Abstract

This reseacrh aims to determine the effect of delegation of authority and controlling on employee performance at Sukses Mitra Sejahtera, PT at Kediri district. The population in this research are 584 people, the sampling technique used the Simple Random Sampling and obtained a sample of 85 people. This research uses descriptive statistical analysis method with hypothesis testing using SPSS version 22 software program. Based on the results of the F test, it is proven that the variable delegation of authority and controlling are simultaneously affect employee performance, indicated by a significant value of 0.000 <0.05. The t-test shows that the delegation of authority variable has a partial effect on employee performance. This is indicated by the significant value for delegation of authority variable is 0.150, it means that the possibility of delegation of authority does not affect performance is 15%. The rest there is still an 85% possibility that the delegation of authority has an influence on employee performance and for the controlling variable it has a partial effect on employee performance. This is evidenced by a significance level of 0.001 < 0.05. The coefficient of determination test shows that the value (R Square) is 0.264. It means that the effect of delegation of authority and controlling variables on employee performance is 26,4%. Keywords: Delegation of authority, Controlling, Employee Perfomance

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of financial literacy and financial behavior on financial distress students of the Faculty of Economics, State Islamic University of Malang. The type of research used is quantitative research. The research location appointed by the researcher is at the State Islamic University (UIN) Maulana Malik Ibrahim Malang. The number of samples in this study were 130 respondents. The sample in this study was Generation Z who were born in 1996 – 2004 or who are 18-26 years old and actively hold the status of students of the Faculty of Economics, State Islamic University (UIN) Maulana Malik Ibrahim Malang. The variables used in this study consisted of independent variables and dependent variables. The dependent variable is financial distress, while the independent variables are financial literacy and financial behavior. The data that has been obtained were analyzed using SPSS ver. 20.0. Based on the results of the research that has been obtained, it can be concluded that tax knowledge, fiscal services, and administrative sanctions have a positive and significant effect (1) financial literacy has a negative and significant effect on financial distress, (2) financial behavior has a negative and significant effect on financial distress, and (3) financial literacy and financial behavior together have an effect on financial distress.

Abstract

Indonesia dan dunia tengah dilanda wabah covid-19 yang berdampak pada ketidakstabilan ekonomi yang berpengaruh terhadap berbabgai aspek kehidupan termasuk pasar tradisional. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji : (1) Perilaku konsumen pada era pandemi covid-19, (2) Faktor perilaku konsumen yang paling dominan saat berbelanja di Pasar Pucung, (3) Faktor perilaku konsumen yang paling dominan dan berpengaruh terhadap Keputusan Pembelian saat berbelanja di Pasar Pucung pada era pandemi covid-19. Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian deskriptif kualitatif dengan metode pengumpulan data melalui wawancara dengan pedagang dan pembeli di Pasar Pucung Jambean Kras Kediri. Metode pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode accidental random sampling. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan : 1). Terdapat beberapa perubahan perilaku konsumen pada era pandemic covid-19. 2). Faktor yang sangat mempengaruhi perilaku konsumen di era pandemi covid-19 di Pasar Pucung yaitu faktor kebudayaan dan faktor psikologis. 3). faktor perilaku konsumen yang paling berpengaruh terhadap keputusan pembelian saat berbelanja di Pasar Pucung pada era pandemi covid-19 adalah faktor pribadi dan faktor psikologis.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of service quality on repurchase intention mediated by customer satisfaction on consumers of Kopi Hashtag Dau, Malang. The type of research used is quantitative research. The research location appointed by the researcher is the consumers of Café Kopi Hashtag which is located on Jl. Raya Dermo No. 137-177, Jetak Lor, Mulyoagung, Dau, Malang. The number of samples in this study were 100 respondents. The sample of this research is Hashtag Coffee consumers aged 17 years and over who have visited Hashtag Coffee at least once. The variables used in this study consisted of independent variables, dependent variables, and intervening variables. The dependent variable is repurchase intention, the independent variable is service quality and the intervening variable is customer satisfaction. The data that has been obtained were analyzed using SmartPLS Version 3. Based on the research results obtained, it can be concluded that (1) service quality has a significant positive effect on customer satisfaction, (2) customer satisfaction has a significant positive effect on repurchase intention, (3) service quality has a positive effect significant impact on repurchase intention, (4) service quality has a significant positive effect on repurchase intention mediated by customer satisfaction.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of selection and placement on employee performance at Sukses Mitra Sejahtera, PT in Kediri district. The population in this research amounted to 704 people, the sampling technique used the Simple Random Sampling and obtained a sample of 88 people. This research uses descriptive statistical analysis method with hypothesis testing using SPSS version 22 software program. Based on the results of the F test, it is proven that the variable selection and placement simultaneously affect employee performance, indicated by a significant value of 0.000 <0.05. The t-test shows that the selection variable has a partial effect on employee performance. This is indicated by the significant value for the selection variable 0.008 <0.05 and for the placement variable it has a partial effect on employee performance. This is evidenced by a significance level of 0.000 < 0.05. The coefficient of determination test shows that the value (R Square) is 0.428. It means that the effect of selection and placement variables on employee performance is 42.8%. Keywords: Selection, Placement, Employee Perfomance

