<![CDATA[This study aims to analyze the influence of the implementation of electronic filing system towards employee?s productivity. The study employs descriptive and verifikatif method. The technique used in collecting the data is a rating scale questionnare with scores scale from 1 to 5. The respondents are 50 employees in the Department of Education of Cimahi City. The data is analyzed by using simple regression technique. The results showed that the implementation of electronic filing system has a significant effect on employee?s productivity. Thus, employee?s productivity can be improved through the improvement of electronic filing system.ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh penerapan sistem kearsipan elektronik terhadap produktivitas kerja pegawai. Metode penelitian menggunakan metode deskriptif dan verifikatif. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan angket model rating scale dengan skor yang terentang antara 1 sampai dengan 5. Responden adalah pegawai Dinas Pendidikan Kota Cimahi sebanyak 50 responden. Teknik analisis data menggunakan regresi sederhana. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan penerapan sistem kearsipan elektronik memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap produktivitas kerja pegawai. Dengan demikian produktivitas kerja pegawai dapat ditingkatkan melalui peningkatan sistem kearsipan elektronik. ]]>

<![CDATA[Learning interest is one of the most important things that could significantly affect student?s achievement in learning process. As an elementary factor, learning interest could affect student?s comprehension on the materials and their performance in order to attain maximum scoresat the end of the teaching and learning process.This paper presents the result of a pre-experimental study (One Group pre-test post-test) that investigates the effect of Student Teams Achievement Division (STAD) type improving students? learning interest in learning a school subject on entrepreneurship.The results of data analysis ona set of questionnaire sidentifying students? learning interest that was given for a pre-test and a post-test, together with an analysis on students? learning achievement before and after STAD implementation, show that this model is quite effective in increasing students? learning interest. Therefore, STAD could be used as one of appropriate learning models in teaching entrepreneurship subject.ABSTRAKMinat belajar adalah salah satu faktor penting yang dapat mempengaruhi siswa dalam proses pembelajaran. Sebagai faktor yang elementer, minat belajar dapat mempengaruhi tingkat pemahaman siswa terhadap bahan ajar yang disajikan oleh guru dan tingkat keberhasilan siswa dalam mencapai nilai maksimal pada akhir proses pembelajaran. Artikel ini menyajikan hasil penelitian pre-eksperimen (One Group pre-test post-test) yang ditunjukan untuk mengetahui pengaruh model pembelajaran kooperatif model Student Teams Achievement Division (STAD) dalam meningkatkan minat belajar para siswa kelas XII di sebuah SMK di kota Cimahi, pada mata pelajaran kewirausahaan. Hasil analisis pada angket mengenai minat belajar yang diberikan pada pre-test dan post-test, berikut analisa nilai para siswa sebelum dan sesudah penerapan model STAD, menunjukan bahwa model tersebut efektif dalam meningkatkan minat belajar siswa. <![CDATA[One key to success in raising students? learning outcomeis by choosing an appropriate learning model for the subject. Through this article,we can see impact of application of spontaneous group discussion and numbered heads together cooperative learning models toward learning outcome of 72 students in archival subject: basic competency of archival system in grade X on Office Administration program in one of public vocational school in Karawang Regency. Through a quasi-experimental, it was obtained that spontaneous group discussion learning model was more effective than numbered heads together learning model especially on archival subject: basic competency of archival system. Through the findings of research, spontaneous group discussion learning model can become teachers? reference in raising students? learning outcome especially on that subjectABSTRAKSalah satu kunci keberhasilan dalam mendongkrak hasil belajar siswa adalah pemilihan model pembelajaran yang tepat sesuai dengan mata pelajarannya. Lewat artikel ini kita dapat melihat dampak penerapan model pembelajaran tipe kooperatif spontaneous group discussion dengan model pembelajaran numbered heads together terhadap hasil belajar 72 siswa pada mata pelajaran kearsipan kompetensi dasar mengelola sistem kearsipan kelas X Administrasi Perkantoran di sebuah SMK Negeri di Kabupaten Karawang. Lewat kuasi eksperimen, didapat bahwa model pembelajaran spontaneous group discussion jauh lebih efektif dibandingkan dengan model pembelajaran numbered heads together khususnya pada mata pelajaran kearsipan kompetensi dasar mengelola sistem kearsipan. <![CDATA[The problem in this research is not optimal student achievement. It is characterized by the acquisition of learning outcomes of student who have not