Jurnal Teknologi Informasi (JTI) merupakan Jurnal Keilmuan dan Aplikasi Bidang Teknik Informatika yang menyajikan hasil penelitian yang fokus pada bidang informatika. Jurnal Teknologi Informasi (JTI) terbit dua kali dalam satu tahun (Januari dan Agustus). JTI ini fokus mempublikasi hasil penelitian orisinal yang belum diterbitkan di mana pun, isu yang dipublikasi oleh JTI meliputi pengembangan ilmu pengetahuan komputer dan informatika, fokus pada sains ilmu komputer, teknologi komputer tepat guna, dan rancang bangun sistem informasi.

People use text to communicate their emotion and opinion about some subjects.Currently government online media provides the facility for the citizen to express their opinions through text. E-governance system that built by the government will function better if the data that contains citizen's opinion not only saved but can be managed to be more valuable information.Opinion Mining and Sentiment Analysis is the science of natural language processing that could identify emotions, sentiments and main ideas expressed in the text. The government can take advantage by embedding the opinion mining and sentiment analysis methods in the e-governance system.Citizen's opinion about the services or policies of the government is an information that required by the Government in running the good government system. In this study, will be discussed some methods of opinion mining and sentiment analysis that have been performed by some previous researchs.

Along with the development of technology in the world of informatics and the position of Palangkaraya As provincial capital of Central Kalimantan, of course, the broader region than in other districts that make community difficulty remembering or knowing the location of existing educational institutions in the city of Palangkaraya. The difficulty of the public to obtain information about the educational institutions, especially those in Palangkaraya. It makes people Palangkaraya or arrivals outside the area who want to know the information in the educational institutions of Palangkaraya trouble. Based on the background that have been outlined. The author formulates the problem of how to design and create applications Location Based Service (LBS) Mobile Web-Based Education Institutions.This study aims to create a system Applications Location Based Service (LBS) Mobile Web-Based Educational Institutions that can provide location-based services to the public in obtaining information about the location and the educational institutions, both formal and non-formal located in Palangkaraya. The benefit to help people find the location of the institution.The result of this study is an application of Location Based Service (LBS) Institutions of Palangkaraya that can display maps and map these educational institutions educational institutions perkategori in Palangkaraya with a browser supporting HTML 5 format and can be beneficial to society.

Now mobile phones are not a luxury but has almost become a primary need for the grasstoots. Everyone has at least one or more mobile phones. In addition to being a means of communication mobile phones can also be used for office work such as editing documents, create presentations, and many more functions of mobile phones today are multitasking and has its own operating system that we often call with smart phones . phones offered from a certain brand with a variety of types that have a variety of specifications. To make decisions in the smartphones there are several criteria that the assessment by the user. By implementing Multifactor Evaluation Process Methods on decision support, and then implemented into a system, which provide an alternative smartphones according to the criteria desired by the user.

Sangatlah penting untuk pembaharuan sebuah kebutuhan konsumsi energi yang efisien pada peralatan wireless sensor network yang dapat digunakan untuk pemantauan dilingkungan dalam skala yang lebih luas seperti di belantara hutan disaat pengunaannya peralatan ini sangat memerlukan kebutuhan energi yang banyak. Sejak peralatan wireless sensor network mengunakan energi mengunakan baterai. Permasalahan mengantikan baterai pada peralatan wireless sensor network akan sulit dilakukan jika kondisi sudah terpasang dihutan. Pada paper ini, akan menyajikan bagaimana optimasi pengunaan energi pada perangkat router/coordinator cluster WSNs dengan tujuan untuk memaksimalkan sumber daya energi agar router dapat bertahap hidup lebih lama pada disebuah sensor network dengan mengunakan algoritma genetika.

Reluctance and fear of society in dental treatment can cause diseases that attack the body's other organs. Research through the creation of expert systems that can help users to deal with complaints of dental and oral diseases can be applied to address the above problems. The research followed by tests on 20 people with gum disease to test the accuracy of the system and display interface system based on subjective assessment. The test results of 20 patients will be analyzed again by the expert to prove the accuracy of the rules used in the system.Less precise method of forward chaining expert system implemented in the case of diagnosis, because more doctors reasoning leads to the backward chaining. However, in its implementation forward chaining method can be applied in this system well based on expert analysis with probability 0.9 accuracy, the accuracy of the diagnosis by the doctor to the user similarity of 0.8, as well as a subjective assessment by the average user 8.03125.
