Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh komunikasi kerja, stres kerja, dan kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. Star Media Internusa Medan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah adalah pendekatan kuantitatif dengan populasi yang digunakan ialah seluruh karyawan PT. Star Media Internusa Medan yang berjumlah 127 orang yang terdiri dari karyawan tetap dan kontrak. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis statistik deskriptif. Hasil penelitian secara parsial menunjukkan bahwa komunikasi kerja, stres kerja, dan kepuasan kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Star Media Internusa Medan, secara simultan menunjukkan bahwa komunikasi kerja, stres kerja dan kepuasan kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Star Media Internusa Medan. Nilai koefisien determinasi sebesar 21,9%, dan sisanya sebesar 78,1% dijelaskan oleh variabel variabel independen yang tidak diteliti.

Abstract

This study aims to find out how the influence of apprenticeship programs and life skills training partially or simultaneously influences the growth of new entrepreneurs. This research was carried out in the city of Medan with a total sample of 100 community members who had been nurtured through apprenticeship programs and life skills training organized by the North Sumatra UMKM Center. This research is a quantitative descriptive study with MPDEL multiple linear regression analysis. The data used in this study are primary data obtained through questionnaires. The results show that all indicators of apprenticeship program variables, life skills training, and new entrepreneurial growth are valid and reliable so that they are worthy of being used for sample testing. The results of the sample test show that partially apprenticeship and Life Skills Training influence the growth of new entrepreneurs. Simultaneously there is the influence of apprenticeship and life skills training on the growth of new entrepreneurs.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimanakan pengaruh program pemagangan dan pelatihan kecakapan hidup secara parsial maupun simultan berpengaruh terhadap penumbuhan wirausaha baru. Penelitian ini laksanakan di kota Medan dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 100 orang warga masyarakat yang telah dibina melalui program pemagangan dan pelatihan kecakapan hidup yang diselenggarakan oleh UMKM Center Sumatera Utara. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kuantitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Data yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah data primer. Teknik pengumpulan data penelitian adalah teknik angket dan wawancara. Kuesioner yang dikembangkan terlebih dahulu diuji validitas dan reliabilitasnya, kemudian disebar kepada sampel. Model analisis data penelitian adalah model regresi linier berganda. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa semua indicator ukur variabel program pemagangan, pelatihan kecakapan hidup, dan penumbuhan wirausaha baru valid dan reliable sehingga layak digunakan untuk uji sampel. Hasil uji sampel menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial pemagangan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap penumbuhan wirausaha baru, dan Pelatihan kecakapan hidup berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap penumbuhan wirausaha baru. Secara simultan pemagangan dan pelatihan kecakapan hidup memiliki pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan terhadap penumbuhan wirausaha baru.

