Abstract

The purpose of this study is to identify the constraints and problems faced by teachers in junior high school mathematics learning. The subjects in this study were mathematics teachers from ten junior high school level in Pidie Jaya district, amounting to 15 people with purposive sampling. This type of research is descriptive qualitative. The research data was obtained from the results of MGMP activities (Subject Teacher Consultation) with two categories, namely material that was difficult to teach, and a difficult learning process for certain material. The results of the study show that some material that is difficult to teach is the sequence and series, congruence, statistics, algebra (rank in roots), geometry, opportunities, and equations and linear inequalities. For the learning process that is felt difficult for certain materials, namely Algebra (KPK, FPB and SPLDV), Series / pattern numbers, congruence, not actual rank, comparison, flat build, and statistics. Abstract

Drama is a form of literary work that has a part to be played by an actor, containing imitations of portraits of human life projected into a show. Playing drama is an activity to portray the characters in the story. In playing a drama, a player must be able to imagine the setting and actions of the actor and can use the voice in accordance with understanding of the feelings and thoughts of the actor. rotating roles is an active learning technique that provides opportunities for students to learn by practicing skills through characterization of characters or plays about certain situations in real life.This research is a classroom action research conducted in two cycles. Each cycle consists of four stages, namely: (1) planning, (2) implementation, (3) observation, and (4) reflection. This research was carried out collaboratively between researchers and English teachers. The subject of this study was high school level students in Pidie district and the object of this research was the students' playing skills using the rotating roles technique. Data collection is obtained through observation, field notes, practice tests playing drama, and interviews. The instruments used are field notes, observation sheets, questionnaires, and assessment sheets. Data analysis was carried out with qualitative descriptive techniques supported by quantitative data. The validity of the data is obtained through validity, namely democratic validity, results validity, process validity and dialogic validity, to achieve data reliability by presenting original data from the research results, such as field notes and interview transcripts. Abstract

Academic procrastination was one of behavior of students who defer to the task. Academic procrastination was influenced by various factors among which are the locus of control and perfectionist. This study aimed to described: (1) locus of control of students SMAN 10 Padang, (2) perfectionist of students SMAN 10 Padang, (3) academic procrastination of students SMAN 10 Padang, (4) contribution locus of control toward academic procrastination students SMAN 10 Padang, (5) contribution of perfectionist towardacademic procrastination studentsSMAN 10Padang, (6) contribution locus of control and perfectionist toward academic procrastination students SMAN 10 Padang.This study used a quantitative approach with descriptive correlational method. The population in this research were students in grade X and XI of SMAN 10 Padang many as 571 students. Samples were obtained as many 235 students with using Proportional Stratified Random Sampling technique. The instruments of this research were the Inventory and Likert scale model. The data obtained were analyzed by using simple regression, and multiple regression.The research finding were: (1) locus of control in average were at internal category, (2) perfectionist in average were atmoderate category, (3) the academic procrastination in average were at moderate category, (4) the locus of control are contribution significant to academic procrastination by 21.3%, (5) the perfectionist contribution significant to academic procrastination by 11.7%, and (6) the locus of control and perfectionist in together contribute significant to the academic procrastination by 24.5%. The implication of this research may useful input to direct the Guidance and Counseling Teacher/Counselors to provide guidance and counseling services especially for personal and of study field. Abstract

Learning mathematics is not only aimed at developing mathematical cognitive abilities, but also for developing affective domains. One important aspect in the affective domain that is very influential and determines success in learning mathematics is the positive view of students on mathematics or in mathematics learning called mathematical disposition. A student who has a high disposition will be more persistent and resilient in facing mathematical problems that are more challenging and will be more responsible for their own learning and always develop good habits in mathematics. The problem posing approach which in the learning process requires students to ask questions and make their solutions is expected to be able to change students 'views of mathematics to be more positive, while also improving students' mathematical abilities. This study aims to examine the differences in the levels of mathematical disposition of junior high school students before and after learning through the problem posing approach. The type of research is experimental research with the design of one group pre-test post-test design. The population in this study were all VII grade students of Bandar Baru 1 Junior High School, with research samples of class VII2 students selected through random sampling techniques. The instrument used to obtain the research data was a mathematical disposition scale questionnaire sheet. The statistical test used to analyze data on differences in mathematical disposition of junior high school students before and after learning through the problem posing approach is paired t-test. The results showed that there were significant differences in the level of mathematical disposition of junior high school students before and after learning through the problem posing approach. This means that students' mathematical dispositions get better after they get a problem posing learning approach. Keywords: Mathematical Disposition, Problem Posing Approach

