Abstract

Hoax news is a problem that needs to be addressed in Indonesia. Launching a report from Kominfo (Ministry of Communication and Information) in 2020 alone there were 3464 hoax news detected. considering the large number, it will be very difficult to identify every news that is in Indonesia, not quickly let alone comprehensively. Therefore, it takes a tool or system that can detect the news that is spread, quickly and efficiently. With this purpose, this research was carried out, using the method used by Multinomial Naïve Bayes (MNB). In previous studies, there are still some shortcomings that can be covered by improvisation. To improvise in the classification of hoax news, the MNB method was chosen for this study. MNB itself is a type of Naïve Bayes which is often used for text analysis where data is represented in the form of a word frequency vector. as a comparison rival for MNB, Gaussian Naïve Bayes will also be brought in for this research. with a total of 994 news data sourced from turnbackhoax.id and as a comparison this study also uses data from previous research which amounted to 250 news. The results obtained by the GNB method reach 94% accuracy and the highest accuracy for the MNB method is 96% which shows MNB is better.

Abstract

Abstract Oro - Oro Ombo Village is a village located in Batu District, Batu City, East Java. Until now, the Oro - Oro Ombo village government still uses a manual system for community services, especially in the village cover letter service. Thus, a system is needed that can manage the process of making village cover letters quickly and precisely. A software development method that can meet these needs is Personal Extreme Programming. Personal Extreme Programming is a design development method to be implemented by a single developer or himself. Personal Extreme Programming is a development of the Extreme Programming method which in practice is done by several developers. The purpose of this study is to develop a Personal Extreme Programming method in village management in the field of village cover letter making services. The system that will be built in this study is a village service system. The needs of the client are collected at the requirements stage, then the development process is continued with iteration planning and prioritization of needs with discussions between developers and clients. The system development process is carried out iteratively, if there is a change in needs, then re-planning is carried out. Based on the results of this study, Personal Extreme Programming can be implemented in this case, the flexibility of PXP and interaction with the client when determining the basic needs of the system is clearly obtained, so that the system development process remains directed and the results are in accordance with the needs of the client. Abstract

Tuberculosis disease causes the death of 1.8 million people worldwide, according to data from the World Health Organization in 2018 that nearly 10 million people were affected by tuberculosis and about 98,000 of them died. Technological developments, especially computer engineering, have helped accelerate the diagnosis of tuberculosis in poverty source areas. One of them is Computer Vision and Machine Learning Technology which causes development and utilization in all aspects, including the health sector. In the development of computer vision, there is a deep learning technique, this technique can automatically detect and classify various diseases with better accuracy. One method of deep learning that can produce precise accuracy and better efficiency is using a Convolutional Neural Network (CNN). This study uses CNN in the classification of the Tuberculosis Chest X-ray Database. The study was carried out in 4 scenarios, with each scenario getting accuracy results of 70%, 97%, 97%, and 72%..

Abstract

Abstract Oro-Oro Ombo village is a village in Batu District, Batu City, East Java province. Oro-Oro Ombo village is a village located in the District of Batu Kota Batu, approximately 2 km south of the Head Office of Batu. The process of inputting population data at Oro-Oro Ombo village office is still not controlled using information systems. The process of recording population data is still using Microsoft excel. The report submitted to the head of Community Welfare was obtained from inputting data from Microsoft excel which was captured and then used as a population report. The report will later be used as a decision-making. So it can take a decision to do the development in the village Oro-Oro Ombo. The purpose of this study is to develop PXP system in village managers. The development metode uses Personal extreme programming (PXP). Personal Extreme Programming is a development of extreme programming that can be used by a single developer. The system to be built in this study is an integrated system of village services. In conclusion, this PXP method can be implemented in this case study. The process begins with collecting needs, discussion with the client, then the client's needs are presented into user Stories. There are 5 user Stories. After getting the system needs, then do the development, planning consists of time estimation, priority, and determination of user Stories in each iteration.

Abstract

The research problem is the Koperasi Mikawa which is one of the business entities of the Batu City's Kadin wants to provide a online marketplace as a marketing platform for UMKM products, because so far the product sales and promotion has been done manually, so buyers can access the products they are looking for. In the case study that we did on the object of this research, it did not take too long to develop the system, so it was appropriate to use the incremental method because this method is suitable for developing systems that are not too large and can be done in a short time, the development of this system uses the Codeigniter framework by using PHP and MySQL programming languages. Based on testing using the incremental method, it can be seen that Kadin Kota Batu’s marketplace is well received with an average SUS score of "80" indicating that the Adjective Rating is in the "Excellent" category with a Grade Scale of "B" and an Acceptability rating of high marginal with status "Acceptable".

Abstract

UPT. Mataram Press University is one of the Technical Service Units (UPT) at the University of Mataram. One of the service units, namely Book Publishing, which is the focus of this study, found several service problems in business processes, especially in terms of service. So it is necessary to evaluate business processes to improve service quality. So it is proposed to carry out business process reengineering using the Business Process Reengineering (BPR) method. Business Process Reengineering is a method or concept to change business processes in an organization that has weaknesses in its business processes to make it more efficient and competitive. The design process with all processes uses the ASME (American Society of Mechanical Engineering) standard map to make it easier to design business processes. Business process improvement using ESIA Techniques. At UPT. At the University of Mataram Press, there are two business processes that have been improved, namely the book publishing process and the data publishing reporting business process. Each business process is tested for efficiency using a throughput efficiency test with the results of the initial book publishing process being 50% and the process recommendation increasing by 95.4% with a total time of 63424 minutes. The results show an increase in efficiency and can maximize performance on business process recommendations at UPT.Universitas Mataram Press. Abstract

