Abstract

Language is the basic skills are needed for real communication among people. Vocabulary and listening is one of the problems confronted by English language learners . SMKS Kesehatan Keluarga Bunda Jambi is one of Islamic boarding school that have problem in English lesson. The students have low motivation for study English, especially in vocabulary and listening. Based on explanation above, it is interested to conduct the research with entitled “The Correlation Between Students’ Vocabulary Mastery and Listening Achievement at 10th A Grade of SMKS Keluarga Bunda Jambi. Research design was use correlation research design with quantitative method. The population of the research was all students of 10th grade students’ at SMKS Kesehatan Keluarga Bunda Jambi, Academic Year 2021. The sample in this research was 26 students from Nursing Class and Pharmacy Class. There is no significant correlation of students’ vocabulary mastery and listening achievement at 10th A grade students of SMKS Keluarga Bunda Jambi, Academic Year 2021. It can be proved with the result is 0.670. The correlation is positive and can be categorized as substantial correlation.

Abstract

Audit Planning and Determination of Materiality is an important component in the implementation of the Audit of Financial Statements. To give a proper opinion that the financial statements are free from the risk of material misstatement, the auditor needs to make a good audit plan and provide a level of materiality in the financial statements. Materiality requires professional judgment with reference to the size or nature of misstatements, which are expected to influence the decisions of users of financial statements. This internship report is to be able to find out how the auditors at KAP BS and Partners determine the audit plan and determine the level of materiality, in the early stages of audit planning. The result of the internship is that the financial statement audit planning is in accordance with audit standard number 300 regarding planning an audit of financial statements, audit standard number 315 regarding the identification and assessment of material misstatements through an understanding of the entity and its environment as well as audit standard number 210 and in accordance with standards audit number 320 which regulates materiality in the planning and implementation stages of the audit.

Abstract

The digital age makes all parties deal with delivery services, both e-commerce, and consumers. Not a few confused consumers choose a delivery service that is able to fulfill their desires. The purpose of this research is how to choose a delivery service using the selected criteria. The method used is The Hierarchical Analysis Process where this method can help determine the order of criteria used. Based on the results of the study, the order of criteria used by consumers is the time of collection and delivery of goods amounting to -1,646 stopover time -1,607 handling of loss and damage of goods -1,632 billing system -1,722 and accuracy of information of -1,543, where the results show JNE with a final conclusion rate of 0,392 then SICEPAT 0,342 and the last J&T which is 0,290.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of work culture, work discipline, and motivation on employee performance at PT. DHL Supplychain Indonesia. The population and samples used in this study amounted to 70 respondents. The data collection method used a questionnaire distributed through google form. Hypothesis testing in this study using SPSS analysis tools by conducting validity tests, reliability tests, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression, coefficient of determination (R²) test, f test, and T test. The results of the study explain that work culture has an effect on employee performance, work discipline affects employee performance, and work motivation does not affect employee performance.

Abstract

Productivity in organizations is basically centered on human resources owned by an organization. Given that human resources are important, attention, direction and management of human resources must be carried out and applied within the organization in order to achieve an organizational productivity goal. Therefore, organizations need employees who are skilled at work and a good work environment in order to realize employee work productivity, besides that the discipline of individual employees is also very necessary to increase productivity whose achievements are also the goals of the company. The purpose of this study was to determine how much influence discipline, skills and work environment have on employee productivity. The research sample was 92 people and data were collected using a questionnaire questionnaire method, the data analysis technique used multiple linear regression test with the help of SPSS version 26 statistical program. The results of this study prove that discipline has a positive and insignificant effect on employee work productivity. Work skills have a positive and significant effect on employee work productivity. The work environment has a positive and significant effect on employee productivity. The conclusion of this study is that the discipline variable does not have a partial effect on work productivity, while the skills and work environment variables have a partial influence on work productivity.

Abstract

Service quality is a comparison between the service perceived by consumers and the expected service quality for the level of excellence to meet consumer desires. Price is the value of a product in exchange for other products. Promotion is a specific strategy of personal advertising, sales promotion and public relations that a company uses to achieve its advertising and marketing objectives. consumer satisfaction is an assessment that the features of the product or service itself, provide a level of fulfillment related to pleasant consumption. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of service quality, price and promotion on consumer satisfaction. The population in this study are consumers of the Wine Organizer, with 100 respondents obtained from the lemeshow formula. The data collection technique used in this study was by distributing it via google form. The data analysis method uses multiple linear regression with the help of the SPSS program. The results in this study explain that service quality affects consumer satisfaction, price affects consumer satisfaction, promotions affect consumer satisfaction.