reached the Minimum Completeness Criteria in school. This study aims to determine the effect of performance of teaching teachers on student achievement. The method used in this research was survey method. Data collection techniques used question model on scale of 1-5 form with rating scale. Respondents were 53 students of class X of Office Administration Vocational High School in Bandung. The approach used is a quantitative approach to data analysis techniques using regression analysis. The result showed that the performance of teaching teachers has a positive and significant impact on student achievement, either partially or simultaneously. It can be concluded that student achievement can be improved through increased performance of teaching teachers. It means the better of performance of teaching teacher will have an impact on student achievement for the better. ABSTRAKPermasalahan dalam penelitian ini adalah belum optimalnya prestasi belajar siswa. Hal ini ditandai dengan perolehan hasil belajar siswa yang belum mencapai Kriteria Ketuntasan Minimum (KKM) di sekolah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kinerja mengajar guru terhadap prestasi belajar siswa. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode survey. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan angket dengan skor rentang 1 sampai dengan 5 model rating scale. Responden adalah 53 siswa Kelas X Administrasi Perkantoran Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan di Kota Bandung. Pendekatan yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kuantitatif dengan teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi. Hasil penelitian diperoleh bahwa kinerja mengajar guru memiliki pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan terhadap prestasi belajar siswa, baik secara parsial maupun simultan. Dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan bahwa prestasi belajar siswa dapat ditingkatkan melalui peningkatan kinerja mengajar guru. Artinya semakin tinggi kinerja mengajar guru akan berdampak pada prestasi belajar siswa yang semakin tinggi.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to analyze the effect of office spatial on work effectiveness of employees by using survey method. This study performed data collection by using a questionnaire with a range of scores 1 to 5. Respondents of the study consisted of the employees of the Office of Education of Bandung City. This study used simple regression analysis as the data analysis technique. The results reveal that the office spatial brings positive effects on the work effectiveness of employees. Therefore, the work effectiveness of employees can be improved through the improvement of office spatial conditions.ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh tata ruang kantor terhadap efektivitas kerja pegawai dengan menggunakan metode survey. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan angket dengan rentang skor antara 1 sampai 5menggunakan model rating scale. Responden dalam penelitian ini adalah para pegawai Dinas Pendidikan Kota Bandung. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi sederhana. <![CDATA[The purpose of this study was to analyze influence self efficacy and learning motivation to learning outcomr. This research used survey method. Data collection techniques used question model on scale of 1-5 with likert scale,. The respondents are students of Vocational High School in Kabupaten Bandung Barat . Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression. The result of the study revealed self efficacy and motivation learning both partially and simultaneously, has the positive and significant influence toward influenced students? learning outcomes. Thus students? learning outcomes can be improved through increased self efficacy and learning motivation. ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh efikasi diri dan motivasi belajar terhadap hasil belajar siswa dengan menggunakan metode survey explanatory. <![CDATA[The effectiveness of employees was influenced by many factors, including the implementation of archival systems and infrastructure. This article discussed the results of research about the impact of implementation of archival system and infrastructure toward the effectiveness of employees? performance in Bureau of Personnel of Indonesia University of Education. The research was conducted by using explanatory survey method, data were collected by using Likert scale model questionnaire, given to the population of 28 employees of the Bureau of Personnel of Indonesia University of Education. The results of data analysis showed that the percentage of implementation of archival system, infrastructure and effectiveness of employees? performance were still in low score. However, the implementation of archival systems and infrastructure had a positive and significant effect on the effectiveness of employees' performance, either simultaneously or partially. Therefore, the effectiveness of employees can be improved through implementation of archival system and good infrastructure.ABSTRAKEfektivitas kerja pegawai