Abstract

The increasing population of the Indonesian people and the economic crisis that occurred also had an impact on the reduction of available job opportunities. Even several large companies in the capital have downsized the number of workers in their companies. This of course will cause a new problem for this country, namely the increase in the number of unemployed. To avoid this kind of thing, many Indonesian people decide to open a business either only for side income or as a main source of income. Various kinds of business fields are developing in Indonesia, such as property business, event organizer business, tour and travel business. Based on the identification of the problems that have been raised, the formulation of the problem can be formulated as follows: Is there a partial effect of Price, Location, and Product Quality on the Purchase Decision of Nippon Paint Paint Products. Is there any effect of Price, Location, and Product Quality Simultaneously on the Purchase Decision of Nippon Paint Paint Products? Which variable dominantly influences the Purchase Decision of Nippon Paint Paint Products. Based on the results of the t-test of Variable X1 (Price), showing Variable X2 (Location) Variable X3 (Product Quality) the value indicates that it has a significant effect on purchasing decisions. The direction of the positive regression coefficient means that it has a partial effect on the purchasing decisions of the people of Siwalanrejo village, Lamongan. Based on the results of the F test (simultaneously) with the value of Fcount > Ftable, the variables Price (X1), Location (X2), and Product Quality (X3) have a simultaneous effect on purchasing decisions of the people of Siwalanrejo Village, Lamongan. The results of the coefficient of determination test can be seen that the coefficient of determination (adjusted R2) obtained is 0.684. This means that 68.4% of customer loyalty can be explained by price, location, and product quality variables, the remaining 32.6% purchasing decisions are influenced by other variables not examined in this study.

Abstract

This study is to analyze and understand how the procedure for providing Home Ownership Credit is carried out by the Bank Tabungan Negara, Depok Branch. The technique of collecting data is done by means of interviews, observations, documentation and from various other sources. This type of research is descriptive with a quantitative approach. The research was conducted at PT. Bank Tabungan Negara (Persero), Tbk. Depok branch. The data obtained are primary data, namely data obtained or collected directly based on the results of observations and interviews at PT. Bank Tabungan Negara (Persero), Tbk. Depok branch regarding the procedure for providing home ownership credit. Secondary data, namely data that has been available and processed to be used as a reference for research carried out such as the company's organizational structure. The data is obtained from books, information on the official website and brochures of the Bank Tabungan Negara. The steps of the analysis process in this study are, first, get the data needed from PT. Bank Tabungan Negara (Persero), Tbk. Depok branch. Second: Discuss and analyze these data, view and analyze the Procedure for Providing Housing Loans (KPR) at PT. Bank Tabungan Negara (Persero), Tbk. Depok branch. Third, the author draws conclusions on the discussion that has been done in the previous stage. Make conclusions, and provide suggestions if something is found that needs improvement. Based on the data analysis, it is concluded that the procedure for granting home ownership credit at PT. Bank Tabungan Negara (Persero), Tbk. The Depok branch is in accordance with the theory put forward by Kasmir (2012: 100). In calculating mortgage interest at PT. Bank Tabungan Negara (Persero), Tbk. Depok branch.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of training on work productivity at PT Aryan Indonesia. Training is the independent variable (X) and productivity is the dependent variable (Y). This study conducted a survey of employees with a population of 150 people and a sample of 80 people who were registered as employee training participants. The data that has been collected was analyzed by quantitative methods. To obtain the test results of the relationship between training and productivity, the authors use the method of regression analysis and correlation coefficient. The correlation analysis method is used to see the close relationship between two variables, namely the dependent variable or dependent variable (Y) and the independent variable or independent variable (X). The dependent variable in this study is work productivity and the independent variable is employee training. The results of this study indicate that employee training has an effect of 49.3497% on employee work productivity and the rest is influenced by other factors. Based on the results of the data processing, it can be concluded that employee training has a major impact on increasing employee productivity.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the low performance of employees. This study aims to determine and analyze the influence of organizational culture and training on employee performance in the VUCA era. The research method used in this research is descriptive method with a quantitative approach. The sample in this study were 100 employees using random sampling technique. Data collection uses a questionnaire distributed via google form. The instruments used have been tested for validity and reliability. The collected data were analyzed using the classical assumption test and multiple linear regression using excel and SPSS. The results of this study indicate that 1) organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on employee performance in the VUCA era, 2) training has a positive and significant effect on employee performance in the VUCA era, and 3) organizational culture and training has a positive and significant effect on employee performance in the VUCA era. The findings of this study indicate that if companies want to improve employee performance in the VUCA era, companies must improve good organizational culture and provide training to employees.

Abstract

Kinerja karyawan merupakan hasil kerja yang dicapai seseorang ketika menyelesaikan tugas yang dilimpahkan kepadanya dan bergantung pada keterampilan, pengalaman, keseriusan, dan waktu. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh etika kerja dan budaya organisasi terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan kepuasan kerja sebagai moderasi. Analisis saat ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Metodologi pengumpulan data yang digunakan melibatkan pengiriman kuesioner yang telah menerima sekitar 160 tanggapan responden. Dalam penelitian ini, partisipan yang paling umum adalah pekerja di kantor yang tersebar di Indonesia, dan metode analisisnya menggunakan software Smart PLS. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa etika kerja dan budaya organisasi berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan, dan kepuasan kerja sebagai moderasi mampu memoderasi etika kerja dan budaya organisasi terhadap kinerja karyawan.
