Abstract

The concept and policies of service quality have several different generic names: "customer care", "after care", "the aftermarket", "service recovery", and "customer experience management". All capture the fact that the experience of a product or service can contribute to how well or badly a business does in its market. It is a marketing issue because it affects the growth of the firm. A poor experience will undermine any marketing, no matter how good, because negative word of mouth will work against any marketing claims. Word of mouth communications: expectations will be shaped by communications from sources other than the service provider itself. This can include family, friends and colleagues, but more widely the media and other organisations, such as audit agencies. Personal needs: any customer or user of a service will have what they regard as a set of key personal needs that they expect the service to address. These will vary from service to service and from customer to customer. A clear understanding of these needs is necessary to design an appropriate service. Previous experience: many will have had service encounters before. Their previous experience will in part influence their future …P1FiPexpectations of the service. This can include their past experience of the service in question, but also of other services for public services, expectations will be influenced by experience of similar private services. …P2Fii In order to reach loyalty customer, banks have to give service quality and by doing best in service quality every day and every day, the corporate mission become reality in every day and the end result is sales through service and making loyalty customer is easy.

Abstract

Vision and Mission are two words that have a meaning which, vision is a desire of individuals / institutions of the state of the future desired / aspired to by the individual / all members of your organization in all levels of management while the Mission One level of effort, thought, step - step formally to create a mission, meant to clarify what action is desired by the owner of your company and be a handle to run your business now into the foreseeable future until the vision is realized. Vision and Mission is a guide line of work in running the business effectively and efficiently to achieve maximum results, which must be obeyed and executed all line management level, which in turn is expected to be a corporate culture of a business.

Abstract

Teacher’s performance is the way a teacher acts, does and performs the lesson during teaching learning process. Performance also consists of facial expression, gesture, body movement, vocal intonation and inflection. Teacher’s performance plays an important role in teaching and learning process because the way a teacher performs a lesson influences the students’ achievement. By showing good preparation and good performance, students will be interested in paying attention to the lesson given. In other words, the better performance a teacher has, the higher achievement students get. The purpose of this study is to know the correlation between teacher’s performance and student’s achievement. This study was conducted at English Department of Teacher Training and Education Faculty, STKIP KUSUMA NEGARA pokjar Gading Serpong. The data were obtained from 40 students by means of giving them questionnaires of teacher’s performance and students’ English achievement test. Both scores were analyzed by using Pearson Product Moment correlation. The result shows that the correlation between teacher’s performance and students’ achievement is r. 0.90. It means that there is a high correlation between teacher’s performance and students’ achievement.

Abstract

The meter has become a standard work agreed Indonesian Accounting Standards SFAS No.101 , 2007, in assessing the financial performance of a business field which is run in a given period , evidenced in the form of accounting reports or financial statements referred to sharia . External factors affecting financial performance include : internal influences such as company politics , legal barriers to enterprise , employment , monopoly , the external environment of the company; regulations of the company , for example : selling price regulation / input prices , taxation , corporate governance , etc. . Needs of Islamic financial statements presented course tailored to its business such as , field services ; field of trade ; fields Manufacture . Furthermore, the parties who require such financial statements have particular concern to the financial statements are presented , namely : Management , Owner , Lender , Investor , Supplier , Buyer , employees , government agencies including the IRS , the Department of Industry , Department of Commerce , and the General Public . The common types of financial reports presented to the parties typically include : statements Balance Sheet, Profit and Loss reports , usage reports and Source of Funds , Cash reports , reports Change Capital , and reports Ratio Analysis , Fund charity and benevolence Fund ( paragraph 8 of SFAS 101 , 2007) to facilitate the readers to read the financial statements are presented , should be attached to the disclosure of each item in the financial statements of the sharia . The financial statements are presented in accordance with GAAP in 2007 is : understandable , relevant , materiality , reliability , honest presentation , substance regale form , neutrality , healthy growth , completeness , can be compared .

Abstract

Many wicked words mentioned in the Qur'an with a number of derivatives , either in the form of a noun, a verb and indicates the perpetrator . Al - Zamakhshari is a lot of commentators who claimed to be the people who gravitate to the stream Mu'tazila , beliaua wicked interpret different from other commentators , for example, the position occupied by the wicked that al - Manzilatain baina al - Manzilatain . Thus , the problem is how the wicked interpretation according to the commentary of al - Zamakhshari Kasysyaf and characteristic interpretation. This study and a statement that contradicts Zamakhsyari Mu'tazila and there is a similar interpretation between the teachings Mu'tazila Zamakhsyari relation to the authors carefully wicked . This study used a descriptive - Analytic method , which provides a description of a variable or state what it is . In the context of this study is to describe what it is about the interpretation Zamakhsyari wicked in the primary source of al - Kasysyaf interpretation , then analyzed adequately. From the data shows that the authors carefully ; that the wicked according Zamakhsyari is coming out of the order of Allah to do iniquity , disobedience and immoral acts that menjerumuskannya on sin . In penefsirannya he stressed that the wicked intent is to Jews and infidels , and he positioned the wicked are between the believers and the unbelievers . Characteristics of al - Zamakhshari interpretation of the verses wicked interpretation colored by the discussion in terms of language , rationality, reason is very highlighted, and theology upholds Mu'tazila , with a statement that al - Manzilah wicked baina al - Manzilatain .

