Abstract

This type of research is quantitative research. This research aims to determine the influence of the physical work environment and emotional intelligence on employee performance through job satisfaction as an intervening variable. Data collection in this study used a questionnaire given to 60 respondents at the Surakarta City Environmental Service. The analysis technique used is PLS (Partial Least Square) analysis through the Smart PLS 4.0 program. The results of this research show that the Physical Work Environment has a positive and significant effect on Job Satisfaction in the Surakarta City Environmental Service, Emotional Intelligence has a positive and significant effect on Job Satisfaction in the Surakarta City Environmental Service, the Physical Work Environment has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance in the Department Surakarta City Environment, Emotional Intelligence has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance in the Surakarta City Environmental Service, Job Satisfaction has a negative and significant effect on Employee Performance in the Surakarta City Environmental Service, Physical Work Environment has a negative and significant effect on Employee Performance through Job Satisfaction as an intervening variable in the Surakarta City Environmental Service, Emotional Intelligence has a negative and significant effect on Employee Performance through Job Satisfaction as an Intervening variable in the Surakarta City Environmental Service.

Abstract

To achieve desired results, it is also important to give instructors and students the freedom to develop, discover, and learn on their own. Each school responds to the independent curriculum differently; SMA Negeri 1 Durenan is one of the schools that has succeeded in implementing the curriculum well. The objectives of this research are to: (1) Describe the approach taken in implementing the independent curriculum at SMA Negeri 1 Durenan; (2) Describe the factors that facilitate and hinder the implementation of the independent curriculum at SMA Negeri 1 Durenan; and (3) Describe the impact of implementing an independent curriculum at SMA Negeri 1 Durenan. This research uses descriptive qualitative with interview methods, mile huberman model observation. Data analysis using the data poleulation method. Research findings include: (1) strategies for implementing the independent curriculum at SMA Negeri 1 Durenan; a) internal training workshops; b) workshop on the application of differentiated learning; and c) Project for Strengthening the Profile of Pancasila Students (P5). (2) Inhibiting variables include internal factors originating from student motivation and attitudes and originating from school facilities, while external factors originate from parental support. Supporting elements include the availability of human resources (HR) and supporting digital access. (3) The impact on educators—both principals and instructors, includes creativity, two-way communication that fosters a mindset of readiness to learn, and the search for original ideas. The impact on students, on the other hand, is to concentrate on learning the subject at hand.

Abstract

Background - Forest encroachment refers to the process of reducing forest area due to human activities, such as logging, agricultural land clearing, mining, and infrastructure development. This phenomenon is of global concern as it has serious impacts on the environment, biodiversity and climate. Objective - The purpose of this study was to determine the impact of forest encroachment and determine the factors that cause forest encroachment in the Sorowako Block Area, East Luwu Regency, South Sulawesi where PTVI is located. Design/methodology/approach - The research method used in this article is qualitative method and descriptive analysis technique. Findings - The results of this study concluded that the factors influencing forest encroachment are the lack of certainty of the tenure system, the high economic value of land use by non-companies, the weak supervision system of the contract of work, not optimal law enforcement efforts and the weak dispute resolution mechanism in the PTVI system. Economic factors in the surrounding environment are the main factors influencing forest encroachment. Research implication - It is important for companies to integrate environmental considerations in business decision-making in order to achieve long-term sustainability and avoid the negative economic impacts of forest encroachment. Limitations of Research - Analyses may be limited to a particular region or country, so the results may not be directly applicable elsewhere.

Abstract

This research was conducted with the aim of analyzing the entertainment tax collection and supervision system carried out by the Nganjuk Regency Bapenda, finding out the truth of the issue of increasing entertainment tax rates, and knowing the entertainment tax revenue after the latest regulations. In this study, a qualitative method with a descriptive approach is used. The data collection methods applied to this study are interviews and documentation. The results of this study explain that the issue of tax increases is true and is widely discussed. So that it triggers a change in the entertainment tax rate. The latest tariff is applied as of January 2024. As a result, entertainment tax revenue and PAD revenue before and after the change in the entertainment tax rate triggered the revenue performance, both experienced ups and downs. This is due to the level of compliance from taxpayers. The Self Assessment system is a system implemented by the Nganjuk Regency Bapenda in the entertainment tax collection process. Then the entertainment tax revenue supervision system often encounters problems caused by irresponsible taxpayers. However, the bapenda has presented a solution to overcome this problem. Abstract

This research aims to determine The Effect Of Employee Retention And Organizational Commitment On Employee Performance With Turnover Intention As An Intervening Variable (Study on employees of PT. Pos Indonesia Tebing Tinggi Branch). The research method used is a quantitative method using the help of Smart PLS version 3.0 which was collected from the results of distributing questionnaires. The analytical method used in this research is to use instrument tests, namely validity and reliability tests. measurement model (outer model), namely the validity test, reliability test, then the structural model (inner model) including: coefficient of determination/r-square (r2), goodness of fit model and hypothesis testing with the t-statistic test and indirect influence test ( indirect effect). The results of Smart PLS 3.0 in this research are that organizational commitment in this research does not have a significant effect on employee performance. Organizational commitment in this research has a significant effect on turnover intention. Employee retention in this study did not have a significant effect on employee performance. Employee retention has a significant effect on turnover intention. Turnover intention in this research has a significant influence on employee performance. Turnover intention is able to mediate or intervene in the influence of organizational commitment on employee performance. Abstract

