Abstract

This study aims to determine how the Effect of Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR) and Liquidity on the Profitability of Islamic Commercial Banks in Indonesia for the 2016-2020 period. The results of data processing using the SPSS 17 For Windows program resulted in multiple regression analysis with two independent variables and one dependent variable showing that Y = 2.108 + 1.380CAR + 0.158CR, meaning that profitability is influenced by the Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR) and Liquidity. Furthermore, the results show that the Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR) and Liquidity variables can explain the Profitability variable 41%, the remaining 58% is explained by other variables. The results of the hypothesis test state that: Hypothesis 1 is accepted, this can be seen from the value of tcount > ttable, therefore the Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR) has an effect on profitability. The second hypothesis is rejected, it can be seen from the value of tcount < ttable, it is stated partially that Liquidity has no effect on Profitability. Hypothesis 3 is accepted, it can be seen from the value of Fcount > Ftable, it is stated simultaneously that Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR) and Liquidity have an effect on Profitability.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the Influence of Attitudes and Perceptions on Decisions to Use Sharia Fintech Peer To Peer Lending in Indonesia. With Satisfaction as an Intervening Variable. Data analysis in this research is quantitative analysis using Partial Least Square (PLS) analysis test tool. The object of this research is Peer To Peer Lending Syariah Fintech users in Indonesia. The sample was taken using the proportioned cluster sampling method, where the sample taken was only Sharia peer-to-peer (P2P) fintech users up to 100 samples. From the results of the research conducted, it shows that Attitudes, Perceptions affect the satisfaction of Fintech Syariah Peer To Peer Lending in Indonesia. Satisfaction affects the decision to use Sharia Fintech Peer To Peer Lending in Indonesia. Attitude influences the satisfaction of Fintech Syariah Peer To Peer Lending in Indonesia. Perception does not affect the decision to use Sharia Fintech Peer To Peer Lending in Indonesia. Satisfaction can mediate the relationship between attitudes towards the decision to use Sharia Fintech Peer To Peer Lending in Indonesia. Satisfaction can mediate the relationship between perceptions of decisions to use Sharia Fintech Peer To Peer Lending in Indonesia.

Abstract

Analysis of Stock Prices and Stock Trading Volumes Before and After Unusual Market Activity (UMA) on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in 2019. This study aims to determine the difference in stock prices and stock trading volumes before and after the announcement of Unusual Market Activity (UMA) on the Stock Exchange. The Indonesian Stock Exchange (IDX) in 2019. The population in this study amounted to 84 issuers with a sample of 20 issuers. Sampling using Non Probality Sampling, with the sampling technique is Purposive Sampling. Research data collection techniques using observational data and literature study. The data analysis technique used descriptive statistical analysis, the Shapiro-Wilk normality test, the Wilcoxon signed rank test hypothesis. The results showed that there was no difference in stock prices in stocks before and after the announcement of Unusual Market Activity (UMA) on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in 2019 and there were differences in stock trading volume in stocks before and after the announcement of Unusual Market Activity (UMA) on the Stock Exchange. Abstract

Literature Study: Global Financial Crisis and Islamic Finance As A Solution. One of the basic tenets of Islamic finance is "no risk, no gain". This will help. Since interest-based transactions are prohibited, Islam encourages business and trade activities that generate fair and legitimate profits. In Islamic finance, therefore there is always a close relationship between financial flows and productivity. This intrinsic property of Islamic finance contributes to protecting it from the potential risks of over-leverage and speculative financial activities that are part of the root causes of the current financial crisis. Another fundamental principle of Islamic finance is the risk and profit sharing feature of Islamic financial transactions (such as Mudharabah or Musyarakah contracts). This feature of sharing the benefits and risks of Islamic financial transactions requires a high level of disclosure and transparency in the Islamic financial system. This disclosure allows the market to assign an appropriate risk premium to the company, thereby increasing the potential for applying market discipline. Its rapid evolution is mainly seen in the four dimensions of its development. First, Islamic finance is currently seen as a competitive form of financial intermediation, which attracts significant participation by non-Muslims. Second, with the emergence of more diversified Islamic financial institutions and the development of Islamic financial markets, the scope of the Islamic finance business has expanded to include private equity, project financing, origination and issuance of sukuk (bonds), and funds, assets. , and wealth management activities. The third place where there has been a significant evolution is within the regulatory and legal framework of Islamic finance, which is shaped by the different features of Islamic financial transactions. Fourth, the international dimension of Islamic finance is rapidly becoming important as it develops into an increasingly important part of the international financial system and as it is poised to contribute to greater global financial integration. Abstract

