Abstract

This study discusses about "Effect of Competence and Auditor independency on the Quality Audit on Internal Quality Audit System ISO 9001: 2008 at the University of Bunda Mulia". The purpose of this study to determine how much influence the competence and independence of the quality audit on internal quality audit system is ISO 9001 so that it can be made in the audit strategy and the determination of the auditor. In this research produced the conclusion that the value of the regression coefficient competence (X1) of 0.022 and has significant value <0.05 proves that competence significant effect on audit quality. Then the value of the independence of the regression coefficient (X2) is 0,747dan have significant value> 0.05 proving that independence had no significant effect on audit quality.Calculated F value of 4.767> F table at 4.11 and significant value of 0.032 <alpha value of 0.05. This means there is a simultaneous effect between competence and independence to audit quality.Keywords: internal quality audits, internal auditor, competence, independence, quality audits, ISO 9001: 2008

Abstract

A concept that developed from Marketing 3.0 that examine the influence of customer orientation that development the building of Institutional character as build a uniqe and authentic differentiation variable with the level of competitiveness of institutions of higher education as dependent variable. The findings of the research showed positive and significant influence of customer orientation variabel and building character on institutional competitiveness level of variable (P value .002, .002 and .00) . While significant effects also occurs between variable customers orientatition and building character of institution together on the level of competitiveness of institutions simultaneously. Furthermore the relationship dimention the most powerful variable is a responsibility dimension of quality management and task design with r (er) value= .816**.Key words: Organizational Competitiveness. Abstract

This study aims to investigate the relative strength of camera case industries in Indonesia and measures how much their relative strength influences on their competitive strategy. There is five industries structure which involved in this study, namely competitors (13 companies), new entrants, customers, subtitutes of product (2 companies), and main suppliers which supplies raw materials. Sampling techique was cluster in term of type of industries such as competitrors, new entrants customers, subtitutes of product, and suppliers. Competitive strategy is as dependent variable (Y) and bargaining from supplier (X1), customers (X2), threat from new entrants (X3) subtitutes of product (X4) and rivalry among industries (X5) are as independent variables. The indicators for those variables was adopted from Cunningham (2012), Alrawasdeh (2013), dan Kodrat (2009). And analyzed through multiple regression analysis. The result shows all of the independent variables was simultaneosly affect to competitive strategy significantly.Keywords: camera cases industry, supplier, customers, subtitute products, competitors, new entrants.

Abstract

This research aim for understanding the influence of inventory management system in increasing sales volume at Hokky Krian Store. The presence of inventory management system helping Hokky Krian Store increasing the sales volume. The population used in this research was the people working in inventory at Hokky Krian Store. The sample that being used in this research were the whole population because the population count is not much. Sample pulling technique used was non-probability sampling. This research using qualitative study case method. Data sources came from two sources, which is primary data including interview and observation, and secondary data from Hokky Krian Store financial report and literature from journals, books, and documents. Collecting method via interview with three research subjects, which is Hokky Store’s owner, Hokky Store’s supervisor, and an inventory management’s expert. Observation and documents analysis at Hokky Krian Store also used for collecting data in this research. Analysis technique used was Triangulation technique which is data validity checking technique that using outside data for checking and comparing the data. The result of this research concludes that good inventory management system will increase Hokky Krian Store sales volume. Therefore inventory should be done on a regular basis and the cost should be accounted whether inventory cost and production cost, controlling stock for bestseller item.Keywords: Inventory Management System, Sales Volume

Abstract

The research objective is to identify and analyze the factors that affectingthe interest of business management student of STIE Mikroskil in participating Multi Level Marketing (MLM) business. The method used in this study is a survey approach, this kind of research is a quantitative and descriptive explanatory. The methods of data collection is done by providing a list of written questions and documentation study. Data analysis method used is multiple linear regression using SPSS software. The results of the research that has been carried out simultaneously showed that a small capital, flexible time, require experience and be able to determine the income have significant impact on the STIE Mikroskil student's decision. Partially small capital has positive and significant impact on student's decision. Time flexible partially has positive and significant impact on student's decision. Partially do not require experience has positive and significant impact on student's decision. Partially,be able to determine the income has positive and significant impact on student's decision. This research showed that the income can determine a positive impact on improving student's decision.Keywords: small capital, flexible time, require experience, be able to determine the income and student’s decision

Abstract

The existence of Galeri Investasi at the campus is a part of the function of BEI to educate the public, especially students, about capital market investment. Galeri Investasi UBM aims to educate prospective generation of people to be able to play at the capital market in Indonesia. Galeri Investasi UBM has won Billionaire Campus Award. Achievements that have been achieved by the Galeri Investasi UBM also continue to be followed by an increase in service quality. Population of this research is the investor at Galeri Investasi UBM as listed as an active student. This study used a servqual models technique. The results showed that the strategic location of Galeri Investasi UBM should be maintained, while internet access / wifi in the Galeri Investasi UBM is the criterion that need to be improved because it has the lowest score .Keywords: servqual model, investment galery, stock market.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Bank Sampah Malang (BSM) on income at the Village Community, Gading Kasri Klojen District of Malang. This is a survey research , which held data collection, data analysis and interpretation of data which aims to create a picture of the events that occurs that the time of the existing research in the area of the Village Gading Kasri. The data used in the form of primary data and secondary data, primary data were obtained from direct questioning through interviews, questionnaires and documentation of communities included in group BSM. Secondary data were obtained from BSM community groups in Gading Kasri. These data are based on analysis of financial indicators by using simple linear regression analysis. Based on data analysis, after this BSM program, there was a slight increase in their income of the people in the village Gading Kasri. It is obtained from the respondents who answered their financial condition improved slightly after the BSM program. Although the time period to earn money every month is not all, but a little community helped with the results obtained for particular needs. The results of the analysis indicated that the Savings Bank Sampah Malang (BSM) has not affect on the Income Village Community Gading Kasri, because the F-test value was smaller than F table value. This indicates that the BSM savings has not become a major source of revenue Gading Kasri Village Society. Because most people have their own primary source of income, and the Bank Sampah Malang Savings just as a side incomeKeywords: BSM (Bank Sampah Malang), Community Income, Saving.
