The research uses quantitative, the population is prudential customers who have used the product as many as 1,250 people and sampling with the Slovin formula so that the number of samples is 93 respondents. The analysis technique used is data quality test, F test, t test, classical assumptions and hypotheses and multiple linear regression. The test results show that partially marketing communication has a significant effect on loyalty, satisfaction and advertising has no significant effect on loyalty. Simultaneously, marketing communications, satisfaction and advertising have a significant effect on consumer loyalty. The ability of consumer loyalty can be explained by marketing communications, satisfaction and advertising by 45.1% and the remaining 54.9% is explained by other variables outside the scope of this study. Marketing communication, satisfaction and advertising have a strong enough correlation to loyalty.

This study aims to determine: (1) (1) The best forecast to estimate the need for new materials per period that will come to PT Techno Indonesia. (2). Planning and controlling raw material inventory using the Material Requirement Planning (MRP) method at PT Techno Indonesia. In this study determined the planning of controlling raw materials with MRP using the calculation of the modeling of material procurement using the Lot For Lot (LFL) and Fixed Order Quantity (FOQ) methods. The results of this study prove that the best forecasting is applied in PT Techno Indonesia, the forecasting method uses Weighted Moving Average and Material Requirement Planning (MRP) using the Lot Fot Lot method.

The decline in the level of employee performance is due to the work environment, education and compensation that are not appropriate. The population and sample in this study amounted to 62 employees. The research method uses multiple linear regression analysis techniques. The results of partial hypothesis testing obtained tstatistic > ttable or 2,157 > 2,001 and significant obtained 0,015 < 0,05, tstatistic > ttable or 3,163 > 2,001 and significant obtained 0,001 < 0,05, tstatistic > ttable or 4,852 > 2,001 and significant obtained 0.000 <0.05. The calculated F value (21.712) > F table (2.76) and the significance probability is 0.000 < 0.05. The conclusion in this study shows that partially the work environment, education and compensation have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. and simultaneously the work environment, education and compensation have a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT. Abstract

This study aims to test empirically whether the effect of training and motivation is applied to realize employee performance at PT PLN Lenteng Agung Area. Located on Jalan Raya Duren Tiga No.100, South Jakarta, which consists of 50 respondents (37 male and 13 female) using the Slovin sample method. This research uses quantitative descriptive method with data collection techniques, namely by observation and distributing questionnaires / questionnaires. The data analysis techniques used were validity and reliability tests, classic assumption tests (normality, heteroscedasticity, and multicollinearity tests) along with multiple linear regression analysis and simple linear regression analysis which were processed using SPSS 22. The results of this study can be seen from the multiple linear regression equation Y = 9.891+ 0.658X1 + 0.786X2 This can be interpreted that employee performance without the support of training and work motivation (constant) is 9.891 and any changes in the joint increase between the training and work motivation variables will determine the level of employee performance, every one point increase in the training variable due to an increase in the employee performance score of 0.658 and every time there is an increase in job training variables due to an increase in the employee performance score of 0.786. Thus the better the training and work motivation, the higher the level of employee performance. Based on the results of the F test, it can be seen that f is with a significance level of 0.000 <0.05 then the degree of freedom (df) is (k-1) or the degree of the numerator and (n- k) for the degree of denominator where n = number of observations and k = the number of variables, then the F table is obtained of 3.08. So that the value of f is greater than f (33,426> 3.08). Thus the test results show that H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted. This indicates that together (simultaneously) the independent variables (training and motivation) have a significant effect on the dependent variable (performance).

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of training on work productivity at PT Aryan Indonesia. Training is the independent variable (X) and productivity is the dependent variable (Y). This study conducted a survey of employees with a population of 150 people and a sample of 80 people who were registered as employee training participants. The data that has been collected was analyzed by quantitative methods. To obtain the test results of the relationship between training and productivity, the authors use the method of regression analysis and correlation coefficient. The correlation analysis method is used to see the close relationship between two variables, namely the dependent variable or dependent variable (Y) and the independent variable or independent variable (X). The dependent variable in this study is work productivity and the independent variable is employee training. The results of this study indicate that employee training has an effect of 49.3497% on employee work productivity and the rest is influenced by other factors. Based on the results of the data processing, it can be concluded that employee training has a major impact on increasing employee productivity.

The result is that all variables meet the criteria for the classical assumption test. The results of this study indicate that (1) There is a positive and significant effect of competence on audit quality at KAP in South Jakarta. This is indicated by the value of t arithmetic 4.058 > t table 1.996, the value of Sig. for the influence of Auditor Competency of 0.000 <0.05, the coefficient of the influence of Competence (X1) on Audit Quality (Y) is 0.288. (2) There is a positive and significant effect of auditor ethics on audit quality at KAP in South Jakarta. This is indicated by the t arithmetic value of 3.965 > t table of 1.996, the value of Sig. for the effect of Auditor Ethics (X2) on Audit Quality (Y) is 0.000 < 0.05, the coefficient value of the influence of Auditor Ethics on Audit Quality is 0.327. (3) There is a positive and significant effect jointly on the competence and ethics of auditors on audit quality at KAP in South Jakarta. This is evidenced by the calculated F value of 13.292 which means it is greater than F table 3.13 and the Sig value. (Significance) of 0.000 > (less than) 0.05. The value of the coefficient of determination is known. The R value is ,697, if it is presented as 69.7%, it shows the magnitude of the significant influence value, and the remaining 30.3% is influenced by other variables outside of this study.