This research aims to analyze the factors that influence the preparation of the budget for the regional income and expenditure budget realization report at the Regional Government of Deli Serdang Regency. The type of research is causal research, this research seeks to determine the relationship between the independent variable and the dependent variable through testing hypotheses that have been previously formulated. The population in this study were all employees/employees working in Deli Serdang Regency who were selected using a purposive sampling technique with the number of samples used in this study totaling 46 people. There are three independent variables in this research, namely Commitment (X1), Administrative System (X2), Human Resources (X3). The analysis in this research was carried out to test the hypotheses that have been established. The tool used is the Multiple Linear Regression Test with the help of SPSS version 23. The results of this research show that there is an influence of Organizational Commitment, Administrative Systems, Human Resources on the Budget Realization Report in the regional government of Deli Serdang Regency.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the performance of the revenue and expenditure budget at the Regional Financial and Asset Management Agency of North Toraja Regency from 2021-2023. This research uses quantitative methods with data collection techniques carried out through the Realization Report of Revenue and Expenditure at the Regional Financial and Asset Management Agency of North Toraja Regency. The results of this study indicate that the Performance of Regional Revenue and Expenditure of North Toraja Regency in terms of the Independence Ratio is still very low with an Instructive relationship pattern with an average ratio of 5.1%. And the Efficiency Ratio is classified as efficient with an average ratio of 92.5%. Keywords : Budget, Revenue, and Regional Expenditure

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kualitas layanan dan kualitas produk terhadap kepuasan pelanggan di Elmo Gelato, sebuah bisnis gelato yang sedang berkembang. Kualitas layanan mencakup aspek-aspek seperti kecepatan layanan, keramahan staf, dan efektivitas layanan, sedangkan kualitas produk mencakup rasa, penampilan, dan konsistensi produk gelato. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan pendekatan survei untuk mengumpulkan data dari 89 pelanggan Elmo Gelato melalui kuesioner online dan offline. Analisis regresi linier berganda digunakan untuk menguji pengaruh masing-masing variabel terhadap kepuasan pelanggan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kualitas pelayanan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan, dengan koefisien sebesar 0,424 dan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,000. Kualitas produk juga berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan, dengan koefisien sebesar 0,100 dan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,041. Model regresi menunjukkan bahwa kedua variabel bersama-sama menjelaskan 49,2% variabilitas kepuasan pelanggan, menunjukkan bahwa faktor-faktor lain juga mempengaruhi kepuasan. Reliabilitas kuesioner telah teruji dengan baik dengan Cronbach's Alpha melebihi 0,7 untuk semua skala variabel. Temuan ini menyoroti pentingnya memprioritaskan peningkatan kualitas layanan untuk meningkatkan kepuasan pelanggan, sambil terus memantau dan meningkatkan kualitas produk. Penelitian ini memberikan tambahan wawasan untuk mengembangkan strategi meningkatkan kepuasan pelanggan di industri gelato, dengan rekomendasi untuk fokus pada peningkatan berkelanjutan pada layanan dan kualitas produk..

Abstract

This research aims to prepare a Budget Realization Report (LRA) which includes ratios with criteria. The theory used in this research is government accounting standards and the hypothesis proposed is that income variance is unfavorable, regional independence is very good and the effectiveness of PAD is quite effective. That the analytical tool in this research uses a quantitative descriptive method, namely by studying government accounting standards applied in the field so that there are differences with phenomena and the field in the field of the Medan City Regional Financial and Asset Management Agency (BPKAD). Based on the research results, it can be concluded that regional revenues have not been able to obtain revenues exceeding the budgeted amount and have not been able to increase original regional revenues, including revenues. Abstract

ABSTRACT This study aims to explore how co-creation experience plays a role in developing added value for creative tourism products in Kandri Tourism Village, Central Java. Using a qualitative approach, this case study delves into the perceptions and experiences of local stakeholders and tourists in the co-creation process of tourism products. Data collection methods include in-depth interviews, participatory observation, and focus group discussions with creative business actors, tourism village managers, and tourists. Data analysis was conducted through thematic coding and narrative interpretation. The results show that co-creation experience facilitates more authentic and high-value product innovation, increases local community involvement in tourism development, and strengthens emotional bonds between tourists and the destination. Significant impacts are seen in the increased competitiveness of local creative tourism products and the economic empowerment of village communities. This study contributes to a deeper understanding of co-creation dynamics in the context of rural tourism based on the creative economy. ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi bagaimana co-creation experience berperan dalam pengembangan nilai tambah produk wisata kreatif di Desa Wisata Kandri, Jawa Tengah. Dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif, studi kasus ini menggali persepsi dan pengalaman stakeholder lokal serta wisatawan dalam proses ko-kreasi produk wisata. Metode pengumpulan data meliputi wawancara mendalam, observasi partisipatif, dan focus group discussion dengan pelaku usaha kreatif, pengelola desa wisata, dan wisatawan. Analisis data dilakukan melalui coding tematik dan interpretasi naratif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa co-creation experience memfasilitasi inovasi produk yang lebih autentik dan bernilai tinggi, meningkatkan keterlibatan komunitas lokal dalam pengembangan wisata, serta memperkuat ikatan emosional antara wisatawan dan destinasi. Dampak signifikan terlihat pada peningkatan daya saing produk wisata kreatif lokal dan pemberdayaan ekonomi masyarakat desa. Studi ini berkontribusi pada pemahaman yang lebih mendalam tentang dinamika co-creation dalam konteks pariwisata pedesaan berbasis ekonomi kreatif.
