<![CDATA[The communication strategy (militancy) in politics is one of the keys to the success of a political party (Parpol) or Legislative Candidates (Caleg) in winning the Election. In the 2019 Election at the West Aceh DPRK level, there were many political figures from young people who ran to become members of the legislature at the district level. These political figures are referred to as Young Candidates who are between 21 and 30 years old. Several young candidates at the DPRK West Aceh level won the 2019 Election. This research is qualitative with a descriptive method. The purpose of this research is to find out how the strategies of young candidates at the West Aceh DPRK level in winning the 2019 election and the obstacles they face in building a political communication strategy. The results obtained are that young candidates at the DPRK West Aceh level use interpersonal communication strategies or direct communication that use family and acquaintances to get votes in the election. In addition, young candidates at the DPRK West Aceh DPRK level use mass media only a little, they only use social media which is not paid. Having no experience in politics is the biggest obstacle in the candidacy of young candidates at the West Aceh DPRK level.Keywords: Strategy; Communication; Political; Young Candidates.]]>

<![CDATA[STAIN Teungku Direundeng Meulaboh adalah institusi pendidikan dengan pendelegasian wewenang manajemen untuk memenuhi penjaminan mutu kepada siswa di setiap program studi. Pelayanan akademik merupakan kegiatan atau serangkaian kegiatan tak kasat mata yang terjadi karena interaksi antara siswa dan staf yang diberikan oleh pihak pengelola kampus yang bertujuan untuk memecahkan masalah siswa.Adapun pertimbangan metode kualitatif dalam penelitian ini adalah peneliti memperoleh aspek penting terkait pelaksanaan pelayanan akademik dan administrasi STAIN Teungku Dirundeng Meulaboh.Kepuasan siswa terhadap kualitas pelayanan yang diberikan oleh STAIN Teungku Dirundeng Meulaboh menemukan bahwa tingkat kepatuhan akademisi terhadap peraturan yang ditetapkan oleh STAIN Teungku Dirundeng Meulaboh belum optimal.Ada dosen yang memberikan pelayanan yang layak dengan tidak mengikuti kelas sampai tujuh kali.Hampir semua aspek kualitas layanan yang meliputi empati, reliabilitas, dan daya tanggap tidak optimal. <![CDATA[AJB Bumiputera 1912 Meulaboh is an insurance company that has been established for decades until now, it still remains one of the insurance companies that are in demand by the people of Meulaboh. Many products offered by the AJB Bumiputera 1912 Meulaboh is expected to increase the number of life insurance customers and it is is one of the strategies used in the process of increasing the number of insurance customers. As for the results of the study, AJB Bumiputera 1912 followed several stages, namely offering superior products to prospective customers, insurance product price quotes that are tailored to all layers of prospective insurance customers, promotion of insurance products to various prospective insurance customers, the selection of office locations that are very appropriate in the center of Meulaboh City, the selection of employees who work is carried out with a variety of processes in accordance with the applicable operational standards in AJB Bumiputera 1912 throughout Indonesia.]]>

<![CDATA[Teknologi penginderaan jauh dapat digunakan dalam pemetaan kondisi lingkungan seperti sebaran klorofil-a secara spasial maupun multitemporal. Sebaran klorofil-a merupakan salah satu parameter oseanografi yang dapat digunakan untuk mengetahui dan mempermudah dalam menganalisis daerah potensial penangkapan ikan, sehingga dapat membantu nelayan Aceh dalam meningkatkan jumlah hasil pengakapan ikan. Adapun metodologi penelitian yang digunakan adalah ekstraksi data citra satelit Aqua MODIS konsentrasi klorofil-a dengan menggunakan aplikasi SeaDAS. Data yang digunakan adalah data akumulasi bulanan pada bulan Januari hingga Desember 2016. Dalam data citra klorofil-a satelit aqua MODIS terdapat lebih dari 1500 piksel yang bernilai nul (0) dan sebesar 90 persen dari piksel yang terdapat dalam sebuah data citra memiliki nilai dibawah 0.4319 mg/ m3. Sebaran klorofil-a diperairan laut Aceh bernilai maksimum sebesar 18.89 mg/ m3 pada bulan Juli tahun 2016 dan nilai rata-rata sebaran klorofila- sebesar 0.20 mg/ m3 hingga 0.37 mg/ m3.]]>