Abstract

Di era globalisasi saat ini, teknologi semakin maju, tidak bisa dipungkiri kehadiran internet semakin dibutuhkan dalam kehidupan sehari-hari. Media sosial memegang peranan penting dalam kehidupan seseorang. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh modal, media sosial, dan pelatihan terhadap produktivitas UKM Mitra Binaan PT. Perkebunan Nusantara III Kota Medan. Tingkat produktivitas UKM disebabkan oleh kurangnya modal, media sosial, dan pelatihan. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif. Populasi penelitian ini adalah 677 dan sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 87 dengan menggunakan rumus Slovin dengan nilai toleransi 10%. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan instrumen berupa angket. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Uji Regresi Linier Berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial modal, media sosial dan pelatihan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap produktivitas UKM mitra binaan PN III. Secara simultan permodalan, media sosial dan pelatihan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap produktivitas UKM mitra binaan PN III. Dengan demikian, implementasinya diasumsikan memiliki hubungan atau keterkaitan dengan produktivitas UKM. Permodalan, media sosial dan pelatihan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap produktivitas UKM binaan PN III Kota Medan.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the decline in employee performance at PT Samudera Raya Berjaya. HR plays an important role in achieving the goals of an organization or company. Therefore, human resources are required to be professional and efficient in facing the challenges and opportunities that exist. In this case the organization or company must pay attention to the motivation, communication and work environment of each employee. Motivation shows the encouragement or enthusiasm given by superiors to support employee performance. In addition, communication must be good and good between fellow employees and superiors so that they can get good performance and finally, a bad work environment can also affect employee discomfort in working so that causing decreased employee performance. The validity test is used with a population of 100 people and 30 people from companies engaged in the same industry. The method used is quantitative with quantitative descriptive research, using interviews, distributing questionnaires and documentation study. Multiple liner regression, coefficient of determination and simultaneous testing will be used in the analysis method. (Test - F) Fcount (174.204)> Ftable (2.70) and partially (Test - t) tcount | 3,415 | > ttable | 1.98 |, tcount | 6,191 | > ttable | 1.98 |, tcount | 4,433 | > ttable | 1.98 |. It can be concluded that motivation, communication, and work environment simultaneously and partially have a positive effect on employee performance.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to examine how the influence of the work environment, education and compensation on the performance of employees of PT. Sumo Internusa Indonesia. The decline in the level of employee performance is due to the work environment, education and compensation that are not appropriate. The population and sample in this study amounted to 62 employees. The research method uses multiple linear regression analysis techniques. The results of partial hypothesis testing obtained tstatistic > ttable or 2,157 > 2,001 and significant obtained 0,015 < 0,05, tstatistic > ttable or 3,163 > 2,001 and significant obtained 0,001 < 0,05, tstatistic > ttable or 4,852 > 2,001 and significant obtained 0.000 <0.05. The calculated F value (21.712) > F table (2.76) and the significance probability is 0.000 < 0.05. The conclusion in this study shows that partially the work environment, education and compensation have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. and simultaneously the work environment, education and compensation have a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT. Sumo Internusa Indonesia.

Abstract

Objective study This test influence Education, communication, And Leadership to Performance Employee PT Shopee In Jakarta South, Good in a manner Partial nor simultaneous. This research studies descriptive quantitative. The population of this research is PT Shopee employees in South Jakarta number 1,600 people. Sample this research obtained by 94 people with the formula Slovin and the sampling technique is the technique simple random sampling. Method statistics used is analysis sis multiple linear regression. Results calculation testing in a manner Partial obtained mark t count 3.058 > t table 1.98638 and value significant of 0.003 <0.05, value t count 2.689 > t table 1.98638 and value significant as big 0.009 < 0.05, value t count 5.820 > t table 1.98638 and value significant of 0.001 <0.05. Results calculation testing in a manner simultaneous obtained mark F count 113.436 > F table 2.71 and value significant 0.000 <0.05. The magnitude coefficient determination of 78.4% and the remaining 21.6% are explained by other variables that have not been examined in this study such as motivation, environment work, and compensation. The conclusion of this research is in a manner simultaneous and partial Education, Communication, and influence influential significant on Performance Employee PT. Shopee In South Jakarta.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh kredit mikro, gadai emas, dan gadai kendaraan bermotor terhadap produktivitas usaha UMKM Pt Pegadaian Cabang Pringgan baik secara parsial maupun simultan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif, teknik analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah teknik analisis linier berganda. Secara parsial hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kredit mikro, gadai emas, gadai kendaraan bermotor berpengaruh terhadap produktivitas UMKM di PT. Pegadaian cabang Pringgan. Secara simultan terdapat pengaruh kredit mikro, gadai emas dan gadai kendaraan bermotor terhadap produktivitas UMKM di Pegadaian Peringgan. Koefisien determinasi (R square) yang diperoleh dari perhitungan sebesar 0,439 yang menunjukkan bahwa variabel kredit mikro, gadai emas, dan gadai kendaraan bermotor mampu menjelaskan 43,9 persen variabel produktivitas UMKM, sedangkan sisanya sebesar 56,1 persen dijelaskan oleh variabel lain.tidak didukung oleh penelitian.