dipengaruhi oleh banyak faktor, diantaranya adalah implementasi sistem kearsipan dan sarana prasarana. Artikel ini membahas hasil penelitian tentang dampak implementasi sistem kearsipan dan sarana prasarana terhadap efektivitas kerja pegawai di Biro Kepegawaian UPI. Penelitian dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode explanatory survey, data dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan angket model likert scale yang diberikan kepada populasi sejumlah 28 orang pegawai Biro Kepegawaian UPI. Hasil analisa data menunjukkan bahwa presentase implementasi sistem kearsipan, sarana prasarana dan efektivitas kerja pegawai masih kecil. Namun demikian, implementasi sistem kearsipan dan sarana prasarana memiliki pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan terhadap efektivitas kerja pegawai baik secara simultan maupun parsial. Oleh karena itu, efektivitas kerja pegawai dapat ditingkatkan melalui impelementasi sistem kearsipan dan sarana prasarana yang baik.]]>

<![CDATA[This research was conducted at State Vocational School of 1 Subang. This study aimed to analyze the influence of pedagogic and social competence on students? learning achievement. This study was focused on the factors which influencing students? learning achievement from external factors. The method used in this research was Explanatory Survey. Data were collected by using questionnaire with Likert scale model, which will be analyzed by using simple regression analysis and multiple regression analysis. Respondents were 56 students of grade X of Office Administration Class in State Vocational School of 1 Subang. From the result of hypothetical test, it was obtained that pedagogic and social competence had positive effect to students? learning achievement on subject introduction of office administration in grade X of Office Administration Class in State Vocational School of 1 Subang.ABSTRAKPenelitian ini dilakukan di SMK Negeri 1 Subang. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kompetensi pedagogik dan sosial terhadap prestasi belajar siswa. Penelitian ini difokuskan pada faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi prestasi belajar siswa dari faktor eksternal. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Explanatory Survey. Data dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan kuesioner dengan model skala likert, yang akan dianalisis dengan menggunakan analisis regresi sederhana dan analisis regresi berganda. Responden adalah 56 siswa kelas X Kelas Administrasi Perkantoran di SMK Negeri 1 Subang. Dari hasil uji hipotesis, didapatkan bahwa kompetensi pedagogik dan sosial berpengaruh positif terhadap prestasi belajar siswa pada pengenalan subjek administrasi perkantoran di kelas X Kelas Administrasi Perkantoran di SMK Negeri 1 Subang.]]>

Data collection techniques used question model on scale of 1-5 form with rating scale. Respondents are teacher of Vocational High School in Bandung. Data were analyzed using regression. The result of the study revealed organizational culture and motivation both partially and simultaneously, has the positive and significant influence toward teacher performance. Thus the teacher's performance can be improved through increased organizational culture and motivation. The implication is a need for the principal or other leaders in taking actions related to the improvement of teacher performance.ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dampak dari iklim organisasi sekolah terhadap motivasi mengajar guru dengan menggunakan metode survey explanatory. <![CDATA[This study entitled "The Influence of Organizational Culture and Interpersonal Communication on Employee Performance", which aims to determine the influence of organizational culture and communication communication interpersonal to employee performance. The method used is survey method. Respondents from this study were employees at the General Bureau of the Ministry of Education and Culture of the Republic of Indonesia. Technique of collecting data using questionnaire / kuisoner with score range 1 to 5. Analysis of data using correlation and regression. The results of the study show that organizational culture and interpersonal communication have a positive effect on employee performance. Therefore, the performance of employees can be enhanced by strengthening the organizational culture and streamlining interpersonal communication.ABSTRAKPenelitian ini berjudul ?Pengaruh Budaya Organisasi dan Komunikasi Interpersonal Terhadap Kinerja Pegawai?, yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh budaya organisasi dan komunikasi komunikasi interpersonal terhadap kinerja pegawai. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan angket/kuisoner dengan rentang skor 1 sampai 5. Analisis data menggunakan kolerasi dan regresi. Hasil dari penelitian menunjukkan budaya organisasi dan komunikasi interpersonal berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja pegawai. Maka dari itu, kinerja para pegawai dapat ditingkatkan dengan memperkuat budaya organisasi dan mengefektifkan komunikasi antar pribadi.]]>
