Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan di PT. PDAM Tirtanadi yang bergerak di bidang perusahaan daerah air minum. Studi ini dilakukan untuk mengamati dan mengevaluasi pengaruh motivasi, pelatihan, dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT PDAM TIRTANADI. Observasi ini memakai kuantitatif, dan deskriptif kuantitatif. Populasi ini ialah 91 karyawan yang bekerja di PT PDAM Tirtanadi. Untuk mengukur jumlah sampel menggunakan rumus Slovin dengan teknik simple random sampling yaitu sebesar 121 responden dan 30 responden di luar dari sampel untuk pengujian reliabilitas dan validitas. Metode analisis data yang dipakai ialah analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil analisisi menunjukkan baik secara simultan ataupun secara parsial motivasi, pelatihan, serta disiplin kerja berdampak positif serta relevan kepada kinerja karyawan bagi PT. PDAM Tirtanadi. Menurut uji koefisien determinasi dapat dilihat besarnya pengaruh variabel yang diteliti adalah 39.1% serta selebihnya berdampak dengan variabel lain yang bukan diteliti yaitu sebesar 60.9%.

Abstract

Community service is carried out in Sekip Village, Lubuk Pakam District, Deli Serdang Regency with the goals and targets to be achieved, namely housewives can utilize local food ingredients, namely pumpkin (Cucurbita Moschata) to be processed into products that have added value, so that later it can become an economic resource, and can improve the economy. The service is carried out for 1 day in two stages. The first stage is to provide counseling about the value and benefits of pumpkin for health, and the use of pumpkin to be the basic ingredient for making jelly. The second stage is to provide jelly making training. The benefits that can be taken from this activity are increasing public awareness and ability to use pumpkin as an ingredient for making jelly and being able to foster entrepreneurial motivation, especially for the people of Sekip Village.

Abstract

This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of Price Quality, Promotion and Location on Purchasing Decisions at PT Samera Propertindo. The research method uses quantitative. The population was 196 consumers and the sample was 137 consumers. The sampling technique used was random sampling. The results of the calculation of hypothesis testing partially and simultaneously Price, Promotion and Location simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on Purchasing Decisions at PT Samera Propertindo..

Abstract

The research was conducted at PT Calista Beauty Clinic Medan. The research objective was to test and analyze the influence of Customer Satisfaction, Product Quality and Promotion Strategy on Study Consumer Loyalty at PT Calista Beauty Clinic Medan's Consumers. Consumer loyalty has decreased due to decreased customer satisfaction, product quality and less than optimal promotion strategies. The research method uses quantitative. The population in this study amounted to 198 consumers and the research sample amounted to 132 consumers. The sampling technique used was random sampling. Hypothesis testing partially and simultaneously Customer Satisfaction, Product Quality and Promotion Strategy had a positive and significant effect on Study Consumer Loyalty at PT Calista Beauty Clinic Medan's Consumers.

Abstract

The success of the company in order to survive and win the current business competition is the support of the loyalty of consumers who continuously use the company's products for their daily needs. In order to optimally encourage and increase consumer loyalty, consistent efforts are needed from all employees by improving communication skills when marketing products, providing optimal satisfaction in accordance with consumer expectations and desires and conducting advertisements with the right media and at the right time. For this reason, the research is intended to examine and determine the effect of marketing communication, satisfaction and advertising partially and simultaneously on consumer loyalty. The research uses quantitative, the population is prudential customers who have used the product as many as 1,250 people and sampling with the Slovin formula so that the number of samples is 93 respondents. The analysis technique used is data quality test, F test, t test, classical assumptions and hypotheses and multiple linear regression. The test results show that partially marketing communication has a significant effect on loyalty, satisfaction and advertising has no significant effect on loyalty. Simultaneously, marketing communications, satisfaction and advertising have a significant effect on consumer loyalty. The ability of consumer loyalty can be explained by marketing communications, satisfaction and advertising by 45.1% and the remaining 54.9% is explained by other variables outside the scope of this study. Marketing communication, satisfaction and advertising have a strong enough correlation to loyalty.