<![CDATA[Researchers in various international programs have studied the potential use of remote sensing data to obtain accurate information about an object, area, or phenomenon through the analysis of data acquired by a device that not in contact with it. Remote sensing technology can be used in mapping the potential fishing ground with the important oceanography parameters. The aims of this research are determined the potential fishing ground in Aceh sea waters use oceanography parameters with utilization Aqua and Terra MODIS data images satellite. The methods used in this research are Algorithm Theoretical Basis Document 25 (ATBD 25) and ATBD 19 to images correlation. This study introduced a system to merge two different data image satellite obtained from Aqua and Terra MODIS and data in-situ. The remote sensing technique for retrieving ocean environmental parameters of the potential fishing ground is proposed and is primarily apply to analyze the relationship between data oceanographic, data in-situ, and CPUE of fishing ground in Aceh sea waters.Keywords: Remote Sensing, Fishing Ground, Images Satellite, Aqua Terra MODIS]]>

<![CDATA[The aim of this research is to analyze student perceptions of the use of e-learning platforms in learning. The type of research used is descriptive quantitative. The sample in this research was 57 students from the information technology study program in 2020. The data collection technique in this research uses a questionnaire. The data analysis technique uses simple and multiple regression analysis with the help of the Statistical Product for Servicer Solution (SPSS) 21 program. Based on research results from the questionnaire on convenience variables and usefulness variables, then it can be seen that the research results show that the t count is greater than the t table value, the t table value is 2.060 and the t count value is 10.663 for the convenience variable and 7.478 for the usefulness variable. So t count > t table and each independent variable has a significant value < 0.05. As for the results of multiple linear regression analysis, it was also found that the independent variables simultaneously had a positive effect on the dependent variable and were assessed as significant <0.05. This indicates that there is a positive influence of the convenience factor and the usefulness of using e-learning by students in participating in learning during the Covid-19 pandemic.]]>

<![CDATA[Kelimpahan ikan di perairan sangat dipengaruhi oleh sifat bio-fisik perairan Aceh yang dinamis. Hal ini terkait dengan fenomena oseanografi yang turut berperan dalam pertumbuhan ekosistem pesisir. Untuk keperluan ini, teknologi remote sensing (penginderaan jauh) dapat dimanfaatkan dalam memetakan informasi lingkungan seperti suhu permukaan laut, klorofil-a dan arus permukaan laut secara spasial maupun multi temporal. Pengukuran lapangan (in-situ) diperlukan untuk verifikasi potensial fishing ground. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan interpretasi citra remote sensing dengan mengkombinasikan citra suhu permukaan laut, sebaran klorofil-a dan arus permukaan laut untuk penentuan potensi fishing ground di laut Utara Aceh. Klorofil-a didapat dari hasil pengamtan Sea-Wide Field Sensor (SeaWIFS), suhu permukaan laut didapat dari pengamatan sensor Moderate Imaging Spectroradiometer (MODIS) pengolahan citra menggunakan software SeaDAS. Arus didapat dari pengamatan langsung di lapangan dan menggunakan software Hansoom. Persamaan regresi digunakan untuk analisa nilai persentase SPL dan klorofil-a data in-situ. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan 90 – 100 % SPL berkorelasi dengan data in-situ dan 20 – 70 % sebaran klorofil-a berkorelasi dengan data in-situ. Konsentrasi klorofil-a, SPL dan arus permukaan laut mempunyai hubungan positif pada data in-situ potensi fishing ground.]]>
