Abstract

Based on the results of the assessment of student needs through the distribution of problem checklists, data were obtained that students experienced problems in the field of career and work. The subjects in this study were students of class X Phase E SMA Negeri 2 Yogyakarta in the 2024/2025 academic year. The focus of study in this research is to analyze the level of students' career planning ability through classical guidance services assisted by the website. The steps of counseling guidance action research carried out in three cycles include action planning (planning), action implementation, observation, and interpretation observation and reflection of the series of steps that have been implemented. The results of the study prove that there are values of students' career planning abilities in cycle I with the provision of material “the meaning and importance of career planning”, there are 35 students in the Medium category, and only 1 student in the High category. These results indicate that students' career planning skills are still low. Then, in cycle II using digital learning media in the form of a website with the provision of material “Tips and Tricks for Career Planning Information” on Study Programs in Higher Education through the “Website” Application Career planning with data results 30 students are in the High category and 6 students are in the Medium category. This indicates that the success indicator in cycle II using website media with the percentage value of the success indicator is high.

Abstract

Organizational Citizenship Behavior is work behavior outside of an employee's obligations that is carried out voluntarily. If OCB is not implemented, there will be a decline in company growth, an unproductive work environment, and employees who are stagnant in growth. This study builds a hypothesis that permanent employees have a higher level of OCB than non-permanent employees, because permanent employees have more benefits, higher salaries, and are treated better by institutions or companies. This type of research is quantitative research that has a comparative research design. The subjects of the study were 95 Permanent Cleaning Employees and Non-Permanent Cleaning Employees of Sanata Dharma University. Consisting of 44 permanent employees and 51 non-permanent employees. The scale instrument used was a Likert scale of 55 questions with 4 alternative answers. The study was conducted via Google Form. The results of the study stated that there were differences in the OCB levels of permanent and non-permanent employees.

Abstract

This study aims to (1) Describe the level of emotional regulation in traditional dancers of Yogyakarta style classical dance; (2) which items measuring the level of emotional regulation in traditional dancers of Yogyakarta style classical dance have low scores which will then be used as a proposal for guidance topics. The subjects of the study were all Dance Arts Students of ISI Yogyakarta. This type of research is quantitative descriptive. Data collection in this study used a google form of emotional regulation in traditional dancers of Yogyakarta style classical dance which contained 74 items. The questionnaire was compiled using aspects of emotional regulation according to Thompson in Sawitri (2017), the reliability of the instrument was tested using the Alpha Cronbach approach. (α) was obtained from the results of the coefficient value of (0.975) with the number of valid items of 69 items. The data analysis technique used descriptive statistics with categorizations of very high, high, medium, low, very low. The results of the study showed that (1) there were 34 students (64.2%) whose emotional regulation level was categorized as very high, 14 students (26.4%) were categorized as high, and 5 students (9.4%) were categorized as medium. (2) This study also identified that there were 51 items (74%) that were categorized as very high, 7 items (10%) were categorized as high, 11 items (16%) were categorized as medium, and there were no items (0%) that were categorized as low and very low. Abstract

The aims of this study were to: (1) find out the counseling teacher's strategy in increasing student learning motivation at SMKN 5 Yogyakarta. (2) Supporting factors for counseling teachers in increasing student learning motivation at SMKN 5 Yogyakarta. (3) Development of counseling teacher inhibiting factors in increasing student learning motivation at SMKN 5 Yogyakarta (4) Development of counseling teacher inhibiting factors in increasing student learning motivation at SMKN 5 Yogyakarta. This type of research is qualitative research in the form of a case study. Collecting data using in-depth interview techniques and observation of the two respondents. Respondents who were the main respondents were a senior counseling teacher and a junior counseling teacher. The validity used in this study is triangulation in which the researcher checks the results of the data that has been obtained from other sources to ensure that the things asked are true. The qualitative data analysis technique used by the researcher is to make verbatims, make coding from verbatims, then group themes. data filtering, and interpretation. From the results of this study, it was found that (1) the counseling teacher's strategy in increasing student learning motivation was an approach to students and acceptance of students, collaboration between lines such as: homeroom teacher, vice principal, principal, parents, and the community. (2) the supporting factors for counseling teachers in increasing student learning motivation are having an appropriate educational background, interlinear cooperation, and student background. (3) There are inhibiting factors for counseling teachers in increasing student learning motivation, namely the lack of a sense of parental loyalty and the absence of test assessments at school. (4) To overcome this, the counseling teacher immediately moves to the student to help him get the right to learn and maximize the non-test assessment used.

Abstract

Effectiveness of Group Counseling Services Using the Ability Potential Response Technique to Improve the Learning Discipline of Class. The purpose of this research is to determine the effect of the effectiveness of group counseling services using the ability potential response technique to improve student learning discipline, whether there are changes after this research was carried out or there were no changes at all after the research was carried out. The method used in this research is quanttative with a pre-experimental design research type in the form of one group pre-test post-test. The sampling technique used is Nonprobability Sampling with Purposive Sampling type. The data collection technique used in this research is a learning discipline questionnaire. The data analysis techniques used in this research are validity test, reliability test, normality test, homogeneity test, and t-test analysis. Based on the research results, it shows that the provision of Ability Potential Response technical group counseling services has an effect on increasing the learning discipline of class XI students majoring in Pedalangan and Theatre.