Abstract

Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian tindakan kelas (Classroom Action Research), yaitu penelitian yang dilakukan pada sebuah kelas untuk mengetahui akibat tindakan yang diterapkan pada suatu subjek penelitian di kelas tersebut. Pada awal penelitian tindakan menjadi salah satu model penelitian yang dilakukan pada bidang pekerjaan tertentu dimana peneliti melakukan pekerjaannya, baik dibidang pendidikan, kesehatan, maupun pengelola sumber daya manusia. Salah satu contoh pekerjaan utama dalam bidang pendidikan adalah mengajar di kelas. Dengan demikian yang menjadi subjek penelitian adalah situasi di kelas, individu siswa, atau di sekolah. Dengan subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas X IPA 2 MAN 4 Pidie yang berjumlah 26 siswa. Pembatasan ruang lingkup ini bertujuan untuk memudahkan peneliti dalam mengumpulkan dan mengelola informasi dikarenakan ruang lingkupnya tidak terlalu luas, di samping itu dengan pembatasan subjek peneliti pada satu kelas, akan menghemat waktu yang peneliti gunakan. Berdasarkan hasil pegolahan data terlihat bahwa kemampuan guru dalam mengelola pembelajaran berada pada kategori sangat baik sesuai dengan perolehan nilai 3,80. Hal ini karena guru yang merupakan peneliti sudah mempersiapkan perangkat pembalajaran question student have secara cermat. Kemampuan guru melakukan perbaikan-perbaikan melalui refleksi setelah pertemuan pembelajaran berlangsung merupakan faktor penting agar dapat lebih baik pada pertemuan berikutnya. Respon yang diberikan siswa terhadap pembelajaran materi virus dengan menggunakan metode pembelajaran question student have sangat baik. Hal ini sesuai dengan hasil angket dengan nilai 83,33 % yang menyatakan bahwa senang terhadap kegiatan pembelajaran tersebut. Rasa sengang siswa terhadap pembelajaran menunjukkan bahwa pembelajaran ini menimbulkan rasa puas bagi siswa. Rasa senang siswa juga disebabkan oleh untuk bekerja sama dalam kelomok dalam menyelesaikan tugas pada LKS dengan persentase 15 % pada setiap RPP. Kata Kunci : Question Student Have, Pembelajaran Konsep Virus.

Abstract

This study aims to describe student learning activities and student learning outcomes by applying the Scientific Approach to the Discovery Learning Model in the material of the Potential of Natural Resources and Maritime. This classroom action research was carried out in two cycles. Each cycle consists of four stages, namely planning, implementing actions, observing, and reflecting. The subjects in this study were seventh grade students of Darussa’adah Putri Middle School in the 2015/2016 academic year, with 24 students consisting of 7 female students and 17 male students. Data collection techniques used are test and non-test techniques. Data analysis was performed by quantitative data analysis the average formative test value of the first cycle of 61.46 increased in the second cycle to 77.50. Classical learning completeness in the first cycle of 38% increased in the second cycle to 92%. Thus, it can be concluded that the application of the scientific learning model discovery learning model can improve student learning outcomes in the material of the Potential of Natural Resources and Indonesian Maritime in class VII students of Darussa’adah Putri Middle School. Therefore, teachers are advised to apply the scientific model of discovery learning models in social studies learning or other lessons. Abstract

