This research aims to make a ranking College in Aceh and its applications processing data.The College in question is 25 (twenty five) in the region XIII Kopertis Aceh province using Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) is one method that can be used to solve the problem of Fuzzy MADM. Application of decision support system (DSS) this can take account of all criteria that support decision making in order to help speed up and facilitate the decision-making process and do the rangking in particular. Based on the results of the study it can be concluded then the Fuzzy method of Multi Attribute Decision Making (FMADM) and Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) can provide information ranking College, where the final results will be calculated the value of preferences (Vi) the highest of each alternative.The highest value was made the first priority as the best college. The end result of the application of the method of College ranking in the form of the SAW with the first order at Serambi Mekkah of University with the value of 0.89 and a low of STMIK Abulyatama value of 0.38.

This research is intended to make a coding technique with a function similar to a plagiarism detector similar_text as text. By using the text function is similar, this research resulted in a detection of the document against the 10 (ten) of selected journal with, the document is the document with extension doc, docx, pdf, and txt. The document will be converted into html form and would henceforth be done making the string with the marker dots (.) And the comma (,) will be fetched a new string. By specifying a percentage string similarity of 90% then produced a text, in this case plagiarism is detected journal journal 1 with string similarity percentage of 48%. The use of similar texts can be classified as coding techniques for detection of plagiarism on its anti plagiarism detection applications.

Detection system temperature needed in the process of fermentation Acetobacter xylinum. Many food products produced from of fermentation this bacteria. Acetobacter xylinum need temperature fermentation between 28oC-32oCto growing good. To able for controlling temperature on fermentation Acetobacter xylinum, made a temperature design controller using Arduino Uno microcontroller and gauges the temperature of DS18B20 sensors. Election DS18B20 sensors because it had higher at 0,5 oC accuracy. The research covered structural testing component, testing functional and validation component. Data is the decimal form of signals delivered by a temperature on Arduino Uno microcontroller as the brain and processors. From test validation obtained prosesntase error for resistance (R) DS18B20 sensors for temperature 0oC-100oC of 0,96%. The testing Resistance (R) DS18B20 sensors for temperature 25oC-35oC of 1,12%. The measurement of temperature 25oC-35oC before calibration have prosentase error 9,65% and after calibration 0,70%. The prosentase error is still in a normal limits instrument temperature controller, so this instrument can be used as a control in the process of fermentation acetobacter xylinum.

This research aims to make a sort 104 University in Region XIII Kopertis Aceh Province with the method Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution (TOPSIS) against the ratio of lecturers and students. TOPSIS is one method that can be used to solve the problem of Fuzzy MADM. This research takes into account all thecriteria that support decision making in order to help speed up and facilitate the decision-making process and do a minimal quantity of perangkingan especially the lecturer at a college. Based on research results, calculation of TOPSIS begins with forming a decision matrix is normalized, then continued with a decision matrix weighting normalization. The step is done to determine the ideal solution matrix of positive and negative solution is ideal. The last stages of the method is to calculate the value of the preference of each alternative (Vi) in order to get the final results, the most high value Vi shows the best alternative. Based on the end result then sorted 25 Colleges(PTS) is Locality Kopertis XIII Aceh at its best.

Technology nowadays is starting to go very fast, so that all people can use it. Toxic plants are very dangerous if consumed. Therefore to avoid undesirable events, an introduction to the community is needed to find out which plants are poisonous. Plants have many different types to recognize poisonous plants can be seen from the recognition of leaf patterns in these plants. For this reason, in order to determine the use of Learning Vector Quantification artificial neural networks. In this study, the use of input photos obtained from the camera. Photos will be processed later to extract the characteristics. Next, the process of pattern recognition can get the features in the photo. So that later it gets its characteristics. then the classification process uses the Learning Vector Quantification artificial neural network method. This research was conducted to be able to distinguish poisonous plants from those that are not. Which later the data is collected for grouping in accordance with the same data, so that information can be set about the plant.

Cloud-based academic information system at Academy of Pharmacy Mandiri Banda Aceh is an application system used to do processing of academic data at Academy of Pharmacy Mandiri Banda Aceh with the use of cloud computing services as an academic information system infrastructure. The problem discussed is how to make information system in giving fast and correct report at Mandiri Banda Aceh Pharmacy Academy. The purpose of this study is to analyze the needs of Academic data information at the Academy of Pharmacy Mandiri Banda Aceh, because during this processing of data lectures are still using office applications and not use cloud technology, so the resulting information is ineffective and takes a very long time and cause effects data inaccuracies. During the execution of the last task carried out assessment of the problem and the basic theory of lecture data so that the system needs specifications to solve the problem by the basic theory that has been studied. Furthermore, an information system design is done, including system development method used to build an information system covering the steps of analysis, design, and implementation. From the discussion that the author did, in get the conclusion that the data processing can be developed further by utilizing Lazarus IDE and cloud technology.

