Abstract

This study aims to determine how the influence of organizational leadership and organizational effectiveness on work motivation and organizational commitment of teachers. This research was conducted at a private high school in Rawamangun Village, Pulo Gadung Subdistrict, East Jakarta. In this study using a saturated sample technique that is the entire population used as a sample, namely 115 respondents. The Partial Least Square Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) method was chosen as a statistical analysis technique. The results showed that the effectiveness of leadership and organizational trust had a direct positive effect on work motivation. The effectiveness of organizational leadership and trust has a direct positive effect on organizational commitment. Leadership effectiveness has a direct positive effect on organizational trust and work motivation has a direct positive effect on organizational commitment. The output of this research is that it can provide input for the school in determining policies specifically in determining the position requirements or the recruitment of school principals so that it is expected to increase the confidence, work motivation and commitment of teachers in school organizations.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana disiplin kerja karyawan pada saat menjadi karyawan kontrak dan setelah menjadi karyawan tetap. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di PT. Bont Technologies Nusantara dengan populasi adalah seluruh karyawan yang mengalami menjadi karyawan kontrak dan karyawan tetap. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif deskriptif dengan menggunakan 83 karyawan sebagai populasi pada penelitian ini. Teknik pengambilan sapel yang digunakan adalah purpose sampling dengan menggunakan alat bantu komputer, Microsoft Excel. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian, menunjukan bahwa pengaruh status karyawan terhadap disiplin. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan ketidakhadiran mayoritas (74%) lebih baik pada saat menjadi karyawan kontrak. Dan mayoritas karyawan (83%) memiliki ketetapan waktu pada saat menjadi karyawan tetap. Hal ini dibuktikan bahwa karyawan tersebut lebih baik pada saat menajdi karyawan tetap.

Abstract

Penelitian ini untuk mengetahui tingkat kepuasan pelanggan pada kualitas layanan elektronik yang diberikan Shopee dengan menggunakan E-Service Quality dan metode Diagram Kartesius atau Importance Performance Analysis (IPA). Pengukuran penilaian pelanggan menggunakan perhitungan kesenjangan dengan menguhitung selisih antara tingkat persepsi pelayanan yang diberikan dengan tingkat harapan pelanggan. Penelitian dilakukan pada mahasiswa/i Sekolah Tinggi Ilmu Ekonomi Indonesia dan mahasiswa/i Universitas Negeri Jakarta, dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 200 mahasiswa/i. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dimensi yang telah memenuhi kepuasannya yaitu Efficiency, Reliability, dan Responsiveness. Sedangkan dimensi e-servqual yang belum memenuhi kepuasan pelanggan adalah dimensi Fulfillment, Privacy, Compensation, dan Contact. Abstract

Kualitas produk dan kualitas pelayanan yang baik dapat meningkatkan kepuasan pelanggan dan akan mendorong pelanggan tersebut loyal pada produk atau jasa yang digunakan.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh kualitas produk dan kualitas pelayanan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan dan loyalitas pelanggan di d’Besto Mangun Jaya 2, Tambun Selatan. Strategi penelitian yang digunakan adalah strategi asosiatif. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini metode survey. Populasi umum dalam penelitian ini adalah pelanggan d’Besto Mangun Jaya 2, Tambun Selatan. Sampel penelitian sebanyak 120 orang responden di d’besto Mangun Jaya 2, Tambun Selatan. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis jalur (path analysis). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial variabel kualitas produk berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan dan loyalitas pelanggan. Variabel kualitas pelayanan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan dan berpengaruh terhadap loyalitas pelanggan tetapi tidak signifikan. Variabel kepuasan pelanggan berpengaruh terhadap loyalitas pelanggan tetapi tidak signifikan. Secara gabungan variabel kualitas produk dan kualitas pelayanan berpengaruh signifikan tehadap kepuasan pelanggan. Variabel kualitas produk dan kualitas pelayanan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan. Variabel kualitas produk, kualitas pelayanan, dan kepuasan pelanggan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan.

