The object observed in the Pap Smear image is Cervical Cancer which forms overlapping cells. This cancer must be observed early because it is a disease that causes the death of thousands of women worldwide every year. The death rate from this disease is the fourth highest among women. One way to be aware of this disease is to do an early check on the Pap Smear test image. This cell separation process uses the image segmentation method. This method is one of the important steps to be able to identify existing cell objects. This study proposes a segmentation method to separate 2 overlapping cells in the RepomedUNM dataset. The dataset is engineered in the manufacture of synthetic Pap Smear images. The segmentation method proposed is a Deep Learning-based method so that it can identify 2 overlapping cells in one area. The level of accuracy of the test with an average score of Intersection over Union (IoU) is 0.9003. And the results of segmentation with Deep Learning can be divided into all areas using the Watershed segmentation method. So that this research becomes a reference in the early identification of Cervical Cancer.

The increasing need for salt in the West Sumatra area is inversely proportional to the raw material for making salt. So the stock of salt for consumption becomes less. This causes the purchasing power to be cut off for the needs of regional consumers. Based on these problems, a research was conducted by conducting simulations to predict the amount of salt sales in controlling stock. This study aims to predict sales in maintaining service to consumer demand. The method that can be used in making predictions is the Monte Carlo Method by processing Salt sales data in 2019, 2020, and 2021 at PT. Prosperous Grace. The results of the study are able to predict sales of salt in the form of kilograms (kg) in the future. The average accuracy rate in 2020 is 88% and in 2021 is 91%. So that this research can be a reference in decision making by PT. Kurnia Sejahtera to improve services.

Simulation modeling is used as a tool to see a picture of the company's condition in the future and as a forum for making a decision. Currently, sales are an important activity and a factor that must be considered in future planning. The purpose of sales is to bring profit or profit from products or services produced with good management. Simulation can help solve everyday problems such as existing problems, with simulation applications estimating the number of sales is very important. If someone can predict the number of sales, the cost of procurement and storage of goods can be minimized. From this, several parties can bring in profits as much as possible, and minimize losses. There are 18 sales sample data processed in this study, namely sales data from 2021 to 2022. Sales data is processed using the Monte Carlo method from January 2021 to June 2021 to predict results for July to December 2021. Then for July to December 2021 to predict the results for January to June 2022. The data is tested with various elements of probability using a random sample. A powerful numerical calculation tool by simulating statistical data, this simulation obtains accurate accuracy values from the observable physical form of the system. Implementation of calculations will be developed using an application-based system that will be built with the JAVA programming language. The test results that have been obtained in the form of the average number of product requests and average income will be used as an estimate of sales (state estimate) that can assist in making decisions based on the information that has been obtained. The data obtained has an accuracy rate of up to 80%.

Slum areas really need prevention activities. This activity really requires environmental development planning in housing and residential areas. Environmental quality must also be supported by empowering the community to protect the environment. In Sijunjung Regency there are 31 (thirty one) Slum Housing and Slum Housing locations in 8 (eight) sub-districts. The area is 415.20 (four hundred and fifteen point twenty two) hectares. One of these locations is Nagari Muaro in Sijunjung District. This study aims to reduce slum areas by designing environmental roads as the main basis for development. The locations processed were 3 nagari, namely Muaro in Subarang Ombak with an area of 3.98 Ha; Friday market with an area of 8.46 Ha; and Rimbo Kaluang or Jorong Tangah with an area of 7.31 Ha. This location has a percentage of road surface quality of 85%, namely poor road surface quality. The theory used in planning is Doxiadis namely nature, human environment and networks. Data is processed in a descriptive qualitative analysis by way of observation to interview locations and documentation. The results of this study design environmental roads using Autocad software that can be implemented. So that this research can help design roads in an effort to make settlements healthy by maintaining the social aspects of society.

Hemangioma is a type of disease caused by active glands in the body. Hemangiomas occur in newborns up to the age of five (BATITA). This disease is indicated when a toddler has a fever or body temperature of more than 38°C. This condition affects the nerves and motor organs of the body that are attacked. This condition is sometimes undetected but develops quickly so it is necessary to consult an expert. This study aims to provide building a system in providing early education to parents in identifying toddlers with hemangiomas. This research makes it easy for parents to carry out further consultations with experts regarding the condition of toddlers. The processing of data and facts in this study was carried out by combining several methods (hybrid) in tracing each symptom according to the conditions experienced by system users. This method is continued by giving a weight value in the form of a percentage for each symptom experienced. The results of this study provide new knowledge in the form of information about Hemangioma with a confidence value in the form of a percentage of the patient's condition. This research provides the latest breakthrough in the form of presenting a system using an application that provides an accuracy value to ensure that patients have Hemangioma. This system can provide maximum value for users in gaining new knowledge for patients before further consultation with experts to get action.

The development of science and information technology over time is very rapid in today's era, one of which is the agricultural sector. In the agricultural sector, there are many things that utilize technology, such as shallot cultivation. The need for shallots is very high, so many farmers plant shallots. To produce shallots of good quality and have a high selling price, farmers provide nutrition for the shallots they plant. The nutrient that onions really need is urea fertilizer. The fluctuating need for fertilizer for each farmer results in the availability of fertilizer in Kiosks often experiencing shortages. This has an impact on the scarcity of the availability of urea fertilizer. So this research was carried out to predict the level of sales of urea fertilizer in maintaining the need for fertilizer for shallot plants at Kiosk Pak De. Fertilizer availability aims to prepare stocks to avoid scarcity at a later time. The method used in this study is the Monte Carlo Method. This method is a method that can predict based on repeated random sampling. This method can also be used in various aspects of imputation systems and prediction of missing data. The data used in this study are sales data for urea fertilizer from 2020 to 2021. Sales data for 2020 are used to predict sales for 2021 and sales data for 2021 are used to predict sales for 2022. The results obtained from this study are the prediction rate for in 2020 with an accuracy rate of 92% and an accuracy in 2021 of 92.25%. From these results it can be concluded that this method can help Kios Pak De in maintaining scarcity in the sale of urea fertilizer

Daya tarik animasi 3D menjadi sebagai sarana media informasi seperti pembuatan film, poster dan video iklan menjadi populer saat ini. Salah satu Program aplikasi opensource untuk mendukung pembuatan animasi seperti perangkat lunak Blender dalam teknik 3D rendering pada profil fakultas teknik Universitas Gajah Putih Takengon, khususnya perbedaan kualitas dan waktu rendering antara cycles dan eevee, tahap untuk menghasilkan sebuah karya animasi dibutuhkannya pengumpulan data praproduksi, produksi, hingga pascaproduksi menggunakan teknik cycles dan eevee. Kualitas dan waktu rendering animasi yang dihasilkan tentunya berbeda antara yang dibuat menggunakan komputer rumahan dan yang dibuat dengan komputer studio professional, hal ini dikarenakan komputer rumahan tidak akan sanggup merendring animasi jika mengikuti cara yang digunakan seperti komputer studio professional, oleh karena itu blender menyediakan dua pilihan rendering engine pada aplikasinya yaitu “EEVEE” dan “CYCLES” agar pengguna dapat memilih sendiri teknik rendering seperti apa yang bisa diterapkan. Dengan teknik tersebut untuk mengetahui hasil kuantitas dan kualitas rendering seperti apa yang lebih efesien dalam penggunaan teknik tersebut.
