies index LQ 45 that are included in the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) in 2014 – 2018. Sample selection is taken by using purposive sampling method. The number of samples are 15 index LQ 45 in Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI). Data which is secondary data. The classical principle test used in this study is by using normality test, multicolerity test, heteroxidity test, and autocorrelation test. The analysis used in this research is multiple regression method.Based on the calculation results show that the Current Ratio is not significant to Share Price index LQ 45 in Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI). Debt to Equity Ratio is not significant to Share Price index LQ 45 in Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI). Return On Asset is significant to Share Price index LQ 45 in Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI). Current Ratio, Debt to Equity Ratio, dan Return On Asset is not significant to Share Price index LQ 45 in Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI).

Abstract

Financial report is something that is very important for the sustainability of companies,especially companies that have gone public. One measure of accuracy in the submission of relevant financial statements is audit delay. This Research purposed to analyze and measure firm specific factors that influencing the audit delay, by using five independent variables there are : (1) Company Size, (2) Profitability, (3) Solvability, (4) Public Accountant Size, And (5) Auditor’s Opinion. The data was used in this research is the secondary data gotten directly by visiting the Indonesia Stock Exchange, there are the annual report of manufacturer companies 2016-2017. Sample this research is a number of 148 companies selected using purposive sampling method. Data analysis in this research using multiple linear regression analysis. The result of this research showed that profitability has positive influences on audit delay. Company size, solvability, public accountant size, and auditor’s opinion have negative influences on audit delay. The result of this research showed that these five factors simultaneously influence on Audit Delay. Based on the adjusted R2 value of 7,1% indicates that 7,1% Audit Delay variable explained by company size, profitability, solvability, public accountant size, and audit opinion. While the remaining 92,9% is explained by other variables not examinated in this study.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to find out and provide empirical evidence of the significance of the influence of independence, auditor experience, task complexity, and time budget pressure on audit quality.This research is quantitative research. The population in this study were 74 auditors who worked in Public Accountants Office in Surakarta, Yogyakarta, and Semarang. The sampling technique used was convenience sampling and a sample of 58 auditors was obtained. The analysis technique consists of the classic assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, t test, and R2 test. The results of testing the questionnaire using Test Validity and Reliability Tests that obtain valid and reliable results. The results of hypothesis testing indicate that the independence variable has a significant positive effect on audit quality. The auditor experience variable has a significant positive effect on audit quality. Task complexity variables have a significant positive effect on audit quality. Variable time budget pressure has a positive significant effect on audit quality. The R2 test results show that the Adjusted R Square value is 0.719. So that independence, auditor experience, task complexity, and time budget pressure can explain the level of audit quality by 71.9%, while 28.1% is influenced by other factors outside the research regression model.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian adalah mengetahui secara empiris peran budaya organisasi dalam meningkatkan pemanfaatan teknologi informasi terhadap kepuasan pegawai dan kinerja pegawai di Pemerintah Kabupaten Grobogan. Populasi  dalam  penelitian  ini,  yang menjadi populasi adalah seluruh pegawai eselon 1, 2 dan 3 yang terkait secara langsung dengan  Kabupaten Grobogan yang berjumlah 90 pegawai. Teknik pengambilan sampel adalah sensus, sehingga jumlah sampel penelitian sebanyak 90 responden. Teknik análisis menggunakan path analysis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa budaya organisasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap pemanfaatan Teknologi Informasi. Budaya organisasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan. Pemanfaatan Teknologi Informasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap  kepuasan. Budaya organisasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja. Pemanfaatan Teknologi Informasi berpengaruh signifikan    terhadap kinerja. Peningkatan kepuasan oleh budaya organisasi dari pemanfaatan Teknologi Informasi lebih efektif melalui jalur tidak langsung, karena hasil pengaruh langsung lebih kecil dibandingkan pengaruh tidak langsung. Peningkatan kinerja  oleh budaya organisasi lebih efektif melalui jalur langsung, karena hasil pengaruh langsung lebih besar dibandingkan pengaruh tidak langsung.