Abstract

The teacher found some constraints in students of understanding English text such as limited vocabulary, the students are lack of stock of the words, the students who have little knowledge of vocabulary will face some difficulties to understand the written language. The students’ lack knowledge about the text, when student have lack knowledge about the topic that make student difficult to conclude the idea of the text, they are hard to understand what the text tells about. This research used Experimental design. The writer teaches two different classes. They are control and experimental class. The population of this research is 305 students eighth grade in Junior High School which consist of eight classes. The writer used cluster random sampling technique to measure the reading comprehension test. In collecting data, the writer will give reading comprehension tests to the students using multiple choice, and questioner in teaching learning using NHT in reading comprehension. The test is given to get the objective data of student’s achivement in reading comprehension by using cooperative learning type NHT in experimental class. The writer will apply two test: there is pre test and post test. The results data of analysis pre-test of the experimental class and the control class show there is no difference in mean, where value of the average values experiment class is 46.1 while the average control class is 43,1 after the experiment class was given treatment, turned out to give effect to the post-test score. The analysis data of post-test that have been done, it shows that there are differences in the average value of post-test between the experiment class and the control class, where the average in the experiment class is 68 while the control class average is 61.7. Based on the data analysis of post-test, it shows that values tcount more than ttable, where tcount is 2.18 while ttable is 1.99, so hypothesis statistic (H1) is accepted. This suggests that the cooperative learning type NHT more effective than conventional learning. Based on those results, it can be concluded that the application of cooperative learning type NHT technique is effective in teaching reading comprehension

Abstract

According to Islamic reformer figures one cause of the decline of Islam is weak and declining quality of Islamic education . To that end , it is necessary to restore the power of the Islamic educational progress of Muslims as a buffer , so that the rise of ideas about education reform Islam followed by the implementation of a change organizers . There are many things that demand held educational reform include: Development of Science , Declining Quality of Education , Less relevance between education and the needs of people who are building . Muhammad Abduh tried to give to the teachings of this nation that the best way to achieve independence is to educate the brain and increase knowledge . Muhammad Abduh education patterns of thought tends to flow progressive . In the field of educational goals , namely universal goals , institutional goals and curricular objectives . The curriculum must specify the mandatory sciences ' ain , not only religious sciences , but also covers general sciences . Educational methods should be accommodating in multiple teaching methods and strongly condemn the method only concerned with memorizing without understanding . the relationship between teachers and students is not limited to any class . eorang teachers should be competent . factors that influence child development are nativist , empirical , and convergent . The position of converging factors by Muhammad Abduh is the integration factor nativist and empirical factors in child development are two factors that affect each other.

Abstract

Sharia Bank is well-known as a bank which is resistant to the global crisis that hitted Indonesia couple years ago. The performance of Sharia Bank could be maintained so that continuity of bussines also could be well maintained. Those performance could be measured by the size of the Sharia banking profitability. The factors affecting the profitability of Islamic banks used in this study are BOPO NPF and ROA. While the purpose of this study was to determine the effect of BOPO and NPF toward the profitability of Sharia banks. The population used for the study are all of sharia banks Bank Umum Sariah (BUS) and Unit Usaha Syariah (UUS) in Indonesia have been published by Otoritas Jasa Keuangan (OJK) from 2015 to 2016. The data of this study used secondary data from the website of Otoritas Jasa Keuangan. The method of data analysis which was used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that the BOPO variabel has significant effect on ROA and NPF variable has no significant effect on ROA in Sharia Banking Industry. While BOPOand NPF variabel had significant influence with negatif direction.

Abstract

Discussing leadership is essentially to discuss the intricacies of human society. Humans are social creatures, instinctively need to get along and needing another human in the process they form groups, communities, nations and state, which in turn needs a leader. A joint community leaders work together to organize, build, promote and defend the community. Leadership is understood as all efforts together to mobilize all the resources and tools available within an organization. Resources can be classified into two major parts, namely: human resources and non-human resources. In educational institutions, especially the educational institutions of Islam consists of various elements or sources, and humans are the most important element, so the success or failure of an organization to achieve its intended purpose is highly dependent on the ability of its leaders to foster a climate of cooperation easily and can mobilize resources existing power, so it can be run effectively and efficiently. Thus, the life of an organization is determined by the role of a leader. Effective leadership is the leadership that is able to grow and develop business cooperation and maintain a favorable climate in organizational life. Good leadership is leadership that can integrate with the task orientation of human relations orientation.

Abstract

For every Muslim all what we do in life must be in accordance with the will of God, as the realization of faith in Him. All righteousness of human deeds are basically contained in the Qur'an and Sunnah. The Qur'an contains provisions Personality 'which requires an understanding of business and search. Efforts to find the provisions of Personality 'to exert maximum power of reason is called ijtihad. Khilafat 'Urrasyidin are scholars or sages who take the place of the Prophet as the Caliph. In his tenure, Khulafa 'Urrasyidin do ijtihad to solve the problems that exist in society. This paper will be presented on the development of tasyri 'to generate the provisions of Personality' during the Khilafat 'Urrrasyidin, the government of Abu Bakr as-Siddiq, Umar bin Khattab, Uthman ibn Affan and Ali bin Abi Talib.
