Jurnal Teknologi Informasi (JTI) diterbitkan adalah Jurnal Jurusan Teknik Informatika Universitas Palangka Raya dengan ISSN 1907-896X, E-ISSN 2656-0321. Jurnal Teknologi Informasi (JTI) merupakan Jurnal Keilmuan dan Aplikasi Bidang Teknik Informatika yang menyajikan hasil penelitian yang fokus pada bidang informatika. Jurnal Teknologi Informasi (JTI) terbit dua kali dalam satu tahun (Januari dan Agustus). JTI ini fokus mempublikasi hasil penelitian orisinal yang belum diterbitkan di mana pun, isu yang dipublikasi oleh JTI meliputi pengembangan ilmu pengetahuan komputer dan informatika, fokus pada sains ilmu komputer, teknologi komputer tepat guna, dan rancang bangun sistem informasi.

<![CDATA[Government agency uses the E-Government technology to facilitate it’s function and to servethe citizen. Research, Development and Statistic Division of BAPPEDA Katingan is the coordinatingunit that perform data collection, analysis, research and report the result of the district developmenton Katingan regency. Research, Development and Statistic Division of BAPPEDA Katingancoordinates the Katingan government unit to collect the development result data. The mechanism tocollect and process data spend a lot of cost and resource, therefore Research, Development andStatistic Division of BAPPEDA Katingan needs information technology such as E-Government tofacilitate it’s tasks.This study aims to analyze and design the Government to Government (G2G) model forResearch, Development and Statistic Division of BAPPEDA Katingan E-Government system, that canbe used as a blue print to develop the E-Government system. The methodology in this study usesseveral phases such as planning and analysis phase, and design phase which is adopted from thestages of software development method waterfall.The results of this study are Blueprint of E-Government System. The blueprint could be thebasis to develop E-Government Systems for Research, Development and Statistic Division ofBAPPEDA Katingan.]]>

<![CDATA[Department of Informatics at the University of Palangkaraya there are many courses offered. Of the many courses offered there are some subjects that requires students to follow the lab. Each student must semester must register lab if taking practical subjects. However, when applying practicum students must queue up to register the practicum and adjust the schedule with the schedule practicum course.In the task this practice created a web application information system named "Practical Information Systems at the Department of Informatics, University of Palangkaraya Based Web". Lab information system is made by the method of application software development begins with the stage of requirement and definition, system and software design, implementation and unit testing, integration and system testing and operation and maintenance.The study resulted in lab information system website in which there are various features. <![CDATA[Library is a service unit that provides convenience to any academic community to gainresources and activities related to the learning process . The services provided should give a goodresponse time so that services can be provided by focusing on aspects of customer satisfaction inthis academic community .Palangkaraya Christian University as one of the universities that want to implement aninformation system in managing the library collection , which is capable of providing the bestservice in the process of borrowing and returning book. By applying this library informationsystems , management expected of members, books and other collections may be better so that theprojection koleksipun updates can be done easily .This study uses the waterfall method where thestage used in this study is limited to the design stage of the six stages in this method . Stages of theanalysis carried out by processing requirements of the system . In the design phase of systemdesign , database design , interface design and drafting reports . The results of this study is a draftdocument the results of the analysis and design of the library system which has been fulfilling theneeds of the organization and user aspects.]]>

The project involves two parties work together to comply withthe agreed rules. The failure of a project is very common. This is due to the lack of propermanagement of the resources that must be managed. The failure of the project not only resulted inloss of time, but more fatal is the financial loss.
