Abstract

The objectives of this research are to know about the influence of marketing strategy, service quality and customer value to customer satisfaction in PT Bank Capital Indonesia, Tbk, Wisma Kodel Branch. This research is using quantitative model. The research used 96 samples by distributing questionnaire which consist of 28 questions and the answer of the respondent is analyzed by using SPSS 22. In validation test, reliability test, and classic assumption test, the regression expression is as follow : Y = 0.593 + 0.101 X1 + 0.462 X2 + 0.496 X3 which is the customer satisfaction (Y) variable, marketing strategy variable (X1), service quality variable (X2) and customer value variable (X3). T test shows that the marketing strategy doesn’t have significant influence to customer satisfaction. Whereas, service quality has significant influence to customer satisfaction and customer value has significant influence to customer satisfaction. The F test shows that marketing strategy, service quality, and customer value are simultaneous effecting significantly to customer satisfaction.

Abstract

South Tangerang City is currently experiencing progress and development after the regional division. Of course, all of that did not escape the leadership of the regional head. This study aims to analyze the influence of regional head Islamic leadership and local government performance on economic development in the city of South Tangerang. The data used in this study is primary data obtained from questionnaires distributed to the people of South Tangerang city. The data analysis method used is the Partial Least Square (PLS) method with SmartPLS 2.0 software and Microsoft Excel 2010. The results of this study indicate that the Islamic leadership variable has a significant effect on economic development in South Tangerang City, with a significance value of 0.000 which is smaller than the significance value. used is 0.05. The Islamic leadership variable also has a significant effect on the accountability of local government performance in South Tangerang City. While the local government performance accountability variable has no significant effect on economic development in South Tangerang City with a t-statistic value of 1.063 which is smaller than the t-table of 1.96 and a significance value of 0.288 greater than the significance used, which is 0.05.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui ada atau tidaknya pengaruh stres kerja dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan, mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh stres kerja dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan dan mengetahui pengaruh stres kerja dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan secara simultan. Metode yang digunakan dalam penyusunan tesis ini ialah menggunakan metode kasual komparatif (casual comparotive research). Penelitian kasual komparatif selain mengukur hubungan antara dua variabel atau lebih, juga menunjukkan arah hubungan antara variabel bebas dengan variabel terikat.Penelitian ini mengidentifikasikan fakta dan peristiwa sebagai variabel yang dipengaruhi dan melakukan penyelidikan terhadap variabel yang mempengaruhi.Objek penelitian ini adalah karyawan pada Yayasan Pendidikan dan Keterampilan ALIAH (YPK ALIAH) Makassar, dimana penulis menyebarkan kuesioner berisi 32 pertanyaan tertulis yang diberikan kepada para karyawan YPK ALIAH untuk dijawab dengan menggunakan "Skala Likert". Dalam penelitian ini diambil 53 karyawan sebagai responden pada bulan Juni 2016. Alat analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis statistik yang terdiri dari Analisis Linier Berganda, Koefisien Determinasi secara parsial (r2) dan simultan (R2), Uji Asumsi Klasik. Pengujian Hipotesis secara individual (Uji t) dan simultan (Uji F) serta Analisis Jalur (Path Analysis). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan tidak terdapatnya pengaruh stres kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan Yayasan Pendidikan dan Keterampilan Ailah (YPK ALIAH) berdasarkan hasil uji parsial (uji t) menunjukan nilai thitung Stres kerja lebih kecil dari ttabel (0,339 < I.674) serta tidak signifikan (0.736 > 0.05). Untuk variabel lingkungan kerja, terdapat pengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan Yayasan Pendidikan dan Keterampilan Aliah (YPK ALIAH), hal ini berdasarkan hasil uji parsial (uji t) menunjukan nilai thitung lingkungan kerja lebih besar dari ttabel (16,490 > 1.614) serta signifikan (0.000 < 0.05). Berdasarkan analisis jalur untuk mengetahui besaran pengaruh varibel lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan diperoleh besaran pengaruh langsung sebesar 84.4% (R2=0.844). Sedangkan secara simultan, stres kerja dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan pada Yayasan Pendidikan dan Keterampilan Aliah (YPK ALIAH) berdasarkan nilai fhitung lebih besar dari faber (136.050 > 2.78) serta signifikan (0.000 < 0.05).

Abstract

The use of information technology for problem-solving approach associated with accounting will be able to simplify the processes - processes associated with the processing of information data, in this case the accounting transactions. Problem solving approach using accounting information system using hardware (hardware) in the form of computer devices, and using software (software) that is applications that support an accounting information system itself.The current emerging technology in PT. Prodia Diacro Laboratories plays a major role in accounting information systems. The use of information technology systems in accounting information systems include information system functions, end-user computing (end user computing), and rapid response technology. Development of accounting information systems are professionally conducted both internally and externally. Acumatica System The Cloud ERP that is in use PT. Prodia Diacro Laboratories can minimize weakness.