Abstract

This study aims to prove and analyze the effect of marketing mix, service quality and entrepreneurial orientation on the competitive advantage of people's markets in the city of Surabaya. The method used in this research is a survey conducted on a market unit under the auspices of the Pasar Surya Regional Company in Surabaya. The population in this study were all public market units managed by the Pasar Surya Regional Company in Surabaya City and those that were still active were 67 public market units. The number of samples 135 respondents with an observation unit of 675 traders or tenants of the Surabaya municipal market area Surabaya city. The data used in this study are primary data sourced from questionnaires. data analysis and hypothesis testing in this study using Multiple Linear Regression. The results showed that the marketing mix, service quality and entrepreneurial orientation had a significant positive effect on the competitive advantage of the people's market in the city of Surabaya.

Abstract

Dalam dunia bisnis, persaingan menjadi semakin ketat. Pada saat kompleksitas dan dinamika lingkungan bisnis meningkat secara intens, perusahaan-perusahaan mulai terdorong untuk lebih memperkuat basis strateginya dengan konsep-konsep seperti customer focused atau oriented cultur. masyarakat. Terdapat beberapa faktor yang dapat mempengaruhi kinerja pegawai. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menguji kinerja pemasaran berbasis inovasi produk dan keunggulan bersaing. Teknik pengumpulan data yang dilakukan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan kuesioner. Data yang digunakan adalah data primer dari jawaban responden. Teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan random sampling, dalam penelitian ini sampel yang digunakan adalah 110  industri batik. Metode analisis data diuji dengan Stuctural Equation Modeling melalui program Smart PLS (Partial Least Square). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ketidakpastian lingkungan berpengaruh pengaruh positif dan signifikan  terhadap inovasi produk, intensitas litbang berpengaruh pengaruh positif dan signifikan  terhadap inovasi produk, inovasi produk berpengaruh pengaruh positif dan signifikan  terhadap kinerja pemasaran, orientasi produk berpengaruh pengaruh positif dan signifikan  terhadap keunggulan bersaing, orientasi pelanggan berpengaruh pengaruh positif dan signifikan  terhadap keunggulan bersaing, keunggulan bersaing berpengaruh pengaruh positif dan signifikan  terhadap kinerja pemasaran.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to know and empirically test the role of job characteristics and professional commitment to work tenure and performance in high school teachers in Solo Raya. The unit of analysis is the individual because the answers of each respondent represent themselves, which in this study are teachers in Solo Raya covering Surakarta City, Boyolali District, Sukoharjo, Wonogiri, Sragen, Karanganyar, and Klaten. The sample used was 100 respondents. The analysis technique uses multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that the characteristics of work had a positive and significant effect on the length of service. Professional commitment has a positive and significant effect on tenure. Job characteristics have a positive and significant effect on performance. Professional commitment has a positive and significant effect on performance. The length of service has a positive and significant effect on performance. The path analysis results show that the direct influence of job characteristics is an effective path to improve performance.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of understanding taxation, tax socialization, tax sanction, and tax rate towards taxpayer compliance of micro, small and medium enterprises. This Study population is a micro, small and medium business taxpayer in Surakarta. The method of data collection uses primary data with a questionnaire. Result of analysis indicate that all valid proven questionnaire and reliabel. Result of assumption test classical indicate that data in this research is proven is normal distribution, free from the existence of heterokedastisitas, multikolonieritas and autokorelasi. Result of regresi test with t test indicate that variable understanding of taxation, tax socialization, tax sanction, and tax rate have an effect on by partial towards taxpayer compliance of micro, small and medium enterprises while according to test indicate that understanding of taxation, tax socialization, tax sanction, and tax rate have an effect on by simultan towards taxpayer compliance of micro, small and medium enterprises.
