Abstract

Learn from home has various impacts on early childhood development. Significant changes to daily habits have led to many reports of a decline in children's development, especially in the enthusiasm for learning and the social and emotional development of early childhood. The purpose of this study is an attempt to describe an alternative model of early childhood counseling counseling service at Al Fatih Kindergarten, Pagarantonga Village during the Covid-19 pandemic. The research method used qualitative with a case study approach. Collecting data through the stages of observation, interviews, and documentation. Data management is carried out using Milles and Huberman's theory, namely data reduction, data display, and verification. To obtain accurate data, researchers used triangulation techniques as a test of data validity. The results of the study found that the guidance of a client-centered counseling model by providing information services, individual counseling, communication, and attention is a solution elaboration of the practitioner counselor or mentor to take preventive and curative steps to overcome problems that can hinder children's development while learning from home.Keywords: Counseling Guidance Model, Early Childhood, Pandemic Covid-19AbstrakLearn from home membawa dampak yang beragam terhadap perkembangan anak usia dini. Perubahan yang signifikan terhadap habitual keseharian menghadirkan banyak laporan atas penurunan perkembangan anak terutama pada semangat belajar, dan perkembangan sosial emosional anak usia dini. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah upaya untuk mendeskripsikan alternatif model layanan bimbigan konseling anak usia dini di TK Al Fatih Desa Pagarantonga pada masa pandemi covid-19. Metode penelitian menggunakan  kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus. Pengumpulan data melalui tahap observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Pengelolaan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan teori Milles dan Huberman, yaitu data reduction, data display, dan verivication. Untuk memperoleh data yang akurat, peneliti menggunakan teknik triangulasi sebagai uji keabsahan data. Hasil penelitian ditemukan bahwa bimbingan model konseling client-centered dengan melakukan layanan informasi, konseling individu, komunikasi, dan perhatian merupakan sebuah elaborasi yang solutif dari praktisi konselor atau pembimbing untuk mengambil langkah yang preventif dan kuratif mengatasi masalah yang dapat menghambat perkembangan anak selama pembelajaran learn from home.

Abstract

People often compare men and women based on physiology and biology, causing differences gender. Gender differences mostly impact discrimination, violence and harassment on the assumption that women are weak. This thinking occurs a lot in the community as a result of socio-customary construction. The difference between the two groups is not profitable in one individual or group. The Islamic creed protects the rights of women so that it provides care and respect. The practice becomes unnatural to women because Islamic teachings and guidance are not implemented, the cause of the developing tradition is very far from Islam. Gender differences do not become a problem for free to do anything while not deviating from religious teachings such as female leadership, polygamy, and inheritance.Keywords: Gender, Islam, ImplementationAbstrakMasyarakat sering bandingkan kaum adam dan hawa berdasarkan fisiologis dan biologis sehingga menyebabkan bias gender. Bias gender kebanyakan berdampak diskriminasi, kekerasan dan pelecehan dengan anggapan perempuan itu lemah. Pemikiran ini banyak terjadi ditengah masyarakat hasil dari kontruksi sosial-adat. Perbedaan kedua kaum tidak mencorakkan untung disatu individu maupun kelompok. Akidah Islam menjaga hak kaum hawa sehingga memberi kepedulian dan posisi tehormat. Praktek menjadi tidak wajar terhadap perempuan karena ajaran serta bimbingan Islam tidak di implementasikan, disebabkan tradisi yang berkembang sangat jauh dari Islam. Perbedaan gender tidak menjadi masalah untuk bebas melakukan hal apapun selagi tidak melenceng dari ajaran agama seperti kepemimpinan perempuan, poligami, dan kewarisan.

Abstract

As entrusted by Allah, children are the responsibility of parents who must be educated in Islam in order to be the savior of parents in life in this world and in the hereafter. However, in practice, not all parents understand how to educate their children properly. Parents' mistakes in choosing the method of educating children can have a negative impact on the psychological development and personality of the child. Islam provides guidance to educate children through several methods, namely the Al-quran dialogue method, the Al-quran narrative method, exemplary methods, practice and deed methods, ibrah and mau'izzah methods, as well as targhib and tarhib methods. Finally, the choice of method used is left up to the ability of parents to apply it and pay attention to the child's condition. The choice of one method or the use of a combination of methods is a parent's discretion which does not need to be doubted on its effectiveness because the source of this method is the Al-Quran and the hadith of the Prophet Muhammad.Keywords: Method, Educate Children, IslamAbstrakSebagai titipan Allah, anak merupakan tanggung jawab orang tua yang harus didik secara Islam agar dapat menjadi penyelamat orang tua dalam kehidupan di dunia maupun di akhirat. Namun dalam praktiknya tidak semua orang tua memahami bagaimana cara mendidik anak yang baik. Kesalahan orang tua memilih metode mendidik anak dapat berdampak buruk terhadap tumbuh kembang kejiwaan dan kepribadian anak. Islam memberi tuntunan mendidik anak melalui beberapa metode, yaitu metode dialog Al-qur’an, metode kisah Al-qur’an, metode keteladanan, metode praktik dan perbuatan, metode ibrah dan mau’izzah, serta metode targhib dan tarhib.Akhirnya, pemilihan metode yang digunakan diserahkan kepada kemampuan orang tua menerapkannya serta memperhatikan kondisi anak.Pemilihan satu metode ataupun penggunaan kombinasi metode merupakan diskresi orang tua yang tidak perlu diragukan lagi efektivitasnya karena metode tersebut sumbernya adalah Al-quran dan hadist Rasulullah SAW.

