Abstract

Social inequality is a state of social imbalance in society that makes a very striking difference. In terms of social inequality, it is very clear from various aspects, for example in the aspect of justice it can occur. Between rich and poor people are very differentiated in any aspect, villagers who migrate to the city are also affected by this, it is true to say that "The rich will be rich, the poor will get poorer". This indifference to others is due to the overly averse gap between the "rich" and the "poor". Many rich people look down on the lower class, especially if they are poor and dirty, let alone helping, they are just ignorant. While there are many street children who do not have a place to live and sleep on the streets, but there are still many people who are lazy to sleep in star hotels, there are many people out there who are starving and cannot feed their children but there are more rich people. being engrossed in eating a variety of delicious food at exorbitant prices. Abstract

Almost all activities carried out by humans are not spared from producing used or residual activities or in other words is trash. Without realizing it, humans are producers waste, and if the management is not taken into account, then garbage will cause a lot of problems. So that human awareness of waste is very important for contribute to environmental sustainability and life man himself. As a source of waste, every household needs toplay a role in handling waste. If done together with the whole community, efforts to deal with waste can provide great benefits for environmental cleanliness and public health. making change is through understanding and knowledge. Abstract

The researcher aims to find out the tutor's creativity in developing learning media and the obstacles encountered in its development in the Mandawai Palangka Raya PKBM package B program. While the approach used is a qualitative approach using observation, interview and documentation guidelines. Based on observations and interviews, it turned out that the creativity of the tutor in developing learning media in the PKBM B package program was not optimal, and as a result the quality of education was still far from what was expected, as evidenced by the low interest of the community to include their children in the education program. Obstacles experienced by tutors in developing learning media, that learning citizens lack focus on learning on the subject matter being taught but are only interested in the media used, in addition generally citizens learn to be passive when the learning process takes place, another thing that is an obstacle is the number of media there is still less when compared to the number of citizens learning so learning is not optimal. Based on the description above, it can be concluded (1) tutors in the program are not creative enough in developing learning media, that is, they still depend on the media distributed by the government (2) obstacles faced by tutors in developing learning media are the lack of supporting media and the ability of tutors who are still lacking in developing learning media. Abstract

This study aims to describe: (1) Overview of Community Entrepreneurship Strategies through the Imur Bahalap Home Industry (2) the obstacles faced by managers in Imur Bahalap Entrepreneurship Development (3) Marketing carried out for the Development of the Imur Bahalap This research is a descriptive study with a qualitative approach, with the research subjects namely managers and workers and the community in Imur Bahalap on Street Manjuhan Induk No.20, Palangka Raya City. Data collection methods are interviews, documentation. The data analysis technique that the researchers used was data reduction, data dispay and conclusion drawing. Triangulation is done to explain the validity of the data using sources. The results of the research show that: (1) The entrepreneurial development of Imur Bahalap was first developed by PGRI students who received a grant from the Directorate General of Higher Education through the Student Entrepreneurship program in 2012 and in 2015 PGRI University got another grant for Amplang Production and already has a name. Imur Bahalap which has penetrated into the center of typical souvenirs of the city of Palangka Raya (2 marketing of SME Imur Bahalap marketing online, namely by using the Shoppie shop and tokopedia and offline collaborating with gift shops in Palangka Raya City (3) packaging constraints products with packaging materials using aluminum foil.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to identify the constraints and impacts of online teaching and learning at home as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic. This research uses an exploratory case study method and the research approach uses a qualitative case study method which is used to obtain information on the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on teaching and learning activities in higher education. In this study, participants were 8 students and lecturers at the Pattimura University Economic Education Study Program. For confidentiality purposes, participants are given the initials P1, P2, P3, P4, P5, P6, P7 and P8. Semi-structured interviews were conducted and a list of questions compiled for interviews was developed based on related literature. The results of this study are that there are several obstacles and impacts experienced by students and lecturers in online teaching and learning activities, namely the constraints for students are the lack of facilities and infrastructure and unstable signals, while the impact for students is the increase in the cost of purchasing internet quota, lack of understanding of course materials. and too many tasks. Constraints for lecturers are signals that are not stable, human resources are not ready and the lack of infrastructure owned by students, the impact on RPS lecturers and unsuitable syllabi, non-objective scoring and decreasing quality of learning.

Abstract

The aims of this research was to find out how far the experiential learning method to help the students in emotional management related to anger and aggression behavior. The kind of this research was pre-experimental design with one-group pretest-posttest design. Purposive sampling was used to select the sample. The sample of this research was 7 students of MTs Muslimat NU Palangka Raya who had low emotional management ability. The instrument of this research was questionnaire of emotional management related to anger and aggression behavior. The technique of data analysis was used non parametric statistic with t-test two paired samples formula. The result of this research showed the students ability in emotional management related to anger and aggression behavior before received counseling group with experiential learning technique was 43% in low category, after received counseling group with experiential learning technique was 59% in the medium category. The difference of the level of emotional management ability related to anger and aggression behavior before and after received the counseling group with experiential learning technique was 16%. The result of t-test two paired samples formula was obtained t-test -8,725 and t table 1,943 it meant that Ha was accepted. The result showed that experiential learning technique was effective to improve the students’ ability in emotional management of the VIII grade students of MTs Muslimat NU Palangka Raya.