Abstract

This study was conducted at Pt Pegadaian Pringgan Branch. The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of the pandemic, restructuring and collateral loans on the satisfaction of microentrepreneurs at PT. Pringgan Branch Pawnshop. The approach in this study is a quantitative approach. This type of research is a quantitative descriptive research. The population was 250 personnel employees and the sample was 71 personnel employees. Sampling technique Using Simple Random Samplin. Data collection using questionnaires, interviews and documentation. Data analysis techniques using multiple linear regression análisis. The conclusion of this study states that the pandemic has a significant effect on the satisfaction of micro entrepreneurs fostered by PT Pegadaian where the Sig value is < 0.05. Restructuring significantly affect the satisfaction of micro entrepreneurs fostered by PT Pegadaian where the value of GIS <0.05. Collateral loans have a significant effect on the satisfaction of micro entrepreneurs fostered by PT Pegadaian where the Sig value is < 0.05. Simultaneously with the pandemic, restructuring and collateral loans had a significant effect on the satisfaction of microentrepreneurs fostered by PT Pegadaian, where the Sig value was < 0.05. Adjusted value of RSquare is 0.733 or 73.30%, meaning that the research variables contribute greatly in explaining the satisfaction of micro entrepreneurs fostered by Pt Pegadaian at 73.30% while the remaining 26.70% is influenced by other factors outside this study. Abstract

The research objectives were to test and analyze the effect of price and quality of service on customers’ satisfaction at PT. Telkom (Plasa Telkom Branch Medan). The researcher conducted the research at PT. Telkom (Plasa Telkom Branch Medan) in Medan, North Sumatra. The researcher planned research activities in April 2019 - September 2019. The approach of this research was quantitative research. The type of research was quantitative descriptive research. The nature of this research was explanatory descriptive research. The population in this study was some customers at PT. Telkom (Plasa Telkom Branch Medan), as many as 5219 customers. The population in this study was some customers who made purchases at PT. Telkom (Plasa Telkom Branch Medan) as many as 5219 customers. In testing the validity and reliability, the researcher used as many as 30 customers and the rest 98 customers as sample test. The regression model was used to test the hypothesis. First the model was tested in the classical assumption. The classical assumption tests used included: normality test, multicollinearity test and heteroscedestity test. The data analysis model used was multiple regression analysis. The results of the study as well as the conclusions of the study were the prices of 5.936 with a significant value of 0.003 partially had significant effect on customers’ satisfaction at PT. Telkom (Plasa Telkom Branch Medan). Service Quality was 2.201 with a significant value of 0.030 partially had significant effect on customers’ satisfaction at PT. Telkom (Plasa Telkom Branch Medan).

Abstract

This study aimed at studying and analyzing the price and quality of service to customer satisfaction at PT. Indonesian Fast Food Medan. The phenomena at PT. Indonesian Fast Food Medan were the product prices fixed was more expensive compared to its competitors, the quality of the company's services was not good and could not satisfy consumers. The research method used was quantitative. The type of research was quantitative descriptive and the nature of this research was descriptive explanatory. The method of data collection was done by interviews and questionnaires. The analytical method used was multiple linear regression analysis. The population in this study were consumers who bought products at PT. Indonesian Fast Food Medan from January to December 2018. The sampling technique in this study used simple random sampling, so the sample was taken using one hundred (100) people. The results of the study showed that the price and quality of service were significant for consumer satisfaction at PT. Fastfood Indonesia Medan. From the results of the analysis of the factors that influenced customer satisfaction, it could be seen that between the two variables analyzed, the most dominant influence on customer satisfaction was the quality of service variable. This was proved by the results of the calculation of each variable (t test) in which the t test was t test on service quality variables. The conclusions in this study were the service quality variable rejected H0 and accepted H1. Thus, partially showed that prices and service quality were satisfyingly ans significantly positive to customer satisfaction of PT. Indonesian Fast Food Medan. Simultaneously the price variable and service quality variable were satisfyingly and significantly positive to the customer satisfaction of PT. Indonesian Fast Food Medan.
