Abstract

Abstrak – Penelitian optimalisasi waktu produksi menggunakan algoritma campbell dudek smith (CDS) pada penjadwalan proses produksi bertujuan untuk optimasi makespan untuk pengoperasian mesin untuk memproduksi produk wajan ukuran 12, wajan ukuran 14, wajan ukuran 16, wajan ukuran 18 dan wajan ukuran 20 sehingga didapat nilai makespan yang optimal. Metode yang diterapkan algoritma Campbell Dudek and Smith (CDS), CDS merupakan metode yang digunakan dalam penjadwalan bersifat flowshop dikembangkan dari aturan Johnson yang mampu meminimalkan makespan 2 mesin yang disusun seri. Metode CDS sangat cocok pada karakter produksi yang menerapkan urutan mesin untuk proses produksi. CDS menghasilkan beberapa iterasi yang memiliki nilai makespan, dari beberapa iterasi tersebut didapat nilai makespan yang paling minimal untuk menentukan urutan produk yang akan diproduksi. Penelitian ini menghasilakan aplikasi yang dapat menjadwalkan produk yang akan diproduksi oleh mesin secara otomatis. Dari hasil pengujian dengan jumlah produksi 12 buah pada setiap produk dengan perulangan sebanyak 6 kali, maka didapatkan nilai makespan paling minimal yaitu 210,12 menit dengan urutan pengerjaan produk wajan 20, wajan 18, wajan 16, wajan 14, dan wajan 12. Akurasi hasil pengujian aplikasi menunjukkan 99,99% untuk waktu pertama dan 99,96% untuk waktu kedua jika dibandingkan dengan perhitungan manual.

Abstract

In this industry 4.0 era, Indonesian people have been replaced by machines or computers, so researchers have created an SI-TekO-based application. As if when electronic goods, IT, or damaged installations want to repair or install tools at home, it will be easier to use online services. Services are often seen as a complicated phenomenon. The word service itself has many meanings, from personal service to service as a product. Production of services may be related to physical products or not. Very often the problem is when we are bothered at work so we lack the time to look for repair services for our electronic devices, and install the installation that we expect. Therefore the researchers created an android-based application called SI-TekO. The results of this study are Android-based applications that are SI-TekO.

Abstract

The development of information and technology has helped people to do their activity. In future living, information and technology will be the most dominant sector. Technology takes part in most of the aspects such education. Technology’s role is urgently needed, the example is Gold Generation Tutoring Agency as their service quality improvement. During this time tryout and tasks is done in a paper and not recorded on a database. It complicates the agency officers to manage the students’ grade and their tasks. And tutors find themselves in difficult situation in monitoring their students. Another popular name at the moment is E-Learning, it is one of learning process models that utilize media of information and technology communication especially internet. By the existence of e-learning that is directly connected to a database will ease the admin and the officers of the tutoring agency to manage the students grade and correct their task results, and not only for better service, but also for easing the students with lesson materials. According to the things mentioned above, "Web-based E-Learning Application of Gold Generation Tutoring agency" is made. This application is expected to help in managing students grade and correcting their tasks in Gold Generation Agency

Abstract

The main problem in this research is the increase in cases of theft and robbery. This incident was caused by the busyness of everyone in their daily lives, so they forgot about the safety of their house. An Internet of Things (IoT) based home security system that utilizes a PIR sensor as a human motion detector and then sends a notification in the form of a notification via SMS or e-mail is one solution to overcome the problems that have been previously proposed in previous research. However, to further clarify the warning sent from the system, a home security system is needed that can attach an image to the notification. In this study, an IoT-based home security system was developed. The IoT security system being developed can automatically send a warning message by attaching an image when the PIR sensor detects human presence. The IoT system requires a Raspberry Pi as a microcontroller that is connected to the internet, a PIR sensor to detect human movement and a Pi Camera to win an image when there is an encounter with a human within the range of the PIR sensor. Experiments in this study show that the IoT system can automatically send warning messages via the Telegram application by attaching an image when the PIR sensor detects human presence in various light conditions with a distance of 0-5 meters and the speed of sending email alerts is influenced by the condition of the internet network connection and file size. images sent.

Abstract

The sale of cat feed in Toko PS is the main concern of Shop Owners because of the very high enthusiasm of cat owners to buy Cat Feed. However, due to business competition, the sale of Cat Feed is not decisive, so the owner has difficulty in procuring goods. This research predicts the selling of food products in Toko PS using the Least Square method. The results were analyzed using the standby method and MAPE to see the prediction alert level. The obtained values ​​obtained were low, namely between 0 - 0.2 and the MAPE values ​​of 41.8% and 56.3% were categorized as fair and inaccurate. So that the Least Square method is not suitable for predicting to predict fluctuating reference data and with a short period, namely the date or day in the case of Toko PS.
