Abstract

This research aimed to study the influence of Work Culture and Incentives to Employee Performancefor PT. Bank Permata Batam.This research was conducted with the approached survey that consists variable Work Culture and Incentives(X) and Employee Performance(Y). To prove the influence of Work Culture and Incentives to Employee Performance, the authors collected data by distributing questionnaires as many as 60 respondents as samples taken from Employeement of PT. Bank Permata Batam. Data were collected through questionnaires were processed using program applications statistical Product and Service Solutions (SPSS) version 21. The results showed that the application of Work Culture and Incentives jointly contribute to a positive and significant impact on Employee Performance by 34,4% while the remaining 65,6% is influenced by other factors. The regression analysis partially shows that, variable Work Culture and Incentives has positive and significant effect on Employee Performance. KeyWords :Work Culture, Incentives, Employee Performance.

Abstract

This research was conducted at the Bank BJB Batam. The purpose of this study was to determine the effectof training and compensation for work performance together (simultaneously).In this study, the authors usecensus method with a total of 45 people to serve as respondents of the total population. While this type of dataused are primary data and secondary data. The primary data source was obtained from the questionnaire AtBank BJB competent Batam Batam BJB banks. While secondary data obtained from bank documents BJBBatam. Data collection techniques done with interviews, questionnaires and documentation. Data analysiswas performed with descriptive statistics, which is used to describe in giving an overview of the objectunder study through data taken from the population census methods obtained in the field associated withthe relevant theories and techniques of quantitative analysis of the data that has been given a scoreaccording to measurement scale used is Likert scale and the test results using SPSS (Statistical Productand Service Solution) version 20. From the results of the study authors conclude that the simultaneoustraining of employees (X1) and compensation (X2) positive and significant impact on work performance(Y), with the result 56 941 (F count) greater than 3.21 (F table).Keywords: employee training, compensation and job performance

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan, motivasi dan budaya organisasi terhadap kepuasan kerja PT.Ciba Vision. Penelitian ini juga bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh variabel bebas terhadap variabel dependen..Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan metode analisis kuesioner instrumen yang digunakan adalah untuk menguji validitas dan reliabilitas, uji asumsi klasik, analisis regresi berganda, pengujian hipotesis dengan uji t dan F , Dan koefisien determinasi (R2). Dari penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan dari uji statistik yang didasarkan pada variabel bebas yang terdiri dari gaya kepemimpinan, motivasi dan kedisiplinan (uji simultan F) layak untuk diuji terhadap variabel kepuasan kerja. Kemudian melalui hasil uji t adalah bahwa gaya kepemimpinan variabel 0.322, motivasi 5.681, dan disiplin 3.292. Penelitian ini juga memperoleh nilai Adjusted R Square sebesar 0,390. Artinya variabel gaya kepemimpinan, motivasi dan organisasi buasil mampumempengaruhi variabel kepuasan kerja dengan persentase sebesar 39% dan sisanya 61% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak diliputi dalam penelitian ini.Keywords: Leadership Style, Motivation, Organizational Culture, Job Satisfaction

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of partially and simultaneously between liquidity projected by Current Ratio (CR), leverage is projected by Debt to Assets Ratio (DAR) and profitability projected by Return On Assets (ROA) to corporate value projected by Price Book Value (PBV) at the telecommunications company listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2012-2014. The sample used in this study account for 7 companies were selected based on purposive sampling technique. The data used in this research is secondary data. Data were analyzed using classical asusmsi test, multiple regression analysis, analysis of determination and hypothesis testing using the technique of partial and simultaneous test with the tools IBM SPSS Statistics 20.The results showed that the liquidity variable t value of -1127 and the value of t table amounted to 1,721, (-1127 1,721) and significant values of 0275, (0275 0.05), meaning that liquidity negatively affect the value of the company and partially liquidity no effect significantly to the value of the company. Variable leverage based on the t value of 2.086 and t table value amounted to 1,721, (2,086 1,721) and significant value of 0.052 (0.052 0.05), meaning that the leverage positive effect on the value of the company and partially leverage no significant effect on the value of the company. Variable profitability by t calculate equal to 3,779 and t table value amounted to 1,721, (3,779 1,721) and significant values of 0001, (0.001 0.05), meaning that positive effect on the profitability of the company's value and profitability is partially significant effect on the value of the company. Calculated F value of 5956 while the value of F table at 3,555, (5,956 3,555) with a probability of 0.006 under 0:05 (0.006 0.05), thus simultaneously (together) liquidity, leverage and profitability significantly influence the value of the company. Keywords: Current Ratio, Debt to Assets Ratio, Return On Assets, Price Book Value

