Abstract

Technology that is increasingly easy to use has been embedded in all aspects of life, appraisal system technology is one of many intelligent systems that facilitate human work in the level of accuracy of performance appraisal. The quality of the lecturer's performance is not good and quality, resulting in the reduced quality of lecturer dedication and the quality of students at STMIK Triguna Dharma Medan. Therefore, a method is needed to identify the causes of the optimal and effective assessment of lecturer performance to facilitate improving the quality of lecturers and students at STMIK Triguna Dharma Medan. Researchers use comparisons to find out which system is more effective and accurate in determining lecturer performance appraisal using DSS (Decision Support System). This decision support system is to determine the best criteria in determining the best value weights from a comparison of two methods, namely the ORESTE method with PSI (Preference selection index) in solving the material and determining the best level of accuracy of performance assessment in this case, where the ORESTE method uses the Besson process. rank which means this method uses ranking and ordinal data. The PSI (Preference Selection Index) method was chosen because it can determine the weight value for each attribute, in this case it can be continued with ranking which will be able to select each attribute from the best alternative from several existing alternatives, so that the results are obtained from the selection of the best weight. , namely the best lecturer performance

Abstract

In an effort to support the IT-based government service program, better known as e-Government, the Pariaman City Government has built a metro ethernet network. Metro ethernet Kota Pariaman is a metro area network that functions as a means of internet access for all Regional Apparatus Organizations (OPD) throughout Kota Pariaman. Disruption to internet access will have an impact on Pariaman City Government services to the community, such as delays in health administration services using an online system. Lack of understanding of computer users in dealing with internet network problems, this requires the role of experts to identify damage to the metro ethernet network. The development of the Expert System aims to assist computer users or network technicians in identifying metro ethernet network disturbances and providing solutions to correct these disturbances. The Expert System was developed based on the existing problems, where for data collection interviews and field observations were carried out. The method used for data processing in this expert system is the certainty factor method. The certainty factor method can define the certainty of a fact that allows an expert to describe the beliefs of the problems at hand. Based on the results of expert system testing using certainty factors to identify internet connection problems, it produces information that causes disturbances with an accuracy rate of 90.2% of the average certainty factor value. Based on the results obtained by the Expert System with the certainty factor method, it can be used to identify internet connection problems on the Pariaman City metro ethernet network.

Abstract

Era Society 5.0 is the development of technology-based human activities. Rapid technological developments have an impact on human life, one of which can eliminate jobs and can also create new jobs. The Business and Industrial World (DUDI) is one sector that has an impact on technological developments with the hope that the human resources who will work later are superior human resources so that they can innovate well. This study aims to measure the entrepreneurial personality of SMK students using an expert system application. The methodology used in this research is Research and Development (R&D). There are four stages to do: Definition, Design, Development and Dissemination. The instrument used to measure entrepreneurial personality is inventory (non-test) with four indicators of entrepreneurial personality, namely Extroverted, Leader, Moderate Risk Taker, Ambisious, which have undergone a fit test using Confirmatory Factor Analysis. The result of this research is an expert system application that can recommend jobs based on six career-oriented personality types. Based on the results of data analysis, the Entrepreneurship Personality-based career development application was declared valid, practical and effective in measuring the entrepreneurial personality of vocational students in percentage (0.89) and very practical (91.11) and the results of product effectiveness were 82.47 (effective).

Abstract

Goldfish is one of the various types of cultivated animals that are widely kept and then traded because many can be utilized from Goldfish. Farmers do not regularly check for diseases in carp, especially if farmers are still unfamiliar with the symptoms and types of diseases in carp cultivation, thus making goldfish susceptible to disease. This makes it difficult for farmers to handle diseases caused by symptoms due to limited knowledge. The limitation of experts in the field of goldfish cultivation is also one of the problems that are often encountered in various regions. This study aims to identify diseases and treatment methods in carp using the Forward Chaining method based on symptoms and to design an expert system in identifying diseases and treatment methods in carp. The data needed during this research is data on the types of symptoms and types of diseases based on symptoms in carp, symptom data and treatment data for making decisions that are sourced from carp cultivation experts from a vocational high school teacher (SMK) majoring in carp cultivation and the power obtained from the Southeast Aceh City Fisheries Service. Based on the data provided by the expert, the expert has a decision-making mode, which is to collect facts first to reach a conclusion or decision, so the Forward Chaining method can be used to conduct this research. The stages of data processing include preparing input data, expert decision tables, determining rules, conducting tracking processes, making decision trees and tracking results. The results obtained succeeded in finding the disease based on the existing symptoms and solutions and initial steps for handling goldfish diseases could be found. The results of trials conducted by comparing the data with the system that has been designed have a very good level of accuracy

