Abstract

Informatics is a science that studies the structure, properties, and interaction of several systems used to collect data, process and store the results of data processing, and display it in the form of information. But until now the Department of Information still do not have a website that works to save the file, which is mainly for manual and slow impressed thereby inhibiting efiktivitas time available.Design of File Management System At the Department of Information Engineering University of Palangkaraya Based Web was developed with the development cycle of the basic software that uses Model Falls (Waterfall model). Programming language using PHP, Javascript, CSS and HTML and uses MySQL database. This website is designed using the method of DFD (Data Flow Diagram) and ERD (Entity Relationship Diagram). Then to realize this website, created the design of the interface is further implemented, integrated and tested the system by way of offline (localhost). The result of the integration and system testing, indicating their advantages and drawbacks of the system.Tests used on a website file management system at the Department of Informatics is using black-box testing. Thus producing a website file management system that can help file archiving system that still use manual system in the file storage. For further development could be improved on some existing shortcomings in this website as a lack of promotion and processing system in the office of the Department of Informatics.

Abstract

Abstract

Swiss-bel Hotel Danum Palangkaraya is one of the hotels located in Palangkaraya. The development of the hotel business increased to make every company in the business want to provide a best for employees to work and customers who come to stay. These goals would make any equipment related to Information Technology (IT) should be able to operate smoothly and quickly in order to achieve a hotel corporate in Palangkaraya who actively and creatively trying to meet the needs of consumers both in terms of quality, value, and customer satisfaction. It required the Inventory Information Systems of IT equipment that can record and manage IT equipment, making it easier to know the condition of IT equipment and IT equipment maintenance schedule.In the Inventory Information System development of IT equipment in the Swiss-bel Hotel Danum Palangkaraya using waterfall method. In this methodology is done several steps to build a software, namely analysis, design, coding, testing and maintenance. In step modeling analysis using Unified Modeling Language (UML). UML model used is the Use Case Diagrams, Activity Diagrams and Class Diagrams. The programming language used is PHP and the MySQL databaseThis research has resulted in the application of IT Equipment Inventory Information System in the Swiss-bel Hotel Danum Palangkaraya which has features to manage IT equipment, IT equipment maintenance schedules, user applications and reports. Reports generated as department detailed reports, inventory reports, reports of maintenance schedule of IT equipment, reports of conditions and specifications of IT equipment every department, every month, by year of acquisition, location, and date of last maintenance IT equipment.

Abstract

A special UKT decision team of University of Palangkaraya has used calculation application system based on desktop to calculate and group UKT. Data which are necessary from each university student are used to calculate the amount of the UKT by the application. A calcutating and grouping system is needed to solve problems in entering large amount of data. A decision supporting system (SPK) is made to increase work efectiveness and shorten time of processing data in grouping or selecting the amount of the UKT which will be charged to each new student of the university, especially regular students. There are some features in this system; calculating data, grouping the university students to each UKT group which is based on number of the students and printing or showing data which are groups of students based on the amount o the UKT. Grouping process is implemented in the first semester in the first year. SPK approach which is used is SAW method (Simple Adaptive Weighted).

Abstract

There are several factors causing wildfire such as human error, gas leak, and electric short circuit. Those causes should be rapidly controlled. In case of that urgency, the tools to detect immediate fire is needed to give earlier warning quickly and automatically. In designing the detector,the use of several supporting components is also needed to construct the series of board Microcontroler ATmega16, temperature sensor LM35, fire sensor Flame V2, Modem Wavecom, and Alarm Bazzer, and the additional technology in the form of sms. The results of the prototype is to provide eralier warning via sms and alarm, the warning contains the recent conditation of the temparature. If the system of the micro-controller detects the abnormal temperature from the both sensor, the detector will send the notification to the user. Firthermore, the user directly receive the information and can give the quick responses to protect or to overcome the fire.

Abstract

The phenomenon of a total solar eclipse (total solar eclipse) can only occur within a period of 100 years, until now, even the natural phenomena related research is very interesting to do mainly related to metabolic processes that occur in green plants or high level. In the study, the behavior of Mimosa pudica plant will be measured by using a sensor device. The sensor device with PISA algorithm will monitor environmental factors such as light intensity, temperature, humidity and atmospheric pressure at the time of a solar eclipse total. In this case, changes in the behavior of Mimosa pudica plant to sunlight will be validated by using a digital camera to obtain information leaf movement. The results of this study the sun upon the occurrence of a total eclipse, the temperature conditions around the plant Mimosa pudica average 26oC. The movement of the leaves of Mimosa pudica move to close when the temperature of 25° C at 07. 43 pm. Leaves of Mimosa pudica reopened at 7:52 pm when the temperature is more than 27oC. sunlight at 7:24 o'clock pm at the time of the total solar eclipse of 1800 Lux. From the results of the measurements, light intensity sensor node at 07:25 - 07.29 pm downhill until the condition is 0 Lux, which means the condition is very dark with no light around the plant. From the results of measurements made at 07:39 hours GMT where the changes in air temperature around the leaf on the value of 25.59°C and light intensity levels 1729.4 Lux, Mimosa pudica leaves start to close. By the time the sun began to shine the light level the surface of the leaves, and the air temperature increases, the leaves of Mimosa pudica made the decision to seal the surface of the leaf, after 3 minutes the leaves will open again because there is no stimulus temperature and light. This research also analyzed the data with modeling RGB on the surface of the leaves to get the data chlorophyll Before the solar eclipse average picture chlorophyll on the leaf surface is 0.68149. By the time the sun shone on the condition of 3% on average 0.15494 prior to the occurrence of a total solar eclipse. On the condition of the leaves cover the average - average 0.29555, and after a solar eclipse passing and riding conditions and uneven irradiation, the average value of chlorophyll on the leaf surface is 0.54612.