Abstract

ABSTRAKTujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana kepuasan penumpang disabilitas kereta rel listrik Jakarta dengan melihat pengaruh dari aksesibilitas, inovasi dan kualitas pelayanan. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh penumpang disabilitas yang tergabung dalam komunitas disabilitas penumpang KRL di Jakarta pusat, dengan jumlah sampel 100 responden. Analisis data penelitian ini menggunakan analisis koefisien determinasi. Hasil penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa aksesibilitas berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan konsumen, inovasi secara berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan konsumen,  kualitas pelayanan berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan konsumen. Secara simultan aksesibilitas, inovasi dan kualitas pelayanan berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan konsumen.Kata Kunci: Aksesibilitas, Inovasi, Kualitas Pelayanan, dan Kepuasan Konsumen  ABSTRACTThe purpose of this study is to see how the disabled passengers satisfaction of the Jakarta electric railroad is by looking at the influence of accessibility, innovation and service quality. The population in this study were all disabled passengers who are members of the KRL passenger disability community in Central Jakarta, with a sample size of 100 respondents. Analysis of research data using analysis of the coefficient of determination. The results of this study prove that accessibility affects customer satisfaction, innovation affects customer satisfaction, and quality affects customer satisfaction. Abstract

ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor intrinsik dan ekstrinsik yang mempengaruhi motivasi mahasiswa menyelesaikan skripsi dengan menggunakan variabel self efficacy, kebutuhan berprestasi, lingkungan kampus, dan metode pembelajaran dosen terhadap motivasi menyelesaikan skripsi di Perguruan Tinggi Indonesia. Ekonomi. Metode penelitian ini adalah metode survei kuesioner. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa reguler pagi dan mahasiswa reguler malam Fakultas Ekonomi Indonesia yang lulus tahun 2019 sebanyak 311 orang dan sampel penelitian sebanyak 164 orang. Analisis yang digunakan adalah software SEM-PLS dan SmartPLS 3.0. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan 3 variabel yang mempengaruhi mahasiswa reguler pagi: (1) Self-efficacy berpengaruh terhadap motivasi menyelesaikan skripsi sebesar 29,1%. (2) Need for achievement berpengaruh terhadap motivasi menyelesaikan skripsi sebesar 31,9%. (3) Lingkungan kampus terhadap motivasi menyelesaikan skripsi sebesar 37,5%. Dan ada 2 variabel yang mempengaruhi mahasiswa reguler malam: (1) Kebutuhan berprestasi berpengaruh terhadap motivasi menyelesaikan skripsi sebesar 55,5%. (2) Lingkungan kampus berpengaruh terhadap motivasi menyelesaikan skripsi sebesar 40,3%.Kata kunci:  Efikasi Diri, Kebutuhan Berprestasi, Lingkungan Kampus, Metode Pembelajaran , Motivasi ABSTRACTThis study aims to determine the intrinsic and extrinsic factors that influence students' motivation to complete their thesis by using self-efficacy variables, the need for achievement, campus environment, and lecturer learning methods to the motivation to complete their thesis at the Indonesian College of Economics. This research method is a questionnaire survey method. The population in this study were morning regular students and evening regular students of the Indonesian College of Economics who graduated in 2019 by 311 people and the study sample was 164 people. The analysis used is SEM- PLS and SmartPLS 3.0 software. The results of this study indicate 3 variables that affect regular morning students: (1) Self-efficacy affects the motivation to complete a thesis of 29.1%. (2) The need for achievement influences the motivation to complete the thesis by 31.9%. (3) Campus environment towards motivation to complete the thesis is 37.5%. And there are 2 variables that affect regular night students: (1) The need for achievement influences the motivation to complete the thesis by 55.5%. Abstract

ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan dan menganalisis perbedaan status karyawan yang meliputi karyawan kontrak dan karyawan tetap terhadap kedisiplinan kerja. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif terhadap 157 karyawan dan interview terhadap beberapa responden. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa status karyawan mempengaruhi kedisiplinan kerja karyawan. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan mayoritas karyawan (90%) memiliki angka ketidakhadian lebih sedikit ketika menjadi karyawan kontrak. Dan mayoritas karyawan (84%) memiliki ketepatan waktu kehadiran di tempat kerja lebih baik ketika menjadi karyawan kontrak.  Hal ini disebabkan oleh berbagai faktor, antara lain memiliki rasa aman karena karyawan sudah terikat dengan perusahaan, pada saat menjadi karyawan kontrak memiliki motivasi ingin diangkat menjadi karyawan tetap, faktor perubahan status keluarga pada saat menjadi karyawan kontrak dan karyawan tetap, perbedaan pola hidup sehat seperti perubahan pola makan yang bergizi dikarenakan pada saat menjadi karyawan kontrak menjaga agar tetap sehat sehingga dapat selalu hadir dan kurangnya rasa disiplin dalam diri karyawan karena sudah menjadi karyawan tetap sehingga masih menyepelekan waktu.Kata Kunci: Disiplin Kerja, Status Karyawan                                                       ABSTRACT             This study aims to explain and analyze differences in employee status which includes contract employees and permanent employees on work discipline. The method used in this research is descriptive method of 157 employees and interviews with several respondents. The results of this study indicate that employee status affects employee work discipline. This is evidenced by the majority of employees (90%) having fewer absenteeism when becoming contract employees. And the majority of employees (84%) have better attendance at work when they are contract employees. This is caused by various factors, including having a sense of security because employees are already bound to the company, when they become contract employees have the motivation to be appointed as permanent employees, factors changing family status when they become contract employees and permanent employees, differences in healthy lifestyles such as nutritious dietary changes due to contract employees keep healthy so they can always be present and lack of discipline in employees because they have become permanent employees so that they still underestimate time.Keywords: Work Discipline, Employee Status

Abstract

Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan (SMK) aims to produce graduates who are ready to enter independent employment as entrepreneurs. With the average age of students still in a productive period to receive science and technology, including entrepreneurship, SMK is very important in preparing graduates who are ready to enter into entrepreneurship. For this reason, entrepreneurial characteristics in vocational schools need to be conditioned either through intracurricular, co-curricular and extracurricular activities. To fulfill the above, the Community Service Team conducted a workshop in the form of a webinar to students of SMK Paramitha Jakarta, with the aim of providing explanations and directions to students about the positive benefits of starting a business at a young age, providing explanations and directions for students to be able to start a business. intelligently and appropriately, and directing students so that they can market their business results appropriately. Through this activity, students are expected to be able to understand the positive benefits of starting a business at a young age. In addition, students are also expected to be able to start a business smartly and appropriately and have the ability to market their business results appropriately.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the competence and work environment on job involvement and job satisfaction of employees at PT. Yamaha Music Manufacturing Indonesia.The sample in this study was 100 contract employees, using purposive sampling technique. The analysis used is SEM PLS research to test the Inner model, outer model and hypotheses.The results of the study stated: (1) Competence has an effect on work involvement by 55.2%. (2) The work environment has an effect on work involvement by 39.1%. (3) Competence has an effect on job satisfaction by 36.2%. (4) The work environment has an effect on job satisfaction by 35.2%.

Abstract

This study aimed to determine the effect of motivation and organizational commitment on the work performance of Emela Garment employees in Bogor City. The population and sample are 55 daily employees using a sampling technique, namely the saturated sample technique. The results of the data instrument test use validity and reliability, and statement items are valid and reliable. Analysis of research data includes multiple regression analysis, correlation, determination, and significance test simultaneously (F test) and partial (t-test). The results of the study through multiple regression analysis of motivation and organizational commitment variables have a positive and significant effect on employee work performance a. The results of the F test state that motivation and organizational commitment simultaneously ve a positive and significant effect on work performance. While the results of the t-test state that partially the motivational variable has a positive and significant effect on work performance, and organizational commitment has a positive and significant effect on the work performance of Emela Garment employees in Bogor City. Suggestions for companies should manage employee cohesiveness to be able to work as a team, maintain and maintain relationships with employees, and reward employees who take the initiative.