Abstract

Molar teeth or what are often referred to as molars are the teeth that are most often used in the process of digesting food before it enters the stomach. This also makes molar teeth one of the most common diseases suffered by the community. This is also accompanied by low public knowledge about molar teeth. The number of people who suffer from molar tooth disease is not proportional to the availability of dental experts, causing all patients who want to diagnose their disease to be unserved. The method used in this research is the Forward Chaining method. The purpose of this study was to test the Forward Chaining method in analyzing molar disease and provide an initial diagnosis of molar disease so that the diagnosis generated by the system can be used as a reference for consultation with a dentist. The data used in this study were data on symptoms and diseases of molar teeth taken from the Munggu Dental Care dental clinic, the data obtained in the form of 29 symptom data and 7 data on molar tooth disease. The data obtained is then processed using the Forward Chaining inference method or search from the front. Then the patient will be asked to choose the symptoms they feel and the system will diagnose the patient's disease based on the symptoms entered by the patient. The data that enters the system will then be matched with the existing rules in the database so that an initial diagnosis will be generated. The result of this research is the Forward Chaining method designed with the PHP programming language using the Codeigniter framework is able to analyze diseases of the molar teeth very accurately. Therefore, this research can be used as a reference for further research and the resulting expert system can be used by users who want to diagnose molar tooth disease before going to the dentist

Abstract

Data mining is the process of finding relationships in data that are not known to the user and understandably presenting them so that these relationships can form the basis of decision-making. The purpose of this study was to design a data mining website using the Naive Bayes method to classify liver disease symptoms and to test a data mining website using the Naive Bayes method to assist in classifying liver disease. The data was processed by 50 medical records of liver disease in Lubuk Basung Hospital which consisted of symptoms and diseases. The method used is the Naive Bayes method which has a fairly high accuracy value. one method that can be used to classify data. Bayesian classification is a statistical classifier that can be used to predict the probability of belonging to a class. Then it was developed into a website-based form using the PHP Framework Codeigniter programming language and MySQL as the database. The system to be built is based on the Naive Bayes method which is one of the Data Mining methods. The test results from 50 medical record data of patients with liver disease, by applying the Naive Bayes method which is applied to data mining, is useful for comparing hospital data with system data. From 45 training data and 5 testing data, the accuracy rate is 60%.

Abstract

E-Government is a form of government service effort to present complete, easily accessible, updated and high-accuracy data to the public. Good Governance is the aspiration of the Pelalawan Regency Government so that the service becomes a government administration that prioritizes aspects of accountability, transparency and accountability. participatory, Assist in identification efforts and then become a solution to solving problems where so far the Pelalawan District Government programs are often not on target, data gaps and the dynamic nature of data from time to time. This is caused by the large number of information systems facilitated by Ministries, Agencies and other Institutions for use by Regional Apparatus Organizations that are not relevant to the variables and data criteria that are suitable to be applied to Pelalawan Regency, considering the data that has been processed so far is very large and large. Solution Method C4.5 can assist in identification efforts and then become a problem solving solution where so far the Pelalawan District Government program is often not right on target, data gaps and the dynamic nature of data from time to time. The data used in this study are 3 information systems facilitated by the Ministry of Social Affairs, Visualization and Analysis, a collection of data with different and growing formats is then clustered using the C.45 method by carrying out the Big Data principles, namely volume, velocity, variety, varicity and value. This research will later become input to the Regional Government in determining decisions on the implementation of assistance to the poor which refers to the indicators from this data mining.