Open Journal Systems (OJS) is a web-based content management system specifically designed to handle the entire process of scientific publication management. The Ministry of Research, Technology and Higher Education also develops its own index, namely SINTA (Science and Technology Index) which is expected to not only refer to the journal index Scopus. The relationship between Access Indexing and OJS is inseparable where the OJS is a facility in managing journal publications and Access Indexing is a feature to disseminate journal articles to journal searches. This study tries to build an Access Open Journal Systems (AOJS) model that can be used as a form of publication and publishing management on international indexing. The application allows updating of data/content and sharing from various online journal sources. Access Open Journal Systems (AOJS) can enable end-user users, and still refer to international publishing management standards. It is expected that Access Open Journal Systems (AOJS) can increase publication and management of publishing electronically and be fully implemented by authors, publishers, and partners of reviewers. The Access Open Journal Systems (AOJS) application will take the Open Knowledge Systems (OJS) Public Knowledge Project (PKP) model, with the reason that the Open Journal Systems (OJS) is one of the most widely used OJS and is a recommendation from the Ministry of Research and Technology with PDII LIPI in obtaining National Journal Accreditation (ARJUNA) and facilitates researchers to see, adapt, and modify for the purposes of this study. Broadly speaking this research is divided into three stages, namely pre-development data collection, development and implementation, and post-development data collection. Specifically, the output to be achieved Prototype as technology engineering: This research will produce a prototype Open source Access Open Journal Systems (AOJS) software, which can be used by journal publishing managers and to support content publication. The results of this study are an open source software called Open source Access Open Journal Systems (AOJS) and developed with framework CodeIgniter and React-Js.

Educational institutions such as AMIK Indonesia and STMIK Indonesia often require a form of the decision in determining academic judgment on the elements of tri dharma; teaching, research, community service and supporting elements that are appropriate for academics so that good quality education is achieved in accordance with the assessment. A decision is a matter that is very influential in the process of facing the chosen alternative, so also choosing the academic quality that has an impact on the focus of accreditation of higher education institutions. The model used in this decision support system is Fuzzy Mutual Attribute Decision Making (FMADM) and the method used is Simple Additive Weighting (SAW), which is looking for weighted sums of performance ratings on each alternative on all attributes. The purpose of this study is to design a system of academic judgment decision support with Fuzzy Mutual Attribute Decision Making (FMADM) systems with Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) Method, to obtain more accurate results in an academic assessment of AMIK Indonesia and STMIK Indonesian tri dharma elements so that they can improve the quality of universities. Broadly speaking, this study uses data collection methods through literature studies, interviews and direct observation to AMIK Indonesia and STMIK Indonesia Banda Aceh. While the research design uses experimental because it produces a product that is a decision support system. The method used to support this research is the FMADM method using the SAW method calculation. Supporting applications that will be created with the author using web-based programming languages such as; HTML, CSS, Jquery, JSON and MySQL databases with Windows operating systems. On running analysis and system design that will be created the author is described by Microsoft Visio 2016. The method used to evaluate the system is the black box method where the black box testing focuses on system functions.

In line with the development of e-marketing, a new system emerged in the world of marketing and internet-based business called crowdsourcing. The workings of crowdsourcing sites are almost the same as sales terms where this site allows anyone and from anywhere to offer services and promote services on this site, where each member (member) of these sites is an online freelancer. At present, many promotional sites for freelancers have been provided by several communities and individuals who aim to offer goods and services for freelancers online and each service used is charged by freelancers when work is taken on the site. Based on the observations and experience of the author that many are building projects and digital product marketplaces in Indonesia and the World such as; Projects.co.id, Freelancer.com, Upwork, Guru, Elance, Sribulancer, Sribu. However, members who get services from these sites will be charged by the site owner for their services. This study tries to build a project model and digital product marketplace for students that can be used as a form of marketing student services for service enthusiasts. This model will later build an application that enables the marketing of student services to be complex and foster a spirit of entrepreneurship for students who are creative and innovative. The purpose of this study is to analyze the innovation model of the marketing system for freelancers' services and to build a project and digital product marketplace container as a media for promoting IT services for AMIK Indonesia students. Broadly speaking this research is divided into three stages, namely pre-development data collection, development and implementation, and post-development data collection.

The e-questionnaire application that researchers built using CodeIgniter and React-Js This study aims to data mining by using rapidminer tools to collect student data from the Feeder application page from the class of 2010-2014 which is assumed that the student class has been declared graduated in 2018. The data was collected from 5 (five) Private Universities in the City Banda Aceh. then by observing the graduation level using data mining can bring a considerable contribution to educational institutions, in an effort to improve curriculum competency in Higher Education, it is expected that the results of data mining can make reference to curriculum standards as a form of graduate competency improvement. The research method uses the Cross-Industry Standard Process for Data Mining (CRISP-DM) which is used as a standard data mining process as well as a research method with stages starting from Business understanding, data understanding, data preparation, modeling, evaluation, and deployment. The results showed that the data mining algorithm for graduation prediction based on the selected pass accuracy attribute revealed that the prediction level was uniform with the algorithm used, Naïve Bayes, prediction accuracy was 84%. The data attributes that were found to have significantly influenced the classification process were the GPA and Study Length. The results obtained that students who graduated by 60% are students who are educated in ASM Nusantara and AMIK Indonesia, while in Banda Aceh STIES and Serambi University Mecca the prediction of graduation is 52%. Another thing is different from STIA Iskandar Thani where the prediction of graduating is only 48% and not passing on time is 52%. The results of this prediction can reveal and become a recommendation for prospective students or academics to increase the quantity of graduates and increase student confidence in tertiary institutions.
