Abstract

Lack of data that contains information on people's houses also acts as an obstacle to the completion of the mapping of resident houses that is not spared from the importance of information in supporting all activities contained therein, the information generated must be relevant so that decisions made based on the information are right on target, the form of presentation according to is a factor that influences the quality of the information conveyed. So far the presentation of data and information in Kelurahan generally uses diagrams or graphs depending on what data you want to present.In utilizing the geographical information system for mapping population houses, the numbering and names of residents' houses have been adjusted. On this map, the addresses of residents of RW 01 / RT 02 KelurahanKelurahanSekar Jaya have been ordered. Based on the results of data processing, it was concluded that the Desktop-GIS that was built was able to display the mapping information of residents' houses in RT 02 / RW 01, Sekarjaya Village, East Baturaja District.Keyword : Geographic Information System, Sekarjaya Urban Village

Abstract

Kertapati (KPT) and Tanjung Karang(TNK) central stations serve as passangers’ arrival, departure points and goods handling facilities. Those facilities should be supported by public service facilities the needs of the users. One method the measure the needs of the users is servedon user’s survey on. On user’s survey on perception on needs. The research measures the indeks of the user’s perception on needs and satisfaction at two stasions, analysis the gap between satisfaction, needs and ranks the priority of satisfaction and need. The research carry out based on a qualitative descriptive research method in which a Servqual Analysis was utilities measure the users’perspective subsequanley an IPA Analysis are utilited to measure the priority important. Parameters were based on minimum standard level (SPM No.48 Tahun 2015) from Ministry of Transportation that were Safety, Security, Reliability, Comfort, Accessibility and Equality. The respondents was choosen based on accidental sampling whose already experienced and journey with trains. The results are beneficial to get insight about the sustainable improvement as well as to determaine the priority of improvement needed. Result from the stations are good service with several variables being the priority of improvement. Access to disability with gap of -1.13 for KPT and -1.02 for TNK. The stairs go up and down to the train with gap of -1.12 for KPT. The public toilets with gap of -0.93 for KPT and -0.98 for TNK. Disabled facilities with gap of -1.09 for TNK. Toilet for disabled people with a gap of -1.07 for TNK.Keywords: Perception, Satisfaction, Importance, Servqual, IPA

Abstract

The roads transportation is an important infrastructure as one of the land transportation infrastructures for the movement of social activities and to support economic development, specifically in Palembang City. The population growth of Palembang City has resulted in an increase in the number of vehicles and highway users. As a result, transportation activities in Palembang, especially at Parameswara roads are increasing. The impact of this, there will be heavy traffic volume, resulting in conflicts on the road, which lead to traffic accidents. Therefore, there will be congestion and a decrease in the performance of the road speed.The research is conducted at Parameswara Road in Palembang that visually diminished the ability to accommodate the road traffic volume per day, accordingly the effect of traffic that occurs due to the lack of road capacity as the sequence of large volume traffic. The purpose of this study is to determine the capacity and level of road services to carried out the performance value on this road. The method used in the analysis is the Greenshield model, Greenberg, and Underwood. This study explains the maximum volume at peak hour that develop on Monday is between 1561 smp/hour and 1549 smp/hour. Whereas the lowest is around 1225 smp/hour and 1008 smp/hour that occurs on Sunday. Therefore, the analysis of service level on the research years at Parameswara Road depicts the saturated traffic conditions and low starting speed with D service index category and service level analysis at 10 years of planning time projections, the lpda result is from 2022 to 2026, The Parameswara road conditions at E and F service index categories are the traffic jam circumstances and slight speed. Hence, it necessitates constructing a non-plot way at Parameswara Road intersection to tackle this traffic congestion.Keywords: Greenshield, Greenberg, Underwood, Road Capacity.

