Abstract

Indonesia merupakan salah satu negara berkembang. Namun seiring perkembangan, tidak menutup kemungkinan bahwa Indonesia akan menjadi negara maju. Hal itu dapat terjadi ketika perkembangan industri semakin pesat. Keberadaan kawasan industri di suatu wilayah akan memberikan perubahan mata pencaharian. Hal ini akan membantu dalam peningkatan taraf ekonomi masyarakat. Perkembangan industri yang menyebabkan perubahan juga dapat diamati di Desa Sumbersuko Kecamatan Tajinan Kabupaten Malang. Adapun fokus penelitian ini yaitu: (1) Sejarah berdirinya pabrik rokok di Desa Sumbersuko Kecamatan Tajinan Kabupaten Malang. (2) Perubahan sosial yang terjadi setelah dibangunnya pabrik rokok. (3) Kontribusi yang diberikan pabrik rokok Mahayana terhadap masyarakat. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis deskriptif. Lokasi penelitian yang akan dilakukan oleh peneliti adalah di industri pabrik rokok PT Karya Timur. Sumber data pada penelitian ini adalah sumber data primer dan sumber data sekunder. Teknik penentuan informan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan Snawball Sample. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Analisis data dalam penelitian ini meliputi tahap pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data, verifikasi dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah pertama, terjadinya perubahan di masyarakat pasca dibangunnya industri pabrik rokok. Perubahan yang terjadi di masyarakat yakni terkait gaya hidup yang semakin baik dari pada sebelumnya. Perubahan tersebut seperti, beralihnya pekerjaan masyarakat dari petani menjadi karyawan pabrik. Kedua, gaya hidup masyarakat terkait model pakaian yang semakin glamour dan memiliki sikap konsumtif. Serta alat transportasi yang dimiliki masyarakat lebih dari 1 yang sangat menunjang kegiatan dalam kehidupan sehari-hari. Selain itu, pabrik rokok Mahayana juga memberikan kontribusi terhadap masyarakat. Kontribusi yang diberikan berupa lapangan pekerjaan baru bagi masayarakat sekitar. Kedua, adanya fasilitas umum seperti lampu penerangan sepanjang jalan, bantuan pembangunan jalan raya serta fasilitas umum seperti mushola dan masjid. Ketiga, adanya bantuan sembako, pembagian daging saat hari raya Idul Adha. Serta ada reward paket umroh bagi karyawan yang hasil produksinya banyak, dan disiplin dalam bekerja

Abstract

The teacher's strategy in optimizing the affective aspects of students is a very important thing in education because the affective aspects will relate to the interests and attitudes of students in learning. This study aims to determine the strategies of social studies teachers in optimizing the affective aspects of students at SMPN 8 Pamekasan, to determine the impact of implementing the social studies teacher strategies in optimizing the affective aspects, and the supporting and inhibiting factors in the social studies teacher strategies in optimizing the affective aspects of students. This study uses a qualitative approach to the type of phenomenological research. From this research, it is known that there are several strategies that social studies teachers use in optimizing the affective aspects of students, starting from pre-learning, during learning and post-learning, all of which is done in order to get optimal learning outcomes from students at school.

Abstract

Construction of multi direction which initiates students’ involvement by self-directed, collaborative, and institutional as learning approach, oriented on the effort of improving graduates capacity in which be able to apply their own knowledge and practical skill experience in working world that take advantage of wide learning source with learning model of research or inquiry through merdeka belajar dan kampus merdeka model, based on institution characteristics that its curriculum ignites the pattern of multi direction learning. Therefore, the students can analyze learning how to learn based on their learning needs. Implementation of multi direction strategy needs curriculum design of college that is adaptive suitable with the demands of contemporary regulation change and future needs which states in design of kurikulum kualifikasi nasional Indonesia (KKNI). The impact of construction multi direction implementation is employment skill and enterpreneurship based on community character values which are available in society life civilization. Employment skill dan entrepreneurship contain critical thinking element which grows students that have self capacity appearing in themselves that are able to think critically, think creatively, communicate effectively with other people and collaborate with colleague or tim work.

Abstract

The ability to solve problems is a process in which a person identifies a situation, formulates a hypothesis, verifies a hypothesis made by digging up data, and restarts the hypothesis made to become a generalization (Purwanto, 1999). The focus of this research is to analyze the influence of the use of the Kampung Warna Warni Jodipan as a source of learning for students' ability to solve problems in MTs Attaraqqie Malang on the theme of tackling environmental pollution. This study uses an experimental research design in the form of a Quasi-Experimental Design with the type of pretest posttest control group design. The sample in this study were students of class IX A and IX D with purposive sampling technique. Data collection techniques using test questions in the form of problem description. The data analysis technique in this study was to use the independent sample t-test. The results of this study indicate that there is a significant influence on the use of the Kampung Warna Warni Jodipan as a source of learning for students' problem solving abilities, this is evidenced by the results of the independent sample t-test which shows that there is a significant influence on the use of the Kampung Warna Warni Jodipan. , with tcount> ttable which is 5,450> 2,000. This shows that there are significant differences in the ability to solve problems in the experimental and control classes.

