Abstract

Dalam sistem komunikasi, keberhasilan penyampaian informasi dari pengirim (transmitter) kepada penerima (receiver) tergantung pada seberapa akurat penerima dapat menerima sinyal yang ditransmisikan dengan baik dan benar. Nyatanya sinyal informasi yang diterima masih banyak terdapat kesalahan sehingga diperoleh data corrupt (bit error) yang disebabkan oleh noise (sinyal pengganggu) ketika proses pengiriman data sehingga menyebabkan file tersebut tidak bisa dibaca. Maka dari itu diperlukan teknologi untuk memperbaiki kesalahan pada bit error tersebut, yaitu menggunakan metode hamming code. Hamming code merupakan salah satu jenis linier error correcting code yang sederhana dan banyak digunakan pada peralatan elektronik. Metode hamming code bekerja dengan menyisipkan beberapa buah check bit ke data. Jumlah check bit yang di sisipkan tergantung pada panjang data. Hamming code menggunakan operasi Ex-OR (Exclusive OR) dalam proses pendeteksian maupun proses pengkoreksian error.

Abstract

SD Negeri Pondok 2 adalah Sekolah Dasar yang terletak di Desa Pondok, Kecamatan Nguter, Kabupaten Sukoharjo. Karena adanya siswa yang mempunyai prestasi yang luar biasa, maka diperlukan sebuah proses pemilihan siswa berprestasi dari para siswa tersebut. Dalam proses pemilihan tersebut ditentukan beberapa kriteria seperti Rata-rata Nilai Raport, Absensi, Rangking, Prestasi Ekstrakurikuler, Sikap, dan Keikutsertaan dalam Perlombaan. Penulis tertarik untuk merancang sebuah sistem pendukung keputusan untuk menentukan siswa berprestasi sesuai dengan kriteria yang ditentukan, agar dapat mempermudah dalam menentukan kebijakan secara tepat, cepat, efektif dan efisien. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode Simple Additive Weighting (SAW). Dalam penelitian ini, peneliti menggunakan dua metode, yang pertama adalah metode pengambilan data berupa observasi, wawancara, dan studi pustaka. Kedua adalah metode pengembangan sistem menggunakan metode waterfall. Terdapat analisa kebutuhan dengan menggunakan PIECES framework, di mana terdapat workflow sistem, use case diagram, activity diagram, sequence diagram, dan pengujian sistem menggunakan pengujian black box serta pengujian beta. Kesimpulan terhadap pembuatan sistem pendukung keputusan pemilihan siswa berprestasi menggunakan metode SAW berbasis web ini adalah didapatkannya nilai alternatif terbaik dari hasil perhitungan yang sudah dilakukan antara lain untuk kelas I Muh. Rifa'I dengan nilai 26,20, Kelas II Aquila Aulia Latifa dengan nilai 24,75, Kelas III Alfriyan Putra Pratama dengan nilai 25,75, Kelas IV Iqbal Ali Ghufron dengan nilai 23,50, Kelas V Alif Mandala Adhi Saputra dengan nilai 23,75, dan kelas VI Ari Fadilah Islami Jannah dengan nilai 23,40.

Abstract

To maintain security, encryption techniques are used so that the confidentiality of the data is guaranteed. One of the encryption algorithms that is often used is the RSA (Rivest Shamir Adleman) algorithm. On this occasion the author is interested in studying the sql server database security application. In this study, the RSA (Rivest Shamir Adleman) algorithm is used to protect the PKH (Family Hope Program) database. The system will generate public keys and private keys. To secure the PKH database is encrypted with a public key. All data will be encrypted, while the private key will decrypt or restore the original state with the RSA algorithm. The application of the RSA cryptographic algorithm is a good solution for the sql server database security system that will be used to secure the PKH database. To ensure the confidentiality of PKH data stored in the database, by using the RSA algorithm into the system, the data is stored in the database so that the contents of the data cannot be understood by other parties.

Abstract

The development of the business world in the future, is directed to companies that compete with each other to be the best of the good to meet the demands of the global market in the future. In a competitive system, companies win various methods, such as increasing customer satisfaction through quality products, on-time delivery and cost efficiency. To support this development, PT Glostar Indonesia (GSI) needs a system that can assess 16 suppliers of footwear raw material suppliers with a computerized system, because the system that runs is still using semi-computerized and time-consuming large costs. This research requires a weighted sum method, the Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) method. The basic concept of the SAW method is to find a weighted sum of the performance ratings for each alternative on all attributes and produce conclusions. This study aims to build a supplier rating system using the SAW (Simple Additive Weighting) method to help buyers get the expected data with precise and accurate results. Implement the SAW method in the supplier grading system at PT Glostar Indonesia. Provide reports on the results of the supplier evaluation process to facilitate the analysis of supplier criteria performed. Reducing the level of error in decision making so that it can provide maximum results for the company.

