Abstract

The success of education makes students better than before. The determining factor in the success of education is supported by the personality of the students. Personality is obtained by character values ​​that are instilled through the learning process. Through this learning resource, the traditional game "Ba-u-upauan" is considered capable of shaping the personality and fostering positive values ​​of students. The aims of this research are (1) the traditional Banjar game "Ba-u-upauan" (2) the values ​​of the traditional game "Ba-u-upauan" as a learning resource for Social Sciences. This research uses descriptive qualitative research. The research subjects were the Principal, vice principal, Teachers and students. Data collection techniques were carried out through observation, interviews and documentation. The data analysis uses qualitative analysts. The result of the research is to describe the traditional Banjarese game "Ba-u-upauan" with the stages of the game starting with preparation, process and closing. The traditional Banjar game "Ba-u-upauan" has independence and togetherness which eventually raises character values, namely honest values, religious values, responsibility values, cooperation values, curiosity values, hard work values, democratic values, communicative values ​​and love values. peace that can be used as a reference in Social Science learning resources at the elementary school level.

Abstract

Pedagogical competencies include the capabilities to manage learners, to design and to implement teaching and learning process, to assess students’ achievement and to develop students’ potential actualization. The pedagogical competence of the social science teachersof SMPN 1 Haruyan, this research formulates the problems as follows: (1) How is the pedagogical competence of IPS teachers in designing the teaching and learning process of social science?, (2) How is the pedagogical competence of IPS teachersin conducting the teaching and learning process? (3) How is the pedagogical competence of IPS teachers in using the instructional media? and (4) How is the pedagogical competence of IPS teachersin conducting the evaluation for teaching and learning process .The research method used is descriptive qualitative conducted to the IPS teachers of SMPN 1 Haruyan.Based on the results this research shows that (1) the IPS teachers do not fully have the pedagogical competence in planning the teaching and learning process  because they have never involved in identifying the students’ learning needs. (2) the IPS teachers do not fully have pedagogical competence in performing the teaching and learning process because they do not always carry out the teaching and learning process in accordance with the procedures in the RPP, (3) the pedagogical competence of IPS teachers in using instructional media is still lacking because only one teacher that sometimes use laptop, computer, LCD, speaker, and internet. (4) the IPS teachers do not always conducted the evaluation of teaching and learning process because they do not always carry out pre-test and post-test on each lesson.Key words: Pedagogical competency, Social Science Teachers

Abstract

ABSTRAK: Program pengabdian masyarakat dilaksanakan pada kelompok Pokdarwis Makam Habib Basirih Banjarmasin. Kelompok  Pokdarwis merupakan sebuah kelembagaan di tingkat masyarakat yang memiliki kepedulian dan tanggung jawab serta berperan sebagai penggerak dalam mendukung terciptanya iklim kondusif bagi tumbuh dan berkembangnya kepariwisataan religi. Permasalahan mitra yang mendasar yaitu bidang pengelolaan usaha dan penataan kawasan Wisata Halal. Tujuan kegiatan ini adalah mengembangkan kemampuan anggota Pokdarwis dalam mengelola wisata halal Makam Habib Basirih Banjarmasin. Adapun solusi permasalahan yaitu pemberian pelatihan tentang wisata halal dan manajemen usaha serta menghimpun kerjasama dengan dinas pariwisata Kota Banjarmasin, selanjutnya juga pendampingan bagi anggota kelompok Pokdarwis. Metode program yang dikembangkan adalah “RRA dan PRA” (rural rapid appraisal dan participant rapid appraisal). Hasil dari pelaksanaan kegiatan ini adalah peningkatan pengetahuan terkait pengelolaan wisata halal dan adanya ruang konsultasi bagi kelompok Pokdarwis makam Habib Basirih Kota Banjarmasin Kata kunci : Wisata Halal, Manajemen Usaha, Pokdarwis Makam Habib Basirih   ABSTRACT: The community service program was implemented in the Pokdarwis group of the Habib Basirih Tomb, Banjarmasin. The Pokdarwis group is an institution at the community level that has concern and responsibility and plays a role as a driver in supporting the creation of a conducive climate for the growth and development of religious tourism. The basic partner problems are in the field of business management and arrangement of the Halal Tourism area. The purpose of this activity is to develop the ability of Pokdarwis members in managing halal tourism at the Habib Basirih Tomb, Banjarmasin. The solution to the problem is to provide training on halal tourism and business management and to gather cooperation with the Banjarmasin City Tourism Office, then also mentoring for Pokdarwis group members. The program method developed is "RRA and PRA" (rural rapid appraisal and participant rapid appraisal). Abstract

One of the critical elements affecting nurse performance and impacting the quality of nursing services is the implementation of the head nurse's functions. This role must be effectively integrated into the healthcare system to motivate nurses to provide optimal patient care, thereby improving community health quality. This study aims to analyze the relationship between the head nurse's functions and the performance of bedside nurses in the inpatient wards at RSUD Palangka Raya. Method: This study employed a quantitative method with a correlational research type and a cross-sectional approach. The sampling technique used was total sampling, involving 34 respondents. Data collection was performed using a questionnaire, and statistical analysis was conducted using the Spearman Rank Correlation test. Results:The results of the Spearman Rank statistical test showed a significance value (2-tailed) of p = 0.00 with a level of significance of p < 0.05, indicating a relationship between the head nurse's functions and the performance of bedside nurses. The correlation coefficient was 0.685, reflecting a high or strong correlation. This positive relationship indicates that as the function of the head nurse improves, the performance of bedside nurses also increases. Therefore, the alternative hypothesis (Ha) is accepted, meaning there is a relationship between the head nurse's functions and the performance of bedside nurses. Conclusion: There is a significant relationship between the head nurse's functions and the performance of bedside nurses. It is recommended that the hospital provide training for head nurses on management functions.