Abstract

Sampah adalah sesuatu yang terbuang atau dibuang yang bersumber dari aktivitas manusia ataupun dari alam yang belum memiliki nilai ekonomis seperti sampah rumah tangga, perkantoran, pertanian, rumah sakit, perusahaan, pasar dan sebagainya. Dengan banyaknya sampah, maka diperlukan adanya pengolahan sampah yang tepat seperti penerapan prinsip 3R yaitu Reduce (mengurangi timbulan sampah), Reuse (Menggunakan kembali) dan juga Recycle (Mendaur ulang sampah) tetapi dalam penerapan prinsip 3R ini juga mengalami berbagai kendala khususnya pada prinsip Recycle seperti susahnya mendaur ulang sampah, kurangnya fasilitas untuk melakukan pendaur ulangan sampah dan kurangnya pengetahuan dalam pendaur ulangan sampah yang baik. Salah satu cara mendaur ulang sampah yang mudah adalah dengan menyerahkan sampah tersebut kepada lembaga yang dapat membantu dalam pengolahan sampah sehingga peneliti melakukan penelitian rancang bangun sebuah aplikasi yang dapat memudahkan masyarakat dalam melakukan pendaur ulangan sampah menggunakan model fountain dan berstudi kasus pada Sampah Market. Dengan menggunakan model fountain, memungkinkan pengerjaan setiap tahapan perancangan dapat dilakukan secara bersamaan dan tidak berfokus pada satu langkah perancangan saja. Sistem yang dibangun dapat mempermudah masyarakat untuk mendaur ulang sampah sekaligus mempermudah proses bisnis sampah market khususnya pada bagian tabungan, dan juga pemesanan penjemputan sampah. Pengujian sistem menggunakan metode black-box testing sebagai butir uji untuk fungsionalitas. Pengukuran parameter tampilan dari aplikasi menggunakan skala likert dengan melibatkan 30 responden. Hasil dari pengujian yang didapat yaitu sebesar 86,73%

Abstract

The development of MSMEs is something that has a very large influence on the economy in Indonesia. The local MSME market is even able to compete globally as shown by the large number of incoming requests from abroad. Even so, MSMEs in Indonesia have experienced fluctuations due to the economic crisis. The fluctuations that occurred showed a decrease in the number of MSMEs by 0.003%. The Executive Director of the Institute For Economics (Indef) said that the fluctuations that occurred in MSMEs resulted in unstable economic development in the second quarter. From this problem, the CRISP-DM Clustering process was carried out to process existing MSME data to determine the right promotion strategy in developing MSMEs based on the type of business undertaken, turnover and assets owned. This research was conducted using the K-Medoids algorithm by forming 3 clusters for data processing. The data processed were 71 MSME data throughout Solo Raya, where in cluster 1 there were 25 MSMEs which were dominated by types of businesses in the fashion sector with an average turnover and assets between IDR 1,000,000 - IDR 5,000,000. Cluster 2 consists of 39 MSMEs which are dominated by types of businesses in the culinary field with average turnover and assets between IDR 1,000,000 - IDR 5,000,000 and in cluster 3 as many as 7 MSMEs which are dominated by types of businesses in other fields ( excluding 6 other types of business) with an average asset of ≥ Rp. 30,000,000 and a turnover between Rp. 21,000,000 - Rp. 25,000,000.

Abstract

Pertumbuhan pasar industri kosmetik yang terus meningkat secara konsisten mendorong produsen untuk terus meningkatkan kualitas sistem usahanya sesuai standar GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) untuk menghasilkan lebih banyak produk. Inticosmetic, produsen kosmetik (sejak 1979), telah merancang dan menggunakan QMS (sistem manajemen mutu) yang disebut INCOL (Inticosmetic Online Leverage) sejak 2018. Bahkan setelah bertahun-tahun digunakan, perangkat lunak tersebut menyebabkan kegagalan produksi karena ketidakcocokan bahan baku. stok data. Pencatatan manual masih digunakan oleh beberapa manajemen. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk meningkatkan kualitas sistem informasi dengan menggunakan pendekatan ISO/IEC 25010 Quality in Use Framework. Wawancara dengan manajemen puncak, pengujian kotak hitam, dan survei karyawan perusahaan dilakukan untuk mengumpulkan data. Temuannya adalah bahwa manajemen puncak terlalu membatasi dan mengontrol proses bisnis, yang mengakibatkan lambatnya proses bisnis, pemulihan kesalahan input, dan tumpukan tindakan yang tertunda. Desain input otomatis menggunakan IoT perlu dikembangkan untuk mendelegasikan lebih banyak pekerjaan dari manajemen tingkat bawah ke operator. Perangkat lunak perlu menyesuaikan kembali skema validasi halaman untuk keefektifan karena jumlah data yang berkembang pesat. Dokumen output software telah memenuhi aspek GMP namun masih membutuhkan pengembangan manajemen aset.