Abstract

The rise of gender discourse and feminism lately is a reaction to the reality of gender inequality that has created injustice against women in the form of marginalization, subordination, discrimination and even violence that has been happening in the family so far. This discourse is directly proportional to the attitude of voicing the importance of reforming various legal rules that are considered gender biased.This study aims to see the position of women in family law through a review of the rules contained in the Islamic Law Compilation as applied law for the Religious Courts within the framework of a gender equality perspective. Studying the articles related to gender relations in the rules of family life, it appears that there are certain parts that appear to be gender biased, but in general it can be concluded that KHI is sufficient to show equality between men and women in family life. Gender equality is contained in the rules regarding equality in the position of husband and wife, restrictions on polygamy, joint property, divorce, due to divorce, child control and inheritance.Keywords : Women, KHI, Gender EqualityAbstrakMaraknya wacana gender dan feminisme akhir-akhir ini sebagai reaksi atas realitas ketimpangan gender yang telah melahirkan ketidakadilan terhadap perempuan berupa marginalisasi, subordinasi, diskriminasi bahkan kekerasan yang selama ini juga terjadi dalam keluarga. Wacana tersebut berbanding lurus dengan sikap menyuarakan pentingnya pembaruan terhadap berbagai aturan hukum yang dinilai bias gender.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat posisi perempuan dalam hukum keluarga melalui telaah terhadap aturan-aturan yang terdapat dalam Kompilasi Hukum Islam sebagi hukum terapan bagi Pengadilan Agama dalam kerangka perspektif kesetaraan gender. Telaah pasal-pasal yang terkait dengan relasi gender dalam aturan-aturan hidup berkeluarga, tampak aturan-aturan tersebut masih ada bagian tertentu yang terkesan bias gender, namun secara umum bisa disimpulkan bahwa KHI cukup menampakkan kesetaraan antara laki-laki dan perempuan dalam kehidupan keluarga. Kesetararaan gender terdapat pada aturan mengenai persamaan posisi suami istri, pembatasan poligami, harta bersama, perceraian, akibat perceraian, penguasaan anak dan kewarisan.

Abstract

Horror films are one of the film genres that are in great demand by many people, one of which is children. This study aims to see how horror films affect the personality and emotional conditions of children who watch them. The method used in this research is a case study method with a type of qualitative research. Subjects who became respondents in this study were children of high grade elementary school age, namely 11-13 years old. The data collection technique was done by means of observation, interview and documentation. The results showed that children who watched horror films would experience anxiety, fear, sleeplessness, thoughts that were not positive or unclear, acts of wanting to be left alone, imagining scary things to committing acts of violence either to others or to themselves. The disturbance that occurs depends on the level of the gloomy of a film. A good quality film shows an image and sound very clearly so that children will easily capture and record these impressions in their minds. This is what further causes various personality and emotional disorders to the child if the child is allowed to continue watching horror films without parental supervision.Keywords : Children, Emotional, Horror Movies, PersonalitiesAbstrakFilm horor menjadi salah satu genre film yang banyak diminati oleh banyak orang salah satunya anak-anak. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat bagaimana pengaruh film horor pada kondisi kepribadian dan emosional anak yang menontonnya. Metode yang dilakukan dalam penelitian ini yaitu metode studi kasus dengan jenis penelitian kualitatif. Subjek yang menjadi responden dalam penelitian ini adalah anak-anak usia sekolah dasar kelas tinggi yaitu sekisar 11-13 tahun. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukan anak yang menonton film horor akan mengalami kecemasan, ketakukan, kesulian tidur, pemikiran yang tidak positif atau tidak jernih, tindak ingin ditinggal sendiri, membayangkan hal-hal menyeramkan hingga melakukan tindak kekerasan baik pada orang lain atau dirinya sendiri. Gangguan yang terjadi tergantung pada tingkat keseraman sebuah film. Kualitas film yang baik menayangkan sebuah gambar dan suara dengan sangat jelas sehingga anak akan mudah menangkap dan merekam tayangan tersebut pada pikirannya. Hal inilah yang selanjutnya membuat berbagai gangguan pada kepribadian dan emosional anak jika anak dibiarkan terus menerus menonton film horor tanpa ada pengawasan orang tua.