Abstract

LRT is a mass transportation mode for light rail that is expected to make the transfer of personal use to mass transportation users to reduce traffic congestion specifically in the city of Palembang. Services and facilities will be one of the supporters in the use of mass transportation. This study aims to analyze the characteristics of LRT users and the level of satisfaction of LRT passengers and to group parameters into 4  quadrants. The sampling technique used by researchers is accidental sampling. Data processing and analysis with Validity Test, Reliability Test, Satisfaction, IPA. The results showed an analysis of the level of satisfaction of the passengers were quite satisfied, with an average level of satisfaction and importance based on Service Quality on physical factors: 4,287 and 4,743, reliability factors: 4,096 and 4,678, responsiveness factors: 4,18 and 4,60, Guarantee factors and empathy factors: 4,400 and 4,860. Priority grouping into 4 quadrants, quadrant I Security officer, quadrant II cleanliness, comfort of seating in the LRT, ease of ups and downs of LRT for persons with disabilities and the availability of facilities for the disabled and facilities for breastfeeding mothers, Quadrant Analysis III LRT waiting time, availability of relevant information with the Arrival and Departure Schedule, how the speed of employees in responding complaints LRT customer problems and how the hospitality and courtesy of officers in serving LRT customers, Quadrant IV how easy access to the LRT station, how accurate the LRT schedule is and how the LRT rates are charged. Keywords: Mode of Transportation, LRT, Services, Palembang.

Abstract

To improve clean water distribution services in an area, several steps must be considered. This step is to calculate the available water supply, then calculate the projected population growth until the end of the planning year and calculate the need for clean water in Kertapati District. PDAM Tirta Musi, especially the Kertapati booster which is in the service area opposite Ulu 1, is the agency responsible for providing clean water for residents in the service area of Kertapati District. However, currently PDAM services are still 50.87% of the total population of Kertapati District. After conducting the research, the results of the water supply received from the Ogan IPA were 90.47 liters / second or 7,816 m3 / day, when compared to the supply needed to serve the community's clean water needs in the Kertapati Booster service area in 2018 plus a number leakage of 89.54 liters / second or 7,736 m3 / day. With a service level of 50.87% of the population. Meanwhile, the water supply that must be provided to serve all the water needs of the people of Kertapati District is 176.01 liters / second or 15,207 m3 / day and at the end of the planning year it is 235.73 liters / sec or 20,367 m3 / day. It can be concluded that for the projection in 2027 the available water supply will not be able to serve daily water needs for 24 hours

Abstract

Corporate Sosial Responsibility (CSR) itu sendiri merupakan suatu bentuk tanggung jawab sosial yang harus dilaksanakan oleh sebuah perusahaan terhadap daerah dan masyarakat sekitar perusahaan yang terkena dampak dari aktivitas perusahaan, baik secara langsung maupun tidak langsung Pihak perusahaan dituntut memiliki kepedulian terhadap masyarakat dengan mengedepankan kepentingan jangka panjang dan keberlanjutan daripada kepentingan kepentingan sesaat melalui program CSR. Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) bukan lagi sekadar kewajiban perusahaan, tetapi menjadi sebuah strategi yang dikembangkan oleh perusahaan. Implementasi CSR yang dilakukan PT Antam Tbk terdiri dari tiga bentuk, yaitu Program Pengembangan Kemasyarakatan, Program Kemitraan dan Program Bina Lingkungan. Semua desa yang ada di sekitar PT Antam Tbk menerima ketiga program tersebut, antara lain berbentuk pembangunan infrastruktur desa, pengembangan pendidikan, perbaikan kesehatan, bantuan modal, dan pelatihan untuk pengembangan usaha.. Selain itu, ada ketiga program yang ditangani oleh PT Antam yang bermuatan pengembangan masyarakat, yaitu : pengembangan program kemitraan (PK), Bina Lingkungan (BL), dan pengembangan masyarakat, disambut positif oleh masyarakat. Masyarakat berharap bantuan ini akan diperbesar dari tahun ke tahun. Diharapkan perusahaan-perusahaan yang melakukan CSR mempertahankan dan meningkatkan kepeduliannya pada lingkungan dan masyarakat agar tercipta lingkungan yang bersih dan masyarakat yang lebih baik, Kedua, upayakan program CSR dapat membangun kemandirian masyarakat dan sustainable (berlanjut) hingga saat PT Antam Tbk  tidak beroperasi kembali di wilayah tersebut dan Ketiga, bagi semua perusahaan untuk tidak menganggap CSR sebagai kegiatan menghambur-hamburkan uang, tapi dijadikan sarana investasi. Kegiatan CSR tersebut harus dirancang dengan baik dan penuh perencanaan, bukan semata-mata hanya untuk menjaga eksistensi sebuah perusahaan, sehingga program dapat tepat sasaran dan masyarakat mendapat manfaat secara penuh dari adanya program-program CSR tersebut.Kata Kunci : CSR, Pemberdayaan Masyarakat, Keberlanjutan
