Abstract

This study was motivated by the importance of critical thinking skills in the world of education and aimed to investigate the effectiveness of technology-based interactive learning in enhancing students' critical thinking skills. The research method used was quantitative with a quasi-experimental design, involving two groups: an experimental group and a control group. The experimental group implemented technology-based interactive learning, while the control group used conventional learning methods. The results showed that the experimental group achieved a greater increase in critical thinking skills compared to the control group. Factors such as the frequency of technology use in learning, students' ability to use the provided technology features, the appropriateness of technology use for learning needs, students' reactions to the technology used, and the effectiveness of technology use in enhancing students' critical thinking skills all showed significant differences between the two groups. The results show that technology-based interactive learning can improve students' critical thinking skills and learning outcomes more effectively. the use of technology-based interactive learning can be a good alternative in improving the quality of education. Abstract

The phenomenon of gambling is currently not a foreign thing in society. Many people justify all means to get money or wealth instantly without any effort. With the rise of gambling, it can become a community disease that damages the social system of society. The purpose of this research is to find out the various factors that cause people to do online gambling; find out the effects or impacts caused by online gambling; describe the moral degradation that occurs as a result of the phenomenon of online gambling in Indonesia. This research was conducted in Indonesia, namely by understanding the background and collecting data or information related to the research. The research method we took to compile the article is by using a qualitative and descriptive approach. In addition, we also use secondary legal materials, namely from the results of previous studies, scientific articles, and others. The phenomenon of online gambling is influenced by economic factors, environmental factors and entertainment factors. In addition, online gambling also has the impact of complex problems including addiction, mental disorders, economic decline, increased crime and data theft. The existence of online gambling which has become a phenomenon causes people to have a moral crisis, they take various actions just to win gambling. Moral degradation and social values have also decreased due to the deviant use of technology such as in the case of online gambling, such as material values, vital values, and spiritual values.

Abstract

Supporting the creation of a maximum syariah banking system, one of which is through the level of financial literacy sayriah Indonesian people. Steps in optimizing the potential of banking development sayriah is to provide public education about Islamic financial literacy This article contains about the influence of islamic financial literacy levels in the development of Islamic banking in Indonesia, one of the factors slowing down the development of sayriah banking in Indonesia is the lack of islamic financial literacy level indonesiian society. The Financial Services Authority seeks several ways in improving financial literacy such as by providing modules and application services but it has not been able to answer the problem because the reading interest of indonesian people is very low, from here the author proposes a concept of improving the quality of Islamic financial literacy through eduwisata, a form of tourism by priority of education elements, from usula this program is expected to be able to answer one of the problems of the lack of sharia literacy levels in Indonesia where the majority of the societies who like to travel. In the study of this article using descriptive qualitative research method with the type of literature study or literature study. The discussion in writing this scientific article focuses on the concept of improving financial literacy through edutourism as a strategy for the development of sayraiah banking in Indonesia.

Abstract

This article aims to provide a reinterpretation of the concepts of Al-Jumlah Ismiyah and Fi'liyah in the light of the book "Al-Qawaid Al-Asasiyah Fi Ulumil Quran" by Sayyid Muhammad Alawy Al-Makky. The study explores the significance, methodology, and outcomes of this research. The primary objective of this study is to shed light on the deep insights of Al-Jumlah Ismiyah and Fi'liyah as presented by Sayyid Muhammad Alawy Al-Makky in his seminal work. By examining the core principles and foundations outlined in "Al-Qawaid Al-Asasiyah Fi Ulumil Quran," this research seeks to reevaluate and reinterpret the concepts within a contemporary context. The research methodology employed in this study involves a comprehensive analysis of the book, Al-Qawaid Al-Asasiyah Fi Ulumil Quran, by Sayyid Muhammad Alawy Al-Makky. The text is examined to identify the key principles and explanations provided regarding Al-Jumlah Ismiyah and Fi'liyah. The findings are then critically analyzed, taking into consideration relevant sources and scholarly discussions to offer a fresh perspective on these concepts. The benefits of this research lie in its potential to enhance our understanding of Al-Jumlah Ismiyah and Fi'liyah and their applications within the realm of Quranic studies. By reinterpreting these concepts, scholars and researchers can gain new insights into Arabic grammar, syntax, and Quranic exegesis. The findings of this study may contribute to the development of more comprehensive methodologies for understanding the linguistic and grammatical aspects of the Quran. The results of this research reveal a nuanced understanding of Al-Jumlah Ismiyah and Fi'liyah. Through the reinterpretation of Sayyid Muhammad Alawy Al-Makky's insights, it becomes evident that these concepts possess broader implications for understanding the structure and coherence of the Quranic text. The findings encourage further exploration and investigation, inviting scholars to delve deeper into the intricacies of Quranic language and its implications for Quranic interpretation. In conclusion, this article presents a reinterpretation of Al-Jumlah Ismiyah and Fi'liyah based on the perspectives provided in the book "Al-Qawaid Al-Asasiyah Fi Ulumil Quran" by Sayyid Muhammad Alawy Al-Makky. By examining the goals, benefits, methodology, and outcomes of this research, it contributes to a broader understanding of these concepts and their significance within the field of Quranic studies.

Abstract

The need for reform of sharia and its methodological tools is based on the assumption that the existing position and formulation of sharia is considered inadequate and even considered contrary to the principles of modern law and human rights with current actual issues. Islamic economic development is also very important in modern countries even though it does not adhere to the Islamic system as a whole. The research method used by the author in this study is a qualitative research method using a literature study approach. Qualitative research is the collection of data on a natural background with the intention of interpreting the phenomena that occur. In qualitative research, of course, data such as words, pictures and others are collected, so that all data collected then allows it to be the key to what has been studied. Data in this study was sourced from books, journals and other scientific works. The problem in this study is related to aspects of Islamic economic development that are not only based on Islamic countries. The Islamic state in question is a system of government and other regulatory systems making Islam as a guideline as a whole

Abstract

this study is motivated by the debate about the existence of inheritance law in Islam which is often stigmatized as a law that is not friendly to equality between men and women. This background will then be examined in this paper by offering a perspective on the principle of proportionality as the basis of Islamic inheritance law. Through normative-doctrinaire methods of legal studies, this study concludes that the principles of inheritance are eclectic between the principle of proportionality and the principle of justice. This has implications for social propriety that can be between one period of time and another or between one community and another community has different standards.