Planning activities in a project is a very important part because the planning is fundamental so that the project can run smoothly and the project can be carried out according to the specified time. The success or failure of planning a project can occur due to lack of planning and less effective control. As a result, the project is not efficient. In addition, it can cause delays, decrease the quality of work and increase implementation costs. In the project schedule planning step, the Project manager will determine the sequence of work activities carried out during the project, the work sequence and duration of the activities on the project are adjusted to the type of software project being carried out, so that the sequence of work activities and duration of work can be adjusted to the client's needs. In a company, good management is needed so that it can create structured work. PERT (Program Evaluation and Review Technique) and CPM (Critical Path Method) are mechanisms used to organize and sequence activities in companies that are complex and interdependent. This method has the advantage of analyzing projects in terms of estimating the project completion time by finding the critical path, identifying the start and end time of each activity to find the project schedule, and calculating the amount of slack time for each activity so as to minimize project delays. ID Core Indonesia is a company that was founded on October 20, 2018. A new digital startup in Malang city that focuses on software development services (project base). ID Core Indonesia focuses on developing information systems based on website technology and mobile apps. Based on the implementation of the CPM and PERT methods on the management system administration software project, the end-of-semester test of the ID Core Indonesia case shows the project completion within a period of 40 days with a probability of 82%.

Abstract

The CV. UD. Rejeb Ngalah is a company based in Nongkojajar. Rejeb Ngalah owns two SMEs that are developing and are kept for both SMEs. SMEs that are shaded by Rejeb Ngalah are Warnakarsa and Pesendaun located in Malang. This research is based on the researcher's desire to have and change for the better in society and to have a significant influence for better business processes than before. And we chose UD Rejeb Ngalah as a place of research because it had several problems experienced and it made the researchers intend to improve the processes in it. The main problem with Rejeb Ngalah is that between UKM Warnakarsa and Pesendaun, production and administrative activities are currently still carried out in different places and there are often misunderstandings among employees who handle administrative activities at Rejeb Ngalah because there is no warehouse information system for goods so that employees sometimes incorrectly inputting item data and causing the job-desk not to be properly organized as it should be. Because of the digital revolution, if a company wants to improve operations, it must develop new, more efficient business models [1]. Therefore, this research was conducted to develop an information storage system at UD. REJEB NGALAH to make it easier for employees to record goods, clarify the SOP of each employee and all administrative activities can be well organized. The research uses the prototyping method because it will be very effective if the client does not know what the website will actually be like. And at the wireframe/prototyping stage we can present what kind of website description is suitable for clients. The prototyping method can connect directly between developers and users with prototypes that have been designed before being implemented into coding so that the functionality of the system can be clearly described from the prototype [3]. It is certainly more effective for developers not to need to do coding before the user fits the system that has been described through the prototype.

Abstract

Recording and reporting has now undergone a process of evolution from paper to digital. Likewise, the recording and reporting of health services in the City of Probolinggo uses the SIDeKa-Pro application. In practice, there are still health service facilities that are late in filling out data in the SIDeKa-Pro application. As many as 56% of health care facilities in Probolinggo City in 2020 were late in filling out the top 10 outpatient disease data in the SIDeKa-Pro application. Then, as many as 38% of health service facilities in Probolinggo City in January - March 2021 were late in filling out data on the top 10 outpatient diseases in the SIDeKa-Pro application. The purpose of this study was to determine the level of data occupancy of the top 10 outpatient diseases before and after standard operating procedures (SOP). This study uses a cohort study. This type of research is experimental, namely one shoot case study. The population in this study were all data managers in health facilities who had registered in the SIDeKa-Pro application as many as 32 health care facilities. The sampling technique used is total sampling. The results showed that the SOP for data entry in SIDeKa-Pro was able to increase the discipline of health care facility managers in filling out data for the top 10 outpatient diseases in the SIDeKa-Pro application. Suggestions are all organizations that have applications, SOPs should be made.

Abstract

E-Learning merupakan pembelajaran berbasis web yang bisa diakses dari internet, sehingga dengan adanya E-Learning ini dosen dan mahasiwa bisa lebih mudah dalam proses pembelajaran. E-Learning juga sudah mulai diterapkan pada pendidikan tinggi khususnya di Universitas Muhammadiyah Malang dengan menggunakan moodle, edmodo dan google classroom. Karena penggunaan e-learning di lingkungan Universitas Muhammadiyah Malang masih belum masiv, perlu melakukan evaluasi dengan mengukur penerimaan dan perilaku pengguna e-learning. Metode untuk melakukan evaluasi menggunakan TAM dan TPB (C-TAM-TPB) yang merupakan model dari Yung – Zug Chang. Pengujian dipenelitian ini menggunakan SEM dengan aplikasi SmartPLS. Hasil dari penelitian ini, penerimaan e-learning pada pendidikan tinggi dapat diterima dengan baik dan perilaku pengguna e-learning juga berpengaruh terhadap penerimaan karena antar variabel saling berpengaruh signifikan. dari penjelasan tersebut, hal yang dapat dilakukan peneliti ialah merekomendasikan penggunaan e-learning secara masiv dikarenakan sangat membantu dalam pembelajaran, hal ini dapat dilihat dari tingginya nilai siginifikasi hipotesis perceived ease of use terhadap perceived usefulness sebesar 52%. Tetapi ada hal yang harus diperbaiki supaya penggunaan e-learning bisa optimal, yaitu penyesuaian fitur terhadap SN DIKTI terkait pembelajaran jarak jauh. Saran ini berdasarkan rendahnya hasil nilai signifikasi hipotesis perceived usefulness terhadap behavior intention sebesar 18%.