Abstract

This research was conducted at PT. Fanuc A phenomenon that occurs is sometimes an error occurs in the data input purchase and payment of goods, so it must propose improvements to the input data. The formulation of this research is to investigate the implementation of the buying cycle and payment for goods for commercial transactions as well as recording. The method used in this research is descriptive analysis method, data collection techniques done of literature study, field study consisted of interviews, observation and documentation. The results showed that in implementing the buying cycle and payment of goods have been properly and in accordance with the theory that there is visible from the application of the cycle automatically computerized, recording is also done after the goods have been received from the supplier. But sometimes an error occurs in the data input purchase and payment of goods

Abstract

This research aims to analyze of the influence Product Quality, Price, and Brand Image to Customer Satisfaction and the effects to Customer Loyalty on Safina Fried Chicken at Cipinang Muara Jatinegara. Purposive sampling method has been selected to obtain data requires at this study. The research use 50 respondents and respondent’s entire customer Safina Fried Chicken at Cipinang Muara. Path Coefficient analysis used as analytical method in this research. The result of this research shows that: Product Quality, Price, and Brand Image have significant influence on Customer Satisfaction and finally affect the Customer Loyalty simultaneously and partially. The only have dominant influenced to customer satisfaction among all variables was brand image.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of ownership structure, company size and dividend to earnings management in companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange, partially and simultaneously. The population in this research is manufacturing companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2010 to 2014. List of companies listed at this time amounted to 141 companies. Based on the sampling criteria obtained a total of 18 sample companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange 2010-2014. The data analysis method used is Testing Assumptions Classical (Normality Test, Multicollinearity Test, Heteroskedastisity Test and autocorrelation test), Multiple Linear Regression Analysis, Hypothesis Testing (Statistic t test and F test), as well as the Test Coefficient of Determination.From the results of the study concluded that 1) The ownership structure no significant effect on earnings management in companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange, so ha1 not proven, 2) The size of the company a significant effect on earnings management in companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange, so that Ha2 proven, 3) dividends significant effect on earnings management in companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange, so HA3 proven, 4) the ownership structure, company size and dividend significantly influence earnings management in companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange, so that ha4 proven.

Abstract

Tesis ini bertujuan untuk mengukur Bullwhip Effectdan Day Of Inventory(DOI) di PT. XYZ Tbks, serta untuk menganalisis apakah Bullwhip Effect dan Day Of Inventory tersebut dapat memberikan dampak terhadap Supply Chain Management di PT. XYZ Tbk.Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis deskriptif dengan metode pengumpulan data melalui studi pustaka, observasi, interview. Dari hasil penulisan dapat diketahui bahwa dengan meminimalkan Bullwhip Effect maka akan menekan angka Day Of Inventory.Bullwhip Effect sangat berdampak pada Supply Chain Management oleh karena itu perlu ditangani dengan sebaik baiknya.Day Of Inventory (DOI) sangat berdampak pada Supply Chain Management oleh sebab itu perlu ditangani dengan sebaik baiknya. Dengan meminimalkan Bullwhip Effect dan Day Of Inventory akan membantu meningkatkan kinerja Suply ChainManagement.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the company's financial distress on basis industry and chemical sectors as many as 57 companies using the ALTMAN Z-Score model in 2013-2014. The data which used was secondary data, such as Financial Statements of manufacturing company publication issued by Indonesian Stock Exchange (BEI) and obtained by downloading the website: www.idx.com. This study uses descriptive quantitative method. The finding of Z-Score index in basis industry and chemical sector in 2013 is occupied by PT. Intan Wijaya Internasional Tbk on chemical subsector and 2014 is occupied by PT. Alakasa Industrindo Tbk on metal subsector and others, with the first highest rank and healthy condition, whereas the last and lowest rank on wood and processing sector in 2013-2014 is PT. SLJ Global Tbk, with having financial distress condition. The findings of this study are not consistent or even in accordance with the reality which shows that the Altman method can not be used as a tool to indicate a tendency towards company’s financial distress.

Abstract

Kualitas produk dan kualitas pelayanan yang baik dapat meningkatkan kepuasan pelanggan dan akan mendorong pelanggan tersebut loyal pada produk atau jasa yang digunakan.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh kualitas produk dan kualitas pelayanan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan dan loyalitas pelanggan di d’Besto Mangun Jaya 2, Tambun Selatan. Strategi penelitian yang digunakan adalah strategi asosiatif. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini metode survey. Populasi umum dalam penelitian ini adalah pelanggan d’Besto Mangun Jaya 2, Tambun Selatan. Sampel penelitian sebanyak 120 orang responden di d’besto Mangun Jaya 2, Tambun Selatan. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis jalur (path analysis). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial variabel kualitas produk berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan dan loyalitas pelanggan. Variabel kualitas pelayanan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan dan berpengaruh terhadap loyalitas pelanggan tetapi tidak signifikan. Variabel kepuasan pelanggan berpengaruh terhadap loyalitas pelanggan tetapi tidak signifikan. Secara gabungan variabel kualitas produk dan kualitas pelayanan berpengaruh signifikan tehadap kepuasan pelanggan. Variabel kualitas produk dan kualitas pelayanan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan. Variabel kualitas produk, kualitas pelayanan, dan kepuasan pelanggan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan.
