Abstract

This study aims to describe and analyze the Governments’ effort to improve the service delivered by UPTD Workshop DKP Samarinda and to determine the factors that support and hinder such efforts. The data were obtained from the interviews conducted with technical sources (informants) and key informants (key informant), observation and documentation, which is then analyzed using an interactive analysis model through the stages of data collection, data reduction, data presentation and conclusion.

Abstract

This research aims to describe, analyse, and interpret the establishment  of Balikpapan Kota district in Balikpapan. This research uses qualitative approach aiming to explore descriptions and deep understanding about  the establishment of Balikpapan Kota district. The data are obtained through interview and as well as documentation, which are then analyzed through data reduction, data presentation, and interpretation of author as well as the drawing of conclusion.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengevaluasi Keputusan  Menteri  Negara Koperasi dan Pengusaha Kecil Menengah Nomor 19/Kep/ Meneg/III/2000 tentang Pedoman Kelembagaan dan Usaha Koperasi di Dinas Koperasi dan UKM Kota Samarinda dan faktor-faktor yang mendukung dan menghambat pelaksanaan kebijakan. Penelitian ini berjenis kualitatif, Data primer berasal dari wawancara dengan informan terpilih, juga dari pengamatan langsung di lokasi penelitian. Sedangkan data sekunder berasal dari data yang dimiliki oleh instansi. Penarikan kesimpulan berdasarkan data yang diolah dengan menggunakan analisis model interaktif.

Abstract

This study has two objectives: first, to know the financial management system in East Kutai District Education Office in particular UPT Bengkal Muara Education and Evaluation and second, to know the policies relating to the management of the Department of Education in East Kutai in particular financial delegation to the Education Unit in Muara Bengkal. In this study the author uses primary data from informants which are structural officials and employees directly involved in the financial management system and other relevant officials.

Abstract

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to describe and analyse the Implementation of Remote Indigenous Community Empowerment Program In Tackling Poverty. The data are taken from the informants and key informants and supported by secondary data. The data then is analysed using interactive model that were developed by Milles, Huberman and Saldana.

Abstract

This research was using SWOT analysis to consider internal and external factors that influenced the tourist development in Manggar region. The result showed that there were a need for strategic policy which include increasing interest in sports especially sports like, jetsky, parasailing; next was to build networks with other available objects in Manggar Beach nearby such as breeding crocodiles house, Ambalat Beach and Lamaru Beach; together with tour and travel agents both in Indonesia and overseas; and then tighten the relationship between district and central governments; and last, create a website for Manggar Coastal Ressort.
