Abstract

This article aims to determine the Tangan di Atas (TDA) community in Samarinda City in the development of youth entrepreneurship in Kota Samarinda. This article's focus discusses entrepreneurship training, providing guidance, promotion of products or services, assistance to access capital by TDA, and inhibiting factors and supporting factors. Using a qualitative approach and interactive model data analysis techniques, the research findings show that the Hand on Above (TDA) community in Samarinda City has carried out entrepreneurship training activities and provided mentoring through business mentoring classes to youth entrepreneurs members of TDA Samarinda. The TDA Samarinda community also facilitates the promotion of products or services through regional entrepreneurial parties and assistance to access capital through the Meet The Investor (MTI) program.Keywords: role, TDA Community, entrepreneurship, youth

Abstract

This article aims to evaluate the accessibility of a government website, covid19.kaltimprov.go.id which created for disseminating the official information regarding the spread of covid-19 in East Kalimantan. Accessibility is an important aspect of a website because it indicates how far the range of information dissemination of such website. In this article we use SortSite 5.3.5, an online website testing software. The result shows that accessibility of covid19.kaltimprov.go.id still score below average with so many pages with accessibility issues. It is therefore need attention from East Kalimantan government to improve the accessibility level of their website.Keywords: Accessibility, Website, Covid-19, East Kalimantan

Abstract

This study aims and focuses on describing, analyzing, and interpreting youth leadership, knowing the methods applied and the factors inhibiting and supporting youth leadership in the East Kalimantan Rumah Inspirasi organization in increasing the motivation of East Kalimantan young people in the period of 2016 - 2020. Using the approach descriptive qualitative with data collection techniques based on in-depth interviews, observation, and documentation and subsequently testing the data's validity using triangulation data validity techniques. The findings of this study are that the leadership of the Executive Director / CEO of the democratic in East Kalimantan Rumah Inspirasi proved to be able to inspire and motivate the younger generation. Abstract

This article will discuss the online population service innovation carried out by the Kutai Kartanegara Regency Population and Civil Registration Service in terms of service innovation characteristics and their achievements in the context of digital government. By using qualitative methods and analysis, the research findings indicate that the online service innovations that have been carried out have met the characteristics of service innovation. Abstract

This article will review the organizational structure's effectiveness through the complexity, formalization, and centralization of BAPPEDA Kutai Kartanegara Regency in its position as a regional apparatus based on Government Regulation Number 18 of 2016. With a qualitative approach and interactive data analysis, the research findings show that the BAPPEDA organizational structure's effectiveness in Kutai Regency Kartanegara is quite effective and follows existing regulations. Abstract

This article will describe and analyze the role of the Kutai Kartanegara DPRD in carrying out the function of forming Regional Regulations. This research is a descriptive study using a qualitative approach and data analysis using an interactive model. The results showed that the Kutai Kartanegara DPRD for the 2014-2019 period played a role in carrying out the function of forming regional regulations in accordance with the provisions of Law No. 23 of 2014, Permendagri No. 80 of 2015, and DPRD Standing Orders Number 1 of 2016 but not maximally in completing the target of the Regional Regulation Formation Program that has been agreed with the Regional Government every yearKeywords: Role, DPRD, Regional Regulation

Abstract

The integrity of the election organizers in enforcing the rules of ethics for election organizers is still very far from what it should be. Therefore, does the portrait of general election organizers looks beautiful in case of ethics or vice versa. The duties and authorities of DKPP (Honorary Council for General Election Organizers) relate to individual election organizers, both KPU and Bawaslu. Ethical cases in running the general election process have often been encountered in every electoral event in Indonesia. The lack of discipline of an organizer in carrying out their duties and functions causes these organizers to deal with cases of organizers code of ethics. Ethics is an important element that must be obeyed by every election organizer because it is one of the fundamental aspects in realizing democratic elections. Therefore, to uphold the Code of Ethics for election administrators, the Honorary Council of General Elections (DKPP) was formed, aiming to maintain the independence, integrity, and credibility of the KPU and Bawaslu that the General Election will certainly run well and correctly.Keywords: Local Politics, Election Organizer, DKPP, East Kalimantan

Abstract

This study aims to analyze and determine the effect of service quality on customer satisfaction at Bank Mandiri Branch Office Micro Unit Palaran. The sample in this study were 92 customers of Mandiri Branch Office Micro Palaran Unit who were randomly assigned using a purposive sampling technique and then analyzed the data obtained using quantitative data analysis. The results showed that there is a significant influence between service quality on customer satisfaction of service users of Bank Mandiri Mikro Unit Palaran. The influence of service quality variables on customer satisfaction at Bank Mandiri Mikro Unit Palaran is negative. This means that the higher and better the quality of service provided by Bank Mandiri Mikro Unit Palaran, the higher customer satisfaction, and customers are less satisfied with the quality of service provided by frontline staff or Bank officers.Keywords: Service Quality, Customer Satisfaction