Abstract

In providing protection and guaranteeing the rights of persons with disabilities, the Government makes laws and regulations, namely Law Number 8 of 2016. As a human being, of course, persons with disabilities are not free from mistakes, they can also be subject to imprisonment like other citizens. Prisons as a forum for fostering inmates who have been convicted of committing a crime are not entitled to take away the rights they should have. Inmates only lose their freedom of movement and still get human rights. Prisoners with disabilities have different special needs, where this right must be fulfilled by prisons as stated in Law Number 8 of 2016 concerning Persons with Disabilities. The rights they should get can be in the form of special residential rooms, special toilets for disabilities, special disabled lanes, and wheelchairs/canes to facilitate mobility. In its implementation, there are still some obstacles in fulfilling the rights of prisoners with disabilities, therefore this study uses a normative method aimed at examining library materials and secondary materials such as related laws and regulations. The results of the study indicate that the fulfillment of the rights of prisoners with disabilities in prisons is still not optimal, so there is a need for evaluation and quality improvement carried out by prisons and related institutions, besides that further regulations are needed that focus on guaranteeing the rights of prisoners with disabilities. Abstract

This research is aimed at developing teaching materials in the form of social studies modules on the dynamics of social interaction inside and outside the Sidoarjo school. The objectives to be achieved are: (1) the preparation of the MI IPS module for class V students in the second semester of MI, (2) the identification of the effectiveness of the MI IPS module on student learning outcomes. This research was carried out through nine stages, namely (1) identifying the general objectives of teaching, (2) carrying out learning analysis, (3) identifying initial input behavior and student characteristics, (4) formulating performance goals, (5) developing test items. benchmark reference, (6) developing teaching strategies, (7) developing and selecting learning materials, (8) designing and implementing formative evaluations, (9) revising learning materials, (9) designing and implementing summative evaluations. Adapted from the Dick and Carey model. The data from the module validation results are obtained as follows: Responses from the validation expert (1) The material quality component on the material suitability criteria has an average score of 3.0 with a good category, on the material shortage criteria has an average score of 3.5 with a good category, while the criteria for learning support materials have an average score of 3.0 with a good category. (2) the linguistic quality component on the criteria for conformity with the level of development of students has an average score of 4.0 with a very good category, on the communicative criteria has an average score of 3.0 with a good category, while the criteria for coherence and integration of the flow of thought has an average score of 3.0 with a good category. (3) the presentation quality component on the presentation technique criteria has an average score of 3.6 with a very good category, while the learning presentation criteria has an average score of 3.5 with a good category. And the criteria for the completeness of the presentation have an average score of 3.3 with a good category. From the results of mastery learning, students using the module get a calculation of the average score for the pre-test is 72, while the average score for the post-test is 80. Based on the results of data analysis, it can be concluded that the development of teaching materials for the dynamics of social interaction with the resulting product is Modules in Social Studies MI learning obtained module quality and effectiveness to improve mastery learning outcomes, but still require adjustment to the situation and conditions at school.

Abstract

The success of education makes students better than before. The determining factor in the success of education is supported by the personality of the students. Personality is obtained by character values ​​that are instilled through the learning process. Through this learning resource, the traditional game "Ba-u-upauan" is considered capable of shaping the personality and fostering positive values ​​of students. The aims of this research are (1) the traditional Banjar game "Ba-u-upauan" (2) the values ​​of the traditional game "Ba-u-upauan" as a learning resource for Social Sciences. This research uses descriptive qualitative research. The research subjects were the Principal, vice principal, Teachers and students. Data collection techniques were carried out through observation, interviews and documentation. The data analysis uses qualitative analysts. The result of the research is to describe the traditional Banjarese game "Ba-u-upauan" with the stages of the game starting with preparation, process and closing. The traditional Banjar game "Ba-u-upauan" has independence and togetherness which eventually raises character values, namely honest values, religious values, responsibility values, cooperation values, curiosity values, hard work values, democratic values, communicative values ​​and love values. peace that can be used as a reference in Social Science learning resources at the elementary school level.

Abstract

Education is a core thing in the development of human life, as well as social studies education. In the learning process there are directions for achieving learning or commonly referred to as curriculum. In social studies learning, it is expected to be able to form superior, civilized and characterized human resources. Become an educated human resource with broad knowledge. With the curriculum 13, it is certainly able to make it easier for teachers to prepare varied learning and also increase student motivation. An integrated curriculum is certainly able to improve the desired social studies learning process. The results of this study aim to be able to balance the professionalism of teachers and students in achieving social studies learning based on Curriculum 13. With the integrity of an integrated curriculum, it certainly gives results that are able to increase human resources with high social spirit, excellence and character. Abstract

This paper focuses on Pax-Ottomanica in a case study of the Millet System through multi ethnic and multi religious communities in the Ottoman Empire. In particular, the Millet System has successfully roamed people in Europe, Asia, and Africa for nearly 600 years. This paper also discusses Islamic law on the relationship between other religions such as Judaism and Christianity. This study uses a qualitative method with a whole literature approach. Based on the data analyzed, it was found that harmony occurs between fellow religious and ethnic people with the freedom to embrace their respective religions and maintain their respective cultures. This paper aims to analyze the state of the multi-ethnic and multi-religious society in the Ottoman Empire by providing various references from both Turkish and Western historians. In addition, this paper aims to introduce Ottoman-style freedom through this Millet system, which has succeeded in bringing all non-Muslim communities into one Ottoman commonwealth.