Tujuan dalam penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Return On Asset dan Current Ratio Terhadap Dividen Payout Ratio dengan Firm Size Sebagai Variabel Moderating Pada Perusahaan Konstruksi dan Bangunann Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian asosiatif yang bertujuan untuk menganalisis hubungan antara satu variabel dengan variabel lainnya atau menjelaskan pengaruh variabel bebas terhadap terikat. Untuk pengujian hipotesis dilakukan dengan uji regresi berganda dan uji regresi moderasi. Uji regresi berganda bertujuan secara dasar sama dengan korelasi sederhana atau berganda, yakni ingin mengetahui apakah ada pengaruh antara dua variabel dan apakah varibel moderate mampu memoderasi hubungan antara dua variabel. Teknik sampling yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah purposive sampling. Sampel penelitian dipilih berdasarkan kriteria-kriteria yang telah ditentukan, dari kriteria yang telah ditentukan diperoleh 6 perusahaan yang memenuhi kriteria.Dari hasil penelitian ini terbukti bahwa terdapat pengaruh Return On Asset dan Current Ratio terhadap Dividen Payout Ratio baik secara parsial maupun secara simultan. Dari dua varibel bebas yang digunakan terdapat pengaruh positif dan negative dimana Return On Asset berpengaruh negative terhadap Dividen Payout Ratio pada perusahaan kostruksi dan bangungan Indonesia, dan Current Ratio berpengaruh positif terhadap Dividen Payout Ratio pada perusahaan kostruksi dan bangunan Indonesia, kemudian dari hasil penelitian ini terbukti bahwa Firm Size mampu memoderasi hubungan Return On Asset terhadap Dividen Payout Ratio dan Current Ratio terhadap Dividen Payout Ratio pada perusahaan kostruksi dan bangunan Indonesia

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of innovation and features on customer loyalty mediated by customer satisfaction of Samsung smartphones. Respondents of this study were students of STIE BinaKarya who used Samsung smartphones. The results of hypothesis testing using SEM analysis with WarpPls show that innovation has no effect on customer satisfaction of Samsung smartphones, features affect customer satisfaction of Samsung smartphones, innovation has no effect on customer loyalty of Samsung smartphones, features have no effect on customer loyalty of Samsung smartphones, customer satisfaction affects customer loyalty smartphone Samsung, innovation affects customer loyalty Samsung smartphones mediated by customer satisfaction and features affect customer loyalty Samsung smartphones mediated by customer satisfaction. Based on these results, it is recommended that Samsung increase its smartphone product innovation, especially in the lower middle segment because many consumers consider Samsung to be stingy in innovation, especially during the Covid 19 pandemic, such as today where people's purchasing power has decreased sharply.. Keywords:Innovation, Features, Satisfaction, Loyalty, Smartphone

Abstract

The spread of Covid-19 in Indonesia has paralyzed almost in all system in our live. It significantly affect education system in all over the world. The physical distancing emerge in order to stop the covid 19 transmission.Teachers have to set the way of learning for students on several learning platforms so students can learn effectively and attractively to prevent the boredom at home. No exception for learning English for Specific Purposes. This study is going to describe students perception in the implementation of English for Specific Purposes in STIE Bina Karya during the pandemic. This study applied the descriptive qualitative approach which took the data from 108 informants from students who had taken two semesters in pandemic situation. The result of this study were the ESP implementation during the pandemic did not run 100%. Only two from four skills were assessed by the lecturer through the Google Classroom and Youtube Channel. But so far, the informants/the students were still enjoyed learning ESP even in online class. Keywords: pandemic, ESP, perception

Abstract

Marketing strategy plays an important role in small, medium and micro businesses. The important role of the right marketing strategy will be able to increase the competitiveness of the products produced by MSMEs. Developing a marketing strategy requires complete information about the market, consumers and the products they need. The lack of understanding of MSME actors in using technology in the Industrial Revolution 4.0 era as a marketing strategy certainly makes it more difficult for SMEs to compete. The purpose of this study is to analyze the application of marketing strategies in an effort to increase the competitiveness of SMEs, to analyze the development of marketing strategies in an effort to increase the competitiveness of SMEs. The results of this study are the marketing strategy carried out by MSME actors in Tebing Tinggi City, it was found that 60% of MSME actors did not understand the use of the marketplace as a means of marketing products on a wider scale. This is due to the limited understanding of MSME actors and the product packaging and types of products being sold cannot sell through the marketplace. However, as many as 87% of MSME actors have used social media as a forum for market development and promotion. Utilizing technological developments as a means of promoting and selling strategic products on the SWOT matrix. MSME actors do not fully use and utilize the currently available technology to the fullest. Selling products through the marketplace and social media provides many advantages, especially the unlimited marketing area and being able to get a large number of consumers.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the impact of MICE (Meeting, Incentive, Convention and Exhibition) on increasing sales and market development for MSME players in Tebing Tinggi City in the Industrial Revolution Era 4.0. The research method used is a quantitative method using SPSS version 25.00 which was collected from the results of distributing questionnaires to MSME actors in the city of Tebing Tinggi who participated in MICE as many as 80 respondents. The analytical method used in this study is to use an instrument test, namely the validity and reliability test. The classical assumption test is the normality test, multicolonearity test, heteroscedasticity test, simple linear regression analysis, hypothesis testing, namely the T test. The results of SPSS in this study, namely MICE (Meeting, Incentive, Convention and Exhibition) have an effect on increasing sales and market development for players MSMEs in Tebing Tinggi City in the Industrial Revolution 4.0 Era.

Abstract

Penelitian yang dilakukan ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis komparas kepuasan konsumen pengguna marketplace tokopedia dan shopee (Studi Kasus Pada Ibu Rumah Tangga Kompleks Perumahan Inalum Tanjung Gading). Populasi yang dipilih sebanyak 48 orang .Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah regresi linear berganda.hasil Data yang digunakan dianalisis melaluisoftwareSPSS versi 25. Penelitian memperoleh hasil bahwa tidak terdapat perbedaan kualitas pelayanan pad apengguna marketplace Shopee denganTokopedia dan selanjutnya pada hipotesis dua dinyatakan tidak terdapat perbedaan kepuasan konsumen pada pengguna marketplace Shopee dengan Tokopedia.