Abstract

This research intents to know “Do service quality, and price affect to customer loyalty XL products at the Faculty of Economics, Riau Kepulauan University, Batam?". The purpose of this study to analyze the effect of each variable, the quality of service (X1), and the price (X2) to customer loyalty (Y). In this study, data were collected through questionnaires to 43 respondents XL product users in the Faculty of Economics, Riau Kepulauan University using purposive sampling method to determine the response of respondents to each variable with using program application Statistical Product and Service Solution (SPSS) version 20. Then analyze the data obtained in the form of quantitative analysis and qualitative analysis. Quantitative analysis include validity and reliability test, the classic assumption test, hypothesis testing via the F test and t test and analysis test, the coefficient of determination (R2.Results of the analysis found that two factors service quality and price has positive and significant influence on customer loyalty. Hypothesis testing using t test showed that independent variables service quality found to significantly affect customer loyalty as dependent variables, while independent variables price found not significantly affect customer loyalty as dependent variables . Through the F test showed that the variable service quality and price has a significant jointly in customer loyalty. Figures adjusted R square of 0.501 indicates that 50.1 % of the variations of customer loyalty can be explained by five independent variables used in the regression equation. The rest of 49.9 % is explained by another variable outside two variables used within this research. Keywords: service quality, price, customer loyalty.

Abstract

This study aims to determine influence the development of human resource and leadership style and employee performance BP. Batam Hospital. In this research, total population 237 people with using help of slovin formula with the fault tolerance 10% get sample of 70 people to serve as respondents. Whereas the type of data used data premier and secondary data. Premier data sources from the questionnaire. While secondary data from BP. Batam Hospital documents and obtained from the literature related and can support as well as useful for this study. Techniques analysis data is do with validity test and reliability test, classical assumption test, doulde linear analysis, hypothesis testing, and coefficient of determination (R2). The test using SPSS (Statistical Product and Service Solution) version 20. From the study authors conclude that the development of human resources (X1) are not positive and significant impact on employee (Y) and leadership style (X2) are positive and significant, whereas the development of human resources (X1) and leadership style (X2) together positive and significant impact on employee performance (Y).Keywords: Development of Human Resource, Leadership Style, Performance

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi dan menganalisis kepuasan kerja karyawan pada PT.Schneider Electrik Manufacturing Batam. Sampel yang diambil dalam penelitian ini, mencakup 50karyawan. Pertanyaan yang diberikan kepada sampel dengan menggunakan kuesioner yang disebarkanmelalui teknik simple random sampling dan metode analisis yang digunakan adalah uji validitas, ujireliabilitas, asumsi klasik, dan regresi berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa nilai t hitung untukVariabel kepemimpinan sebesar 1.115 dan tingkat signifikasi 0,271, nilai t hitung untuk kinerja kerjasebesar 2,258, dan tingkat signifikasi 0,029 sedangkan t hitung untuk variabel lingkungan sebesar 7,624dengan tingkat signifikasi 0,000 0,05. Hasil yang positif dan signifikasi mempengaruhi kepuasan kerjapada PT. Schneider Elkectric Manufacturing Batam.