Abstract

In this era the number of cooperatives that exist in the community, enables cooperatives to compete and survive in the midst of the many types of businesses that stand and are similar to cooperatives. Therefore, the cooperative's superiors and employees must be able to form an organization in which there is a team that is able to work together without feeling each other down. Therefore, the efforts made in improving and creating a comfortable work environment for employees is to provide comfort to employees without any pressure on employees who are comfortable with a work environment and a strong organizational culture within the company. In addition, employees must also be able to become a good organization for the community so that every customer gets good service from the organization. In addition, cooperatives also work as savings and loans provided for the community, this can help people to carry out savings and loan transactions who want to start a business or who already have their own business.

Jumlah responden berjumlah 67 karyawan kemudian teknik sampling yang digunakan adalah sensus, Pengambilan data mengunakan kuesioner, wawancara serta studi dokumentasi. Abstract

This community service activity aims to provide training on entrepreneurship in terms of seeing business opportunities that exist in beekeeping, especially honey beekeeping in the hope of helping the welfare of the new village community by opening innovative and useful businesses. By using the method of observation, outreach and implementation of activities. The result of this activity was that the participants received training and an understanding of beekeeping which has many benefits, one of which is not only as a therapeutic medium but also has the potential to generate promising business opportunities so that 16 out of 25 participants felt interested in running this business.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the Performance Improvement Strategy to Increase Employee Productivity at PTPN IV Berangir Plantation Business Unit. The type of research used is primary data. Our primary data are in the form of questionnaires and documentation on PTPN 4 Per.Berangin Rantau Prapat. This data collection is done by distributing questionnaires to respondents. This questionnaire was distributed to 33 respondents. This sampling technique used purposive sampling technique with the analytical tools used were Multiple Regression, T test, F test and the Coefficient of Determination of Hypothesis (R2). Classical Assumption Test is also used in this study, namely: Normality Test, Multicollinearity Test, Jji Heteroscedasticity. The results of this study indicate that the Performance Improvement Strategy to Increase Employee Productivity at PTPN IV Berangir Plantation Business Unit. Based on the coefficient of determination test, it can be seen that the remaining 1.4% is influenced by other variables not examined, namely 98.6%.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat bagaimana hubungan antara variabel baik secara individual atau pun bersamaan. Observasi penelitian ini mempergunakan purposive sampling dengan pengujian uji parsial (Uji T), uji simultan (Uji F), uji asumsi klasik, dan uji Adjusted R square. Hasil pengujian untuk observasi ini adalah (1) Hasil uji hipotesis secara parsial dimana lingkungan tenaga kerja thitung > ttabel yaitu 2,212 > 1,528 serta signifikannya 0,032 < 0,05 maka H0 diterima dan Ha ditolak itu menyatakan lingungan kerja berdampak positif serta signifikan mempengaruhi kinerja karyawan (2) Hasil uji hipotesis secara parsial dimana stress kerja yaitu 2,078 > 1,528 serta signifikannya 0,038 < 0,05 maka H0 diterima dan Ha ditolak itu menyatakan lingungan kerja berdampak positif serta signifikan mempengaruhi kinerja karyawan. ( 3)Hasil uji hipotesis secara parsial budaya kerja dimana thitung > ttabel yaitu 2.059 > 1,528 serta signifikannya 0,043 < 0,05 maka H0 diterima dan Ha ditolak itu menyatakan lingkungan kerja berdampak positif serta signifikan mempengaruhi kinerja karyawan. Dengan hasil ajuster R square yaitu 0,048. Sehingga lingkungan kerja,stress kerja dan budaya kerja menyatakan kinerja karyawan 48,0% dan 52,0 % dijelaskan pada variabel yang lain.