Abstract

Universitas siliwangi adalah salah satu Perguruan Tinggi Negeri di Indonesia yang sudah menerapkan Uang Kuliah Tunggal sejak awal perubahan satatusnya dari swasta ke negeri. Namun belakangan ini pandemi Covid-19 memberikan dampak yang cukup besar bagi sebagian keluarga mahasiswa. Sehingga hal tersebut mempengaruhi kesanggupan orang tua mahasiswa untuk membayar UKT secara penuh. Bersamaan dengan hal tersebut Kementerian Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan mengambil tindakan dengan mengeluarkan Peraturan Menteri Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan Republik Indonesia Nomor 25 Tahun 2020 untuk bisa memberikan pembebasan sementara UKT, pengurangan UKT, perubahan kelompok UKT, atau pembayaran UKT secara mengangsur bagi mahasiswa yang mengajukan. Berdasarkan masalah tersebut maka diterapkan algoritme Support Vector Machine untuk klasifikasi penyesuaian UKT terdampak pandemic covid-19. Hasil klasifikasi penyesuaian uang kuliah tunggal dengan menggunakan metode Support Vector Machine (SVM) mendapatkan akurasi sebesar 83,00% dari 100 baris data yang diujicobakan menggunakan RapidMiner. Data prediksi hasil klasifikasi yang direkomendasikan kepada pimpinan adalah sebanyak 67 mahasiswa disetujui untuk melakukan penyesuaian uang kuliah tunggal (accept), sedangkan sebanyak 33 mahasiswa ditolak dan ditetapkan kembali ke uang kuliah tunggal sebelumnya (reject).

Abstract

As we know, drugs are very illegal in Indonesia because drug abuse can have very dangerous effects. Drugs are substances that have side effects such as hallucinations, reduced awareness and arousal of the user. Technological advances continue to change over time so that information needs are very much needed in life. Currently, data on drug users is very extensive, so that adequate information presentation techniques are needed so that the information received is very accurate and in accordance with the user's needs. Therefore, it is necessary to carry out a data mining process on drug user data to obtain useful information for users. This study aims to prove Elbow's performance to produce optimal clusters of drug user data using the K-Means algorithm as a data grouping method. Cluster optimization is obtained from the Elbow method, which is executed with Google Collaboratory using the Python programming language. The test results show that the Elbow method works very well in producing the optimal cluster, which is found at k = 3 with the SSE difference value of 1257.862 with k test = 5.

Abstract

SD Negeri 050590 Padang Cermin is one of the elementary schools that sends students every year to attend the National Science Olympiad (OSN) at the sub-district level. The selection of students who take part in the Olympics is usually carried out by the teacher / principal manually through writing and considering the academic grades of students, so it takes a long time because they select students one by one first. A decision support system is a software product developed specifically to assist in the decision-making process. By involving a method, a system will produce an appropriate decision for data selection. The Elimination And Choice Translation Reality (ELECTRE) method is a multi-criteria decision-making method based on the Outranking concept by using paired comparisons of alternatives based on each appropriate criterion. The ELECTRE method is used in conditions where alternatives that do not meet the criteria are eliminated, and suitable alternatives can be generated. This system uses the PHP programming language and the database uses MySQL. There are six criteria, report card value, math score, science score, skills, behavior, and attendance. Based on the results of the calculation of the ELECTRE method from 5 samples of students, the results obtained by the name of the student Dinda Malika Ayu are the students with the highest score analysis results.

Abstract

The Kalimas poskesdes is one of the government agencies engaged in health, the Kalimas poskesdes are under the auspices or working areas of the Snapper river puskesmas, one of the health services routinely carried out by the Kalimas poskesdes is the Posyandu activities which are conducted every month. Data from each posyandu is managed solely by the poskesdes kalimas and then reported to the snapper river puskesmas, baby and toddler data collection still uses bookkeeping while making reports using Microsoft excle is still fairly simple, so it requires a lot of time in making reports due to repeated data recording. To help the data collection process, the Posyandu Patient Information System was created. Posyandu Patient Information System At Kalimas Poskesdes is a web-based information system. Help provide and present information about infants and toddlers patients who do posyandu in the work area of the poskesdes kalimas. Making this information system using the waterfall software development method and the way to collect data is by observing the Kalkesas poskesdes, interviewing staff working at the Kalimas poskesdes, a literature study that supports the theory of problem solving. The software used in making the Posyandu Patient Information System in Kalimas Posasdes Web-Based is XAMPP as a server, MySQL as a database, Sublime Text as a text editor, Chrome as a browser. While the languages used in making this posyandu patient information system are, PHP, HTML, CSS, JavaScript. And to facilitate the creation of the website also uses a codeigniter framework.