Abstract

We want to shed light on how social media marketing and brand awareness influence consumers' purchase choices. “This study employs a quantitative and descriptive methodology. Customers of Cafe Pitstop Gresik make up the bulk of the study's sample. A sample of Cafe Pitstop Gresik customers who are at least 17 years of age, have social media accounts, and know Cafe Pitstop Gresik via social media is included in this research. Purposive sampling was utilized to gather the data, and 91 people took part in the survey. These values are above the necessary value of 0.70, which means that the study findings may be considered trustworthy. The composite reliability test yielded values for each variable of social media marketing (X1) 0, 902, brand awareness (X2) 0, 874, and purchase choices (X3) 0, 902. A quantitative descriptive research design, descriptive statistics and PLS analysis are all used in this study. According to the findings, social media marketing has a favorable and considerable impact on the purchase choices of customers. Brand awareness has a considerable impact on consumers' purchase choices, according to this study.”

Abstract

Marketing includes all activities of the company in adapting to its environment creatively and profitably. Because success in competition will be achieved if the company can create and retain its customers. This has triggered the shift of Noic Studio's marketing strategy from offline marketing to a Digital Marketing strategy, so the promotions and information carried by Noic Studio will be more optimal, effective and efficient, as well as strengthen the sense of trust from customers to become the Reference Group for marketing their photography services. Based on the results of research interviews, it was obtained information that Noic Studio had tried to carry out both strategies optimally but there were several things that had to be optimized, especially in the implementation of the Reference Group strategy. Which was supported by the results of SPSS research partially obtained Digital Marketing (X1) has a Tvalue of 5.720 with sig=0.000 which means that Digital Marketing (X1) has a positive effect on the increase Noic’s customers, While the Reference Group (X2) has a Tvalue of 0.723 with sig=0.472 which means that the Reference Group (X2) does not have a significant effect on the increase. in the number of customer in NOIC studio. Abstract

Betta fish cultivation has been established since 1996 starting from the formation of the Karya Mina fish cultivator group in Ketami Village, Pesantren District, Kediri City. These cultivation activities continue to develop so that in 2022 the City of Kediri was confirmed as a Fisheries Village for Ornamental Fish Cultivation by the Ministry of Maritime Affairs and Fisheries. With the existing potential, the right strategy is needed in developing the Betta fish business. This research was conducted at Betta fish farming business locations covering 6 groups of fish cultivators in Ketami Village, Pesantren Village, Bawang Village, and Jamsaren Village, Pesantren District, Kediri City, using qualitative methods. Based on the SWOT analysis, it is known that the appropriate development strategy is the SO strategy. Further analysis uses QSPM to determine the priority of the existing alternative strategies. The main alternative strategy was found, namely Optimizing information technology for Betta type variants, production quantity, and cultivation techniques. The second alternative strategy is to open the market with various types and prices of betta. And the last alternative strategy is to utilize government support, other parties, and institutions for business development.

Abstract

ABSTRACT In investing activities, investors have various options to choose financial instruments in the capital market such as stocks and bonds. Stocks are one of the most popular assets in the capital market. However, that investing involves high risks and challenges for investors. To reduce this risk, stock valuation is used before choosing the decision to be taken on the desired stock. Stock valuation is one important thing in investing. The aim is to help investors to minimize the risk of investment through intrinsic value in making investment decisions. The evaluation model for calculating intrinsic value is fundamental analysis with Free Cash Flow to Equity (FCFE) and Price Earning Ratio (PER). In addition, an assessment of financial performance using the Economic Value Added (EVA) point of view is added to determine the company's ability to empower its capital as one of the parameters in investment decisions. By using regression analysis, it is found that EVA is not able to be a predictor of FCFE, while EVA can be a predictor of PER. The results of the calculations, there are not companies that have the results according to the recommendations. Investors or stakeholders can choose the company according to the point of view they want or need, they tend to value stocks by looking at the company's available cash flows or more interested in assessing the company's income and stock prices. According to the calculation results, the results of undervalued stocks in the stock valuation analysis (FCFE/PER) and the lowest negative EVA results from the undervalued stocks can be an option. Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of job insecurity and job stress on turnover intention at the Alfi Putra Cigarette Company. This research is included in the quantitative research. The location of this research is the Alfi Putra Cigarette Company which is located in RT.12, RW.04, Kayujaran Hamlet, Gumbleb Village, Pogalan District, Trenggalek Regency, East Java. The number of samples in this study using 100 respondents. The sample in this study were PR employees. Alfi Putra. The variables in this study consisted of independent variables, namely job insecurity and job stress, while the dependent variable in this study was turnover intention. In this study, there are three hypotheses that were processed using the SmartPLS Version 3. Analysis tool. Based on the research results obtained, it can be concluded that (1) Job Insecurity has a significant positive effect on Turnover Intention, (2) Job Stress has a significant positive effect on Turnover Intention, (3 ) Job Insecurity and Job Stress have a significant positive effect on Turnover Intention.