Pada penelitian yang berjudul "Tanggapan Siswa Terhadap Manfaat Kegiatan Ekstrakurikuler Olahraga dalam Pengembangan Prestasi dan Potensi Diri”, bertujuan ingin mengetahui sejauh mana pemahaman siswa pada sekolah jenjang paling bawah tersebut terhadap danpak atau pengaruh dari kegiatan ekstrakurikuler olahraga yang diselenggarakan di sekolah mereka, sperti difahami bahwa kegiatan ekstrakurikuler dan potensi olahraga yang siswa miliki. Apakah dengan kegiatan ekstrakurikuler gersebut dapat merubah prestasinya ke arah yang lebih baik ataupun paling tidak ia menemukan potensi dan bakat yang terpendam selama ini, sehingga ia akan selalu menggeluti cabang olahraga tersebut. Penelitian ini termasuk dalam penelitian deskreptif. Sampel penelitian adalah siswa kelas VI SD Negeri Pasi Rawa Kecamatan Pidie Kabupaten Pidie, yang berjumlah sebanyak 32 siswa. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini adalah Pengumpulan data dengan mengedarkan angket yang berisi sejumlah pertanyaan yang terkait dengan asumsi siswa terhadap manfaat kegiatan ekstrakurikuler olahraga terhadap prestasi dan penggalian potensi mereka, angket yang digunakan adalah angket tertutup dan angket terbuka. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa 59,30% siswa atau lebih dari setengah siswa menjawab senang mengikuti kegiatan ekstrakurikuler disekolahnya, tanapa paksaan siapapun serta mereka memahami bahwa kegiatan ekstrakurikuler dapat meningkatkan prestasi serta mampu menggali potensi olahraga yang mereka miliki. Sehingga kedepannya diharapkan kegiatan ini terus dapat dilaksanakan oleh para guru, terutama guru Penjasorkes, terutama untuk menanamkan dasar-dasar olahraga pada siswanya, serta membibing dan meningkatkan prestasi siswa sedini mungkin. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to describe the quality of social studies learning through the type of STADm in class VI students of SD Negeri 3 Lueng Putu. This classroom action research was carried out in two cycles. Each cycle consists of planning, implementation, observation, reflection. The research subjects were teachers, class VI students at SD Negeri 3 Lueng Putu. The technique of collecting data uses tests and non-tests. Data analysis used quantitative and qualitative descriptive analysis. The results of the study showed: (1) The skill of the first cycle teacher got a score of 19 good categories, and the second cycle of the score 30 was very good. (2) Activity of the first cycle students get a score of 17.14 enough categories, and the second cycle scores 25.32 in the good category. (3) The percentage of classical completeness in student learning outcomes in cycle 1 is 55%, and increases in cycle 2 to 91%. The conclusion of the study through the type of STAD can improve the quality of social studies learning including teacher skills, student activities, learning outcomes of SD Negeri 3 Lueng Putu. Abstract

Pengadilan merupakan lembaga kehakiman yang independen dalam menyelesaikan atau memutuskan suatu sengketa. Lembaga kekuasaan kehakiman ini merupakan ciri terpenting setiap Negara hukum yang demokratis. Putusan pengadilan yang dijatuhkan terhadap suatu sengketa mempunyai 3 macam kekuatan yaitu: kekuatan mengikat, kekuatan pembuktian dan kekuatan eksekutorial. Dalam hal pembatalan sertifikat hak atas tanah, pengadilan tidak mempunyai kewenangan untuk membatalkan sertifikat tersebut. Pengajuan gugatan ke pengadilan hanya untuk memperoleh kejelasan siapa pemilik yang sah atas tanah yang disengketakan dan untuk menyatakan sertifikat yang bersangkutan tidak mempunyai kekuatan hukum. Kewenangan penerbitan dan pembatalan sertifikat ada pada BPN sebagaimana yang ditentukan dalam Peraturan Presiden No. 10 Tahun 2006 tentang Badan Pertanahan Nasional. Adapun permasalah yang timbul apakah sertifikat yang dinyatakan tidak mempunyai kekuatan hukum oleh pengadilan tetapi belum dibatalkan oleh BPN masih mempunyai kekuatan sebagai akta otentik? Dan apakah perbuatan-perbuatan hukum masih dapat dilakukan atas dasar sertifikat tersebut? Kunci: Kedudukan Putusan Pengadilan

Abstract

This study aims to determine the increase in learning motivation which will ultimately improve student learning outcomes in learning English Class XI Science. 3 by implementing the STAD (Student Team Achievement Division) cooperative learning in SMA 1 Bandar Baru, the second semester of the 2013/2014 school year. This type of research includes action research. The subjects of this study were students of Class XI Science. 3 in SMA Negeri 1 Bandar Baru. The results of this study indicate: Through the results of classroom action research at Bandar Baru 1 High School there was an increase in learning motivation, namely in the first cycle the average was 65.77 while in the second cycle it was 80.38. Before learning is done with the STAD Method (Student Team Achievement Division) the student score is 61.35. In the first cycle the results of student evaluations on English subjects get an average score of 68.85, meanwhile, student learning activities and teacher performance obtain a value of 64.80% and 62.50% while in the second cycle get an average score of 77 , 31. From the study there was an increase in learning completeness as much as in the first cycle of 46% and in the second cycle was 88%. Student learning activities increased to 73.00%, while teacher performance increased to 87.50 Thus, it can be concluded that the implementation of classroom action research through the STAD (Student Team Achievement Division) cooperative learning method for learning English in order to increase learning motivation with itself can improve learning outcomes for students of Class XI Science. 3 SMA Negeri 1 Bandar Baru.