Abstract

Korupsi adalah masalah global yang meluas yang berdampak buruk pada kinerja ekonomi, politik stabilitas dan integrasi komunitas.Salah satu pemberitaan yang membahas korupsi baru-baru ini kasus bantuan sosial (Bansos) Di Kementrian Sosial. Komite Pemberantasan Korupsi (KPK) menunjuk Mentri Dinas Sosial (Mensos) Juliari Peter Batubara sebagai tersangka kasus korupsi Bnatuan Sosial warga yang terdampak pandemi Covid 19. Metode ini menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif. Dari hasil penelitian mengenai berita penangkapan Juliari Batubara yang dimuat oleh Tempo.com. didapatkan kesimpulan bahwa framing yang dilakukan oleh Tempo.co adalah menunjukkan citra positif bagi kemensos. Kasus korupsi ini merupakan bukan kasus korupsi yang awal mula ataupun terakhir kali, sehingga memonojkkan Juliari Batubara dalam kesalahannya, namun disini mengungkap bagaimana mempertanggung jawabkan sebuah kesalahan.

Abstract

The Borneo Lentera Prima ceramic handicraft industry is an industrial center that houses a group of craftsmen in the ceramic field in the Singkawang area. This industry is a production place for ceramic goods which is still active from several other industrial groups. This handicraft industry group can survive and develop itself. This is based on the existence of a management system that is well managed, so that it can maintain its existence in the industrial world, creatively and innovatively. The purpose of this research activity includes the concept of existence which is developed in the management of the Borneo Lentera Prima ceramic industry in Singkawang, by paying attention to worker management strategies, product forms and marketing strategies. The method used in this research is an interdisciplinary approach with a qualitative case study method, supported by several disciplines such as socio-culture, management. The data collection process was obtained from the field by means of observation, interviews, and related and relevant documents. The existence process carried out by the management of the Borneo Lentera Prima Singkawang ceramic craft industry includes an appropriate wage system, so that it can make every craftsman have an income according to economic needs. Other stages of existence include a distinctive form as a cultural identity, so that it has an appeal to the market, but in achieving success in sales management undertakes a marketing strategy that includes goals, needs, excellence and renewal.

Abstract

Research to date has not found an effective pattern of efforts for civics education in character building for young people and democratic values; in schools, families, community leaders, religious leaders, traditional leaders, youth leaders, and social organizations. This study aims to understand the attitudes and behaviors of young people in schools and the role of democratic values ​​as a solution to character development of young generation in SMAN 1 Pulau Buano. The research procedure used a qualitative approach, which is descriptive. Data collection techniques were in forms of (1) in-depth interviews, (2) direct observation, and (3) documentation studies. The sample was selected purposively and the research data were processed through a reduction process and descriptive qualitative analysis. After the results were analyzed, it was found a pattern of character building for the young generation in SMAN 1 Pulau Buano, effectively carried out with Civic Education approaches and democratic values ​​in schools, including: (1) value ​​of togetherness, (2) value of freedom, (3) value tolerance, (4) mutual cooperation (5) the value of consensus. It indicates that the harmony in school and community life will be achieved in accordance withthe absence of disputes among schools, young people, communities, ethnic groups, and religions. It can be concluded that developing the attitudes and character of the young generation and the values ​​of democracy in schools can develop brotherhood, cooperation, tolerance, harmony, responsibility, self-control, and mutual respect.

Abstract

Students' understanding of the role of guidance and counseling teachers is very important that is to be a sharing friend and motivator in dealing with problems. As for the tendency of students' understanding, (1), the student assumes that of bk teacher is only places for troubled students and (2) students a have bad understanding based on the words of their senior that of bk teacher are fierce or school police whose working punishes students who do not obey the rules of the school. The purpose of this research is to know the application of group guidance services with audio-visual media in the form of short films in improving Students' understanding of the role of BK teachers in SMP Nusantara Palangka Raya during the covid-19 pandemic of the 2020/2021 academic year. This research method is an experiment using a quantitative approach. The design used in this study is one group pretest-posttest (the one group pretest-posttest). So the group that researchers used in the study was only one experimental group. The result of this study is a short film media able to improve the understanding of students, the results obtained from the test results t two sample pairs is 13,000. The result is greater when compared to 2,228 (13,000 > 2,228) at DK = = and 5% significance. then can is concluded that Ha was accepted and Ho was rejected. This thing is to attest that the existence of enhancement understanding students about the role of bk teacher with use short film media
